Abstract

STMIK STIKOM Indonesia merupakan Institusi pendidikan yang berdiri sejak tahun 2008. Dalam menjalankan fungsi dan tanggung jawab masing-masing, seluruh bidang yang terdapat dalam struktur organisasi STMIK STIKOM Indonesia diwajibkan untuk merencanakan seluruh program dan kegiatan yang akan dilakukan dan dituangkan ke dalam Rencana Kerja STMIK STIKOM Indonesia setiap tahun akademik. Permasalahan terjadi ketika tahap untuk mempresentasikan rencana kerja tersebut menghabiskan waktu yang cukup lama karena terdapat 11 bidang yang harus menjelaskan satu per satu kegiatan yang akan dilakukan. Sistem Pengelolaan Rencana Kerja pada STMIK STIKOM Indonesia dibangun untuk mempermudah seluruh bidang pada STMIK STIKOM Indonesia untuk menyusun rencana kerjanya masing-masing serta mempermudah Ketua dalam memvalidasi rencana kerja yang diajukan oleh masing-masing bidang tanpa harus menentukan jadwal presentasi lagi ditengah kesibukan yang sangat padat. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah, Sistem Pengelolaan Rencana Kerja dapat mempermudah penyusunan rencana kerja dan memudahkan Ketua STMIK STIKOM Indonesia memvalidasi rencana kerja yg diajukan seluruh divisi.

Abstract

In ensuring the effectiveness, efficiency and user satisfaction of the website, it is necessary to evaluate and evaluate the website.  This study aims to analyze the Usability Testing Website Using the System Usability Scale (SUS) Method.  The method used in this study is the SUS (System Usability Scale).  Data collection techniques in this study were interview techniques, observation techniques or questionnaire techniques.  The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire.  The subjects in this study consisted of 30 respondents.  The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis.  The results of the evaluation in this study, namely the results of the assessment of the respondents, obtained a total value of the SUS score of 2012.50 with the resulting average value of 67.08, this shows that the total SUS score on the STIKI Indonesia website is 67.08, which means the level of user Acceptability Range  is Marginal High, Grade Scale level is category D, user Adjective Rating level is OK category and SUS Score Percentile Rank is grade D. The website still needs to be evaluated and developed further so that its use can be more optimal.

Abstract

AbstrakPenjadwalan perawat merupakan suatu permasalahan yang sangat kompleks dan memerlukan banyak waktu dalam proses pembuatannya. Terdapat dua bentuk batasan yang harus dipenuhi dalam penjadwalan perawat yaitu batasan keras (hard constraint) dan batasan lunak (soft constraint), oleh karena itu permasalahan penjadwalan perawat sangat sulit untuk dikerjakan dengan cara konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan algoritma genetika dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan penjadwalan perawat yang dapat memkuenuhi seluruh batasan keras dan meminimalkan pelanggaran terhadap batasan lunak yang telah ditentukan sehingga penjadwalan yang dihasilkan tidak hanya dapat memenuhi aturan yang ditetapkan saja namun juga dapat memenuhi preferensi dari masing-masing perawat terhadap jadwal yang dihasilkan.Algoritma genetika digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan penjadwalan perawat pada RS. BaliMed Denpasar. Dimana kromosom yang dihasilkan merupakan representasi solusi dari penjadwalan perawat yang berupa jadwal mingguan dari masing-masing perawat.Himpunan fuzzy dalam penjadwalan perawat ini digunakan untuk menentukan nilai fitness dari kromosom yang dihasilkan.Sebuah nilai fungsi keanggotaan yang tinggi menggambarkan tingkat keidealan yang lebih tinggi dari solusi yang dihasilkan. Kata Kunci— penjadwalan perawat, algoritma genetika, fuzzy fitness function. AbstractNurse scheduling is one of the problems that need more attentions to handle.  This scheduling problem is complex with some constraints involved.  There are two general constraints in the problem named, the hard constraints and the soft constraint.  This research goal is to study the application of genetic algorithm for solving the nurse scheduling problem.  However, this solving problem should satisfy all the hard constraints, and minimize the violation of the soft constraints. The good scheduling is not only satisfies the hard constraints defined, but also the preferences of each nurse.The genetic algorithm used in this research solved the nurse scheduling problem faced at BaliMed Hospital, Denpasar.  The chromosome is the representation of the weekly scheduling of each nurse.  This scheduling utilized fuzzy set to determine the fitness values of the chromosome.  High member value represents high ideal level of solution. The result of this research is that the lower penalty value achieved from a solution, the more ideal scheduling got according to the membership degree in fuzzy set.  Hopefully, this scheduling method can be an alternative solution for arranging a nurse scheduling. Keyword— nurse scheduling, genetic algorithms, fuzzy fitness function.

