Abstract

The research in this thesis is motivated by the importance of reading for students. Students as Indonesian human resources are needed ideas and opinions to build this country. The quality of human resources is strongly related to the interest in reading that students have. Reading habits are not only related to the teaching and learning process, but can also shape the personality of the individual by living the reading results. The discussion is The Interest of Reading Students of the Class of 2017 in the Digital Library during the Covid-19 Pandemic in the Economic Education Study Program of FKIP University of Palangka Raya. This study aims to express students' reading interest in completing lecture assignments by using digital libraries during the Covid-19 pandemic di Economic Education Study Program FKIP University of Palangka Raya. This research method uses qualitative approach, with research methods that are dequalitatively curative. This study aims to describe the results of data processing in the form of words, images that occur in the field that are natural and discovery in accordance with the phenomenon and actual circumstances. The results of the study conducted by The Interest in Reading Students of the Class of 2017 at the Digital Library During the Covid-19 Pandemic inthe Economic Education Study Program of FKIP University of Palangka Raya, this is shown by the results ofinterviews that researchers have drawn the conclusion that the interest in reading students during the Covid-19 Pandemic at the Digital Library of Palangka Raya University is still relatively low judging by the duration spent reading and the number of student visits to digital libraries. The low interest in reading students due to the obstacles experienced when accessing digital libraries yang become obstacles in accessing the first digital library network because this network is very important if there is no internet network then we can not access the digital library,then need media as a place to access it such as mobile phones, tablets, and also computers/laptops

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the effectiveness of online learning in MTsN 1 Murung. The questions you want to answer through this study are: 1) To find out the effectiveness of online learning in MTsN 1 Moody. 2) To find out the advantages and disadvantages in the implementation of online learning in MTsN 1 Murung. 3) To know what needs to be improved so that the implementation of online learning runs better and in accordance with the wishes. This research uses qualitative research methods with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques or interview data collection and documentation. The subjects of the study were the head of the madrassa, teachers and learners of MTsN 1 Murung. The data analysis technique in this study uses qualitative descriptive data analysis of interactive models from Milles and Michael Huberman consisting of three concurrent activity paths, namely; data reduction, presentation of data, and withdrawal of conclusions. Based on the results of research and interviews showed that online learning in MTsN 1 Murung is not effective considering that in its short implementation so that gutu can not know whether learners have understood the material or not, the advantages of online learning in MTsN 1 Murung Raya that learning can be accessed anywhere and anytime, learners can learn independently, the provision of tasks is more structured through applications. While the lack of online learning in MTsN 1 Murung is monitoring or monitoring the situation of students sulik done, signals / connections that are less stable in some areas. The field that needs to be improved so that online learning can run well is to increase the creativity of teachers in making learning media that are easy to understand, monitoring / supervision to learners is more tightened, and cooperation between parents and teachers must be well established

Abstract

One of the educational problems facing our nation is the quality of education. Various efforts have been made to improve the quality of national education, among others through various training and improvement of teacher competence, procurement of books and learning tools, improvement of educational advice and infrastructure, and improving the quality of school management. Leadership is one of the factors that determine the success of SBM implementation. This study uses a qualitative approach in the form of a descriptive. The use of descriptive methods in this study with the aim of describing an activity of implementing the principal's leadership in implementing school-based management which first analyzes the implementation process. Sources of data in this study using primary data and secondary data. Primary data are various information and information obtained directly from the source, namely the parties who are used as research informants with a total of 6 people. While secondary data are various theories and information obtained indirectly from the source. Data collection techniques are interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the leadership applied at SMP Negeri One Roof 1 Kotawaringi Lama uses a participatory leadership style with joint decision leadership, so that in the implementation of School-Based Management all school managers are given the freedom to design and establish school regulations together, both teachers, principals. Schools and school committees. The principal's leadership in school-based management at the One Roof State Junior High School 1 Kotawaringin Lama has also been running smoothly, although there are several obstacles but they can still be resolved by consulting with teachers and other school managers so that they can be resolved and resolved

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze students' perceptions of the quality of academic services at the Teaching and Education Faculty, Palangka Raya University. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The selection of respondents was carried out by purposive sampling involving thirteen sources. Data collection procedures were carried out by interviewing, observing and documenting while data analysis was carried out by data reduction, data modeling and drawing conclusions. The results of the study on the quality of academic services which consisted of five dimensions concluded that 1) reliability: inaccurate service, slow service processes, and lack of discipline for academic staff, 2) certainty: knowledge of academic staff in providing good service, good employee skills, and courtesy / hospitality of academic staff is still lacking, 3) tangible: student parking is quite wide but muddy in the rainy season, the waiting room is narrow and stuffy, and only has two chairs for waiting students, 4) empathy: only some academic staff pay attention and concern for students, and 5) responsiveness: lack of responsibility for academic staff. It is hoped that the results of this study can improve the performance of academic staff in providing academic services so that they are faster, more disciplined, prioritize courtesy, improve parking lots and student waiting rooms, care more for students who experience problems, provide suggestion boxes and establish academic service quality standards

Abstract

The increasingly fierce competition in the business world, requires companies including banks to develop strategies in running their business. This strategy aims to create competitive advantage, growth and development of the company. This also happens in the banking world, therefore the author wishes to analyze Leverage and Company Growth at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Persero, Tbk. This research is a type of descriptive research, the object of this research is the financial statements of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk in 2014-2018 and this study uses quantitative and qualitative data types derived from the company's financial statements as qualitative and quantitative data types. The data collection technique in this research is through documents related to and supporting this research, namely the Financial Statements of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2018. In this study, the data analysis technique used is through trend analysis assisted by graphs. The results showed that the DER of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. For 5 years (2014-2018) it was 630,722 (720.52 + 676.49 + 583.62 + 573.00 + 599.98 : 5) or 6.3%, which means PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. has sufficient capital of its own which is used to pay debts systematically. Growth of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk. From 2014 to 2018 it tends to fluctuate. If seen in 2015 there was a significant decline in Bank BRI's profit growth from the previous year. This happened because of the economic conditions that occurred, namely in 2014 the percentage of BRI's credit reached 17.2%, but it turned out that in 2015 there were bad loans which ultimately suppressed BRI's profit in 2015. In general, the growth of BRI Bank in 2014-2018 was quite good because every year it always gives an increase of almost always double digits (percentage) except in 2015 which only rose 9.54% but this is reasonable because it has reasons that are in accordance with the economic conditions faced

