Abstract

The problem in this study is about the application of the work environment in improving the performance of the employees of the Karawang Regency DPRD Secretariat, where the purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the work environment in improving employee performance at the Karawang DPRD Secretariat. In answering these problems, researchers used qualitative research. The primary data in this article is from interviews with employees of the Karawang DPRD Secretariat, while the secondary data in this article comes from data on employee performance appraisal reports and employee promotion reports. In this study, the researcher used a purposive sampling technique, which consisted of key informants, main informants, and supporting informants. The results of the study of this article can be concluded that the work environment at the Karawang DPRD Secretariat is quite good,as seen from the employees who work optimally based on the good employee performance appraisal report and 9 (nine) employees who have been promoted.

Abstract

Civil Servants (PNS) as state apparatus, among others, are shown by their ability to achieve performance and work discipline. Civil servants must have a high discipline good performance and attitudes and behavior that are full of obedience and obedience to the state. District Court Purwakarta currently uses manual attendance to record and return employees then uses a recapitulation of adjustments with an online presence to calculate or determine the level of employee performance. The researcher gave the title ‘’The Application Of Online Presence To The Work Discipline Of Purwakarta State Court Employees’’ This research is descriptive and qualitative. The results of the study show that this online attendance will minimize the spread of the virus during this pandemic, there is no need to queue when absent. This attendance system also does not make employees make changes to their habits, employees who initiate such as doing attendance at home and when manual absences do not match the time with absences in the application.

Abstract

Judul pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah Pelatihan Pelayanan Prima Pelaku Ekowisata Kampung Kopi Desa. Mekar Buana – Karawang. Yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 13 Juni 2022 dengan peserta dari pihak pihak yang terlibat dalam ekowisata Kampung Kopi. Tujuan tahap awal pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan, pemahaman serta kemampuan pelaku ekowisata Kampung Kopi Desa Mekarbuana dalam memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada para pengunjung wisata. Tujuan akhirnya adalah terbangunnya Kampung Kopi Berbasis Ekowisata yang berkontribusi postif terhadap lingkungan alam sekitar, pengunjung, pemerintah serta masyarakat sekitar Desa Mekarbuana Kecamatan Tegalwaru Kabupaten Karawang. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan yang akan diberikan kepada pihak yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan ekowisata Kampung Kopi Desa Mekar Buana – Karawang. Pelaksanaan pelatihan dimulai dengan penyampaian materi pelayanan prima yang memberikan pemahaman penting bagaimana memberikan pelayanan paripurna kepada pengunjung sehingga mereka merasa puas. Pelatihan ini baru sebatas penyampaian materi secara umum yang perlu ditindak lanjuti dengan pelatihan berikutnya yang lebih praktis seuai kebutuhan. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Pelayanan Prima, Ekowisata.

Abstract

The Karawang District Court is a general judicial environment under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia as the executor of independent judicial powers to administer justice in upholding Law and Justice, the Karawang District Court as the "front guard" (Voorj post) of the Supreme Court, has the duty and authorityreceive, examine, decide and settle cases that are entered at the first level. This study aims to find out and analyze how the work discipline of Karawang District Court employees, find out and analyze how the performance of Karawang District Court employees, and to find out how the implementation of work discipline to improve employee performance in the Karawang District Court Office Class 1 B. The type of research used by the author namely descriptive qualitative research. This study uses 2 kinds of data sources, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques used in the form of observation or direct observation, documentation, and interviews and the data analysis technique is using triangulation of data sources. The data is processed properly so that it becomes a tool of information that can be concluded. The results of the research and discussion show that the implementation of employee work discipline is good in terms of employee work targets and employee performance appraisals achieved, although it is inseparable from several shortcomings. In the future, it is hoped that the application of work discipline to Karawang District Court employees will be further improved in order to maximize employee performance so that organizational or agency goals can be achieved.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of work discipline in improving employee performance at PT. Anisa Jaya Utama. The research was conducted at PT. Anisa Jaya Utama which is located at Jl.Raya Tamelang, Krajan Hamlet, Mekarjaya Village, Purwasari District, Karawang Regency. The population in this study was 120 employees. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The result of this study is that there are still many undisciplined employees which results in decreased achievements in their performance. This can be proven from the results of observations, interviews and questionnaire results. And the solution provided so that the role of work discipline in PT. Anisa Jaya Utama is: 1) The company provides attendance tools in the form of fingerprints, or other android applications. 2) Given a letter of reprimand both oral and written. For a written reprimand the company gives SP1, SP2, SP3 until it is issued. 3) Sops are made for employee attendance, such as SOPs for incoming employees and SOPs for returning employees