Abstract

Many people have benefited from the use of information technology, one of which is in the trade business sector. One company that is engaged in manufacture that utilizes information technology in its operational processes is Gelato Secrets. Its efforts to support business goals have been supported by an Information System (SI) which is still relatively new to be implemented in Gelato Secrets, namely the Odoo application that supports the sales process in each outlet. To evaluate the maturity level of information technology governance in the Odoo application, a framework is needed as a reference model to ensure the quality of IT governance in the application of the "Odoo" application. Control Objective for Information and related Technology (COBIT) is a best practice that provides an organization's entire business process and describes it in a logical structure of activities that can be managed and controlled effectively. The results of the research, measuring the average level of capability obtained, have only reached the Established Process level, which means that each sub-domain has been well defined and standardized. This shows that almost all processes meet the requirements, but there are still weaknesses on the side of system changes caused by the absence of an adequate documentation process. The company still has to fulfill the level 5 process, namely Optimizing Process by means of regular training to HR about existing Information Systems and also fulfilling user needs such as adding menus that can facilitate the smooth running of business processes in order to meet the expected company targets, as well as adding more technology devices. Information needed by the company in sufficient quantities.

Abstract

Notary Office / PPAT I Gusti Rai Daniel Ari Putra, SH., M.Kn. is a Land Deed Making Official who makes deeds related to land. In carrying out this work, records are still carried out manually, namely still using a recording system in the book which consists of a file monitoring management process, payment for services, and does not provide information regarding the reporting of files that have been completed. This results in each service requiring time from the time the application is submitted to the completion of the file, besides that proof of payment for services can be lost if not recorded. Based on these problems, needed a system to facilitate the management of the file being executed and facilitate business processes that exist in this study created a system with the title Design of Information System File Management in the Office of Notary / PPAT which include data management of the applicant, the data in the file status request , payments and report. This research process uses a linear sequential model method, starting from determining needs, analyzing needs and designing CDM and PDM for the next steps. Furthermore, the authors build and design a system using the PHP programming language and MySQL as a database. The final result of this research is a file management information system at the Notary Office I Gusti Rai Daniel Ari Putra, SH., M.Kn. and testing has been carried out on the system using black box testing whose results are in accordance with the system design.

Abstract

PT. Grha Kusuma Residence merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa kost elit. Saat ini, laporan keuangan cash entry detail tagihan dari tamu masih dalam bentuk kertas ringkasan termasuk tarif kamar. Mencermati situasi akuntansi saat ini, laporan keuangan perusahaan mengalami kesulitan dalam proses penyusunan laporan keuangan perusahaan yang biasanya tidak akurat. Dengan bantuan sistem informasi keuangan, administrator dapat memahami besarnya biaya yang harus dikeluarkan untuk menjamin kelangsungan operasional perusahaan. Jika Anda tidak menggunakan sistem informasi keuangan, Anda mungkin menderita kerugian pribadi dan ekonomi atau penipuan yang tidak terdeteksi. Tujuan dibangunnya sistem ini adalah untuk membantu administrator dalam menghasilkan laporan keuangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall. Metode pengujian yang digunakan adalah black box testing. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat mengolah data pengguna, data akun, data transaksi pemasukan, data transaksi pengeluaran, dan menghasilkan laporan pendapatan, laporan pengeluaran, laporan jurnal umum, laporan buku besar, laporan laba rugi, dan laporan neraca.

Abstract

ABSTRACT PT.Tan's Bakery is a  manufacture company of food that provides a variety of bread products(Bakery) and cakes (Pastry) to supply the needs of Hotels, Villas, and Restaurants in Bali inparticular. There are a lot of products that are produced and offered to its customers ranging fromEuropean bakery products to international-standard pastry products, frequent daily activities atPT.Tan's Bakery among others, order receipt, product manufacturing instructions, product stockprovision, procurement raw materials, customer additions, etc. In this study developed datamining analysis system using a priori algorithm is expected to give solution because by applyingdata analysis using a priori algorithm at Tan's Bakery can generate useful information forcompany, in analyzing sales transaction besides saving time, high, from the results of testingconducted obtained the results of the developed system is running as expected. Abstract

Natural Sciences is a compulsory subject at SDN 24 Dauh Puri which is theoretical subject, but teachers are required to provide real examples to easily understand. While material properties of objects are difficult to practice, and teachers only provide explanations without examples. This causes students become less understanding and bored with the material properties of objects. So we need to design an interactive multimedia using ADDIE method that serves to visualize the material properties of objects with examples so that students can understand more easily. The results of the system test questionnaire showed that 90.63% of students liked this learning media, 91.64% of students liked the pictures on this learning media, 91.13% of students liked the color in this learning media, 82.53% of students said they could use the media. In this learning, 96% of students know the nature of air, 100% of students know what objects are soluble in water, 97% of students know how the shape changes due to the combustion process, 100% of students know what materials are not easily broken, 100% of students know the nature of the material. of wood, and 87% of students know the raw materials for making paper.