Abstract

The problem raised in this research is how is the competitive strategy between culinary traders in the Sangomang Park, Palangka Raya. With the number of informants as many as 21 people and data collection techniques used in this study were documentation and interviews. The data analysis methods used are: (1) Data Reduction, (2) Data Presentation, and (3) Data Conclusion Drawing. The results of this study are culinary traders at Sangomang Park in terms of products using 3 competitive strategies that are applied, including developing existing products, making new products that do not exist in other traders, and maintaining or maintaining the quality of existing flavors. For the price applied, the trader follows or equals the price of the surrounding trader. Then in terms of service, culinary traders in Sangomang Park as a whole apply good service with smiles, greetings and greetings. Regarding promotion, there are those who promote their wares through social media and some only through their families, employees, and people they know. Even so, the income of traders during the pandemic decreased drastically, in this situation, traders rely on online motorcycle taxi services that accept delivery services for buyers, even though some continue to sell and some are closed by making independent businesses in their respective homes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of work motivation and work environment that affects employee satisfaction at CV.”77” KEPINDO SEJAHTERA, either partially or simultaneously. The method of this research is to use a questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. From the results of the study stated that: (1) Work motivation and work environment simultaneously affect employee satisfaction. (2) Partially, work motivation and work environment affect employee satisfaction significantly. This research approach is a quantitative research with interview data collection techniques, questionnaires, documentation, and observation. Data analysis used multiple linear regression, F statistic test (simultaneous), individual parameter significant test (T test), and R2 determination coefficient test using SPSS 16.0 application. Based on the results of the study using hypothesis testing. In hypothesis testing, SPSS output results with T test results and F test results. The T test output results state that the two variables (X1 and X2) have a significant influence on the variable (Y). The following are the results of X1 against Y getting a significant value of 0.040 <0.05 with the result of T count 2.156 > 2.05183 T table. The results of the X2 T test against Y got a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 with a T count result of 4.877 > 2.05183. Meanwhile, for the SPSS output for testing the F test hypothesis, the significance result is 0.000 < 0.05 with an F count of 72,477 > 3.34. So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence between Work Motivation (X1) and Work Environment (X2) variables on Job Satisfaction (Y)

Abstract

Tuition fees in education contain the understanding as costs that must be incurred by students in following the educational process from the beginning to the final stage of education. Objective from study this For Know Analysis Cost Studying Moment Covid19 Pandemic on Study Program Students Education Economics FKIP University Palangka Raya. Method used in study this is method qualitative with method analysis descriptive that is the researcher is intended to collect data or information about an existing phenomenon. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques consisting of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was used using techniques from three stages of activities carried out sequentially, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data analysis withdrawal conclusion. From result study found that quantity cost issued lectures by each college student varies, there are addition cost studying that is on cost internet quota, which was originally IDR 100,000, was issued when pandemic cost internet quota is experiencing enhancement that is IDR 250,000 is caused by online learning so students must have internet quota to access the internet, zoom meetings, google meet, whatshaap, YouTube and other learning media, meanwhile the UKT costs have decreased. IDR 1,000,000, and for the cost of boarding/daily costs, it adjusts from parental submissions. Then for monthly needs, it increased from Rp. 1,000,000 to Rp. 2,000,000, while for cost Duty tuition fees activity student, and cost health is must cost prepared student who is at basic college student no can miss from cost the in Century pandemic this for example the cost of KKN and PPL that must be issued IDR 300,000, next cost related health with protocol health for purchase for example vitamins, masks and hand sanitizer reach IDR 50,000. Whereas for cost Duty covers print out or related with ATK you can reach IDR 50,000.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain data about the marketing strategy applied by the honey kelulut business group community, to know the implementation of the marketing strategy, to know the results of the SWOT analysis on the implementation of the marketing strategy and to find out the problems faced by the kelulut honey business group community in Petak Puti Village. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach or data collection, interviews, observations and documentation. The subject of this research is the community of the honey kelulut business group in Petak Puti Village. The data analysis technique in this study used an interactive qualitative descriptive data analysis model consisting of three concurrent activity lines, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of research and interviews, it was shown that at first this kelulut honey bee colony was an aid from the government. How to add a colony apart from government assistance, is also looking for colonies of honey bee kelulut in the forest or breaking up colonies of honey bee kelulut that already exists. In addition to maintaining stup assistance from the government, they also look for kelulut honey bee colonies in the forest around the village and break up existing colonies, so that these colonies can later grow. As well as planting flowers that have enough pollen so that it can increase the productivity of the honey produced. The influencing factors are the cleanliness of the stup, the safety of the stup from rainy or hot weather, and also guarding against nuisance animal attacks. There are two kinds of stup, namely stup made of wood logs taken from the forest which directly have the colony and some are made of boards, the stup is for the transfer of the colony. The post-harvest honey process is filtered into closed jars, allowed to stand for 2-3 days to reduce foam at the time of harvest, then poured into packaged bottles. The group entrusts the marketing of honey to the assistants, so that the assistants who market to the City of Palangka Raya and its surroundings go through agents/collectors in that city
