Abstract

Covid-19 merupakan wabah penyakit yang telah menyebar secara cepat dalam skala global dan berdampak pada berbagai sektor termasuk transportasi laut. Dibutuhkan kesiapan dari subsektor di bidang transportasi laut untuk pencegahan ataupun meminimalisir penyebarannya mulai dari kesiapan penanganan di pelabuhan termasuk kesiapan dari moda transportasi itu sendiri. Covid-19 memiliki karakteristik yang mudah untuk menyebar dalam ruangan yang tertutup dan sirkulasi udara yang kurang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengevaluasi sistem sirkulasi udara diatas kapal agar sesuai dengan kriteria udara sehat dan nyaman khususnya pada kabin penumpang kelas ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kehandalan sistem ventilasi udara diatas kapal penumpang KM Kelud sudah mengalami penurunan dimana kemampuan sirkulasi udaranya berada dibawah standar yang ditetapkan, sehingga termasuk rawan untuk penyebaran penyakit. Untuk meminimalisir penyebaran Covid-19 direkomendasikan untuk maintenance sistem ventilasi udara, penambahan kapasitas sistem ventilasi udara, penggunaan filter udara dengan standar medis, dan memperketat penerapan protokol kesehatan di atas kapal.Kata Kunci : Covid 19, Kapal penumpang, Sirkulasi udara.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at Sampang District Polres, the number of study samples was 36 personnel. The purpose of this study is 1) Describing transformational leadership and transactional leadership partially and significantly influences the performance Police personnel, 2) To find out and prove whether transformational leadership and transactional leadership have simultaneous and significant influence on the performance Police personnel, 3) To find out and prove whether transformational leadership and transactional leadership have a partial and significant effect on the performance Police personnel. Analysis of data using SPSS. The results of the study show that: 1) Simultaneously, transformational leadership and transactional leadership have a very significant influence on the performance Police personnel, 2) Partially, transformational leadership and transactional leadership have a significant influence on the performance Police personnel. Abstract

This research was conducted at the Sampang District Police, Sampang Regency. The total sample size was 36 personnel. The aim is to describe the transformational leadership and transactional leadership research that has a partial and significant effect on the performance of the personnel of the Satsabara Police, Sampang District, Sampang Regency. Then to prove whether transformational leadership and transactional leadership have a both simultaneous and partially significant effect on the performance of the Satsabara personnel at the Sampang District Police, Sampang Regency. This type of research is an explanatory study using a quantitative research approach. The results showed that simultaneously, transformational leadership and transactional leadership have a very significant influence on the performance of personnel in the Sampang Police, Sampang Regency. Partially, transformational leadership and transactional leadership have a significant influence on personnel performance at the Sampang Police, Sampang Regency. Thus, it can be said that all the independent variables partially have a significant effect on the performance of personnel at the Sampang Police, Sampang Regency. Abstract

Criminal acts continue to develop along with developments in time and technology, but the law does not keep up with these developments, ultimately creating legal loopholes or the irrelevance of the law to criminal acts. In this study, the approach used is a normative juridical approach. The normative juridical approach is a legal research method that involves analysis of library material or secondary data as the main source to be researched through investigation of regulations and literature related to the issue being investigated. Based on the results of the study, the criminal act of revenge porn based on a judge's decision is prohibited in Islamic criminal law because of the act of adultery and bringing oneself closer to adultery and spreading disgrace with punishments of stoning and whipping as well as ta'zir.
