Abstract

Quality services will make patients feel satisfied. Patients will feel satisfied when they get services according to their needs and perceptions. Preliminary study regarding the level of patient satisfaction with waiting times for non-concoction prescription services, and it was found that 70% of patients were dissatisfied with the length of the waiting time. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of patient satisfaction with non-concoction prescription services and to analyze the relationship between waiting time for non-concoction prescription services and the level of satisfaction at the pharmacy installation of the North Cikampek Public Health Center. This research is an observational analytic study where data collection is done prospectively. The number of samples is 100 patients. The results in this study were mostly dissatisfied with 46 patients (46%). There is a relationship between waiting time for non-concoction prescription services and the level of satisfaction at the North Cikampek Public Health Center with a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05).

Abstract

The outbreak of Corona Virus Disease 2019 or referred to as Covid-19 that hit the world in 2020 and started from Wuhan, China caused emergencies in various countries, one of which was Indonesia. With the Covid-19 pandemic, the government has set policies to limit all community activities that can allow the transmission of Covid-19. Another policy implemented by the government to reduce the surge in Covid-19 cases is to provide Covid-19 vaccines to all Indonesian citizens. This study is a quantitative study using a questionnaire that was conducted in May - June 2022. This study was taken from someone who has vaccinated against Covid-19, this data collection was carried out to determine a person's level of satisfaction with the services received when vaccinating. The sample of this study consisted of UBPK pharmacy students and UNSIKA pharmacy students in Karawang district. Respondents' identities were based on gender, age, institution of origin, status (college while working), status (married), vaccination sites 1 and 2, complaints felt after vaccination, confidence after vaccination 1 and 2. Based on the results of the Covid-19 vaccination satisfaction survey in the Karawang district during the Covid-19 pandemic, data were obtained with a high consumer satisfaction value, very high interpretation (81%-100%), and an average percentage value of five dimensions of high service quality, namely 97.9%. The five dimensions of service quality are equal to or above 81%, namely tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The highest service quality is at 99% empathy dimension and the lowest is 96% reliability dimension.

Abstract

Type -2 Diabetes is a disease that is difficult to cure but can be controlled with lifelong medication and a healthy lifestyle. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of the relationship between knowledge of type-2 diabetes patients and patient adherence to taking diabetes medication in Karawang Kulon, West Java. The research method is descriptive correlation where the samples in this study were all type 2 diabetes patients in January 2023-February 2023 with a total of 311. The results showed that the level of knowledge of type -2 diabetes patients was good at 92.60%, and quite good at 7.4%. while the level of compliance is 13.83% compliance, 54.98% sufficient compliance and 31.19% disobedience. The results of the study based on the chi square test obtained a value of 0.00 <0.05, which means that there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge of type 2 diabetes patients and adherence to taking diabetes medication in Karawang Kulon.
