Abstract

Natural Sciences is a compulsory subject at SDN 24 Dauh Puri which is theoretical subject, but teachers are required to provide real examples to easily understand. While material properties of objects are difficult to practice, and teachers only provide explanations without examples. This causes students become less understanding and bored with the material properties of objects. So we need to design an interactive multimedia using ADDIE method that serves to visualize the material properties of objects with examples so that students can understand more easily. The results of the system test questionnaire showed that 90.63% of students liked this learning media, 91.64% of students liked the pictures on this learning media, 91.13% of students liked the color in this learning media, 82.53% of students said they could use the media. In this learning, 96% of students know the nature of air, 100% of students know what objects are soluble in water, 97% of students know how the shape changes due to the combustion process, 100% of students know what materials are not easily broken, 100% of students know the nature of the material. of wood, and 87% of students know the raw materials for making paper.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain the results of a sales strategy using SWOT analysis on MSMEs in Gianyar Regency in increasing sales of MSME products during the pandemic. Methods The research was carried out with descriptive qualitative methods where data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Purposive Sampling. The results of this study found that in order to survive and increase sales during the pandemic, MSMEs in Gianyar Regency can take advantage of online Platforms (social media, websites), use attractive marketing strategies, develop urban style market segments, and provide training on the use of information technology for owners. SMEs. In order to increase the use of digital media to promote MSME products, training on the use of Wifi and other internet network providers was provided. Another thing that needs to be done is product innovation and taking advantage of the government's financial policy in the form of people's business loans to increase sales.

Abstract

Media sosial saat ini tidak hanya sekedar menjadi media promosi namun juga digunakan sebagai alat pemasaran interaktif, pelayanan, membangun komunikasi dengan pelanggan dan calon pelanggan, serta sebagai alat untuk menjual dan membeli produk secara online. IKM menjadi roda penggerak ekonomi masyarakat, terutama masyarakat ekonomi menengah dan ekonomi bawah. Semakin meningkatnya jumlah IKM menjadikan pelakunya dituntut menerapkan berbagai macam strategi bisnis untuk dapat mempertahankan bisnis yang dijalankan. Strategi yang dapat dilakukan diantaranya dengan manfaatkan teknologi, inovasi dan kreativitas. Permasalahan IKM khususnya yang ada di Provinsi Bali adalah pemasaran atau promosi produk bisnis yang kurang terhadap pengelolaan pemanfaatan sosial media dan pengembangan konten yang ada didalamnya. Pelatihan ini diberikan kepada para IKM dengan membimbing membuat animasi dan konten kreatif yang dapat dijadikan sebagai teknik marketing atau promosi produk dengan memanfaatkan Sosial Media. Hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah ditemukannya permasalahan utama yang yang dialami oleh para IKM, yaitu penguasaan teknologi informasi dan sosial media yang belum memadai dan belum familiar dengan konten marketing di sosial media. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka dalam pelatihan diberikan tips dan trik untuk membuat konten promosi yang menarik, yaitu: menampilkan informasi umum produk, menerapkan USP (Unique Selling Point), menampilkan fun fact, memberikan promo atau give away dan konten edukasi.