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of compensation in improving employee performance at PT. Bumi Artha Sedayu Jl Raya Klari no 23-24 East Karawang District. The method used in this research is a qualitative research with triangulation method as a source to analyze using interview, observation and survey instruments. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of compensationprovided for now is still lacking, and performance is still lacking. Pthe company must provide a salary with the Karawang UMR standard, he added in the provision of insurance and to improve employee performance the company must maximize unit sales so that the realization is according to the predetermined target.

Abstract

Abstrak : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui serta mengidentifikasi peran kepemimpinan dari Kepala Desa dalam mengembangkan UMKM. Lokasi penelitian ini di Desa Karya Mulya Kecamatan Batujaya Kabupaten Karawang Propinsi Jawa Barat. Sedangkan pengumpulan data melalui data primer hasil wawancara dan observasi serta data sekunder dari berbagai literatur kepustakaan dan dokumen-dokumen lainnya. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara trianggulasi sumber yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kemudian data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian tentang peran kepemimpinan Kepala Desa dalam mengembangkan UMKM desa Karya Mulya yaitu: 1. Kemampuan kepala desa dalam membuat keputusan sangat baik, 2. Kemampuan memotivasi yang dimiliki oleh kepala desa baik, 3. Kemampuan komunikasi kepala desa sangat baik, 4. Kemampuan kepala desa dalam mengendalikan bawahan baik, 5. Kepala desa dalam mengemban tugas sangat bertanggungjawab atau sangat baik, serta 6. kemampuan kepala desa dalam mengendalikan emosi baik. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Kepemimpinan Kepala Desa, UMKM

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to provide a description of the leadership style applied at the Pratama Clinic Nur'annisa Karawang. This type of research uses descriptive research. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation through practical work programs, interviews and literature studies. The results of the research obtained are that the leadership style applied at the Pratama Nur'annisa Clinic is a democratic leadership style. This is in accordance with the characteristics of a democratic leadership style such as; decisions are made jointly by the Head of the Clinic and employees, the leader always asks for advice and provides opportunities for employees to make a decision. The head of the clinic provides verbal motivation, praise and criticism. Communication that takes place is reciprocal, both between the Head of the Clinic and employees, as well as between employees and other employees. Opportunities openly for employees to provide suggestions, opinions and criticism. The Head of the Clinic is willing to delegate some of his authority to employees. The Head of the Clinic is willing to delegate some of his authority to the employees and the responsibility for the success of the organization is shared. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan deskripsi mengenai gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan di Klinik Pratama Nur’annisa Karawang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang  dilakukan dengan observasi melalui program kerja praktek, wawancara dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan di Klinik Pratama Nur’annisa ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan demokratis. Hal ini sesuai dengan ciri-ciri gaya kepemimpinan demokratis seperti; keputusan dibuat bersama-sama oleh Kepala Klinik dan karyawan, pemimpin selalu meminta saran dan memberikan kesempatan kepada karyawan dalam mengambil suatu keputusan. Kepala Klinik memberikan motivasi secara lisan, pujian dan kritik. Komunikasi yang berlangsung secara timbal balik, baik terjadi antara Kepala Klinik dengan karyawan, maupun antara karyawan dengan karyawan lain. Kesempatan secara terbuka bagi karyawan untuk memberikan saran, pendapat dan kritik. Kepala Klinik bersedia melimpahkan sebagian wewenangnya kepada karyawan. Kepala Klinik bersedia melimpahkan sebagian wewenangnya kepada karyawan dan tanggung jawab akan keberhasilan organisasi dipikul bersama.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the influence of compensation (X1) and Competency (X2) as independent variables on employee performance (Y) as the dependent variable in the Production Department of PT FCC Indonesia. Verifiatively, the aim is to test the hypothesis by calculating statistics about the effect of compensation and Competency on employee performance. This study used descriptive quantitative methods, and data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 155 respondents from employees of PT FCC Indonesia througha simple random sample. Data analysis was carried out using path analysis and the help of the SPSS application. The results show that the compensation, Competency, and employee performance variables have good scores descriptively. Verifiatively, there is a partial effect of compensation on employee performance and a partial effect of Competency on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and the effectiveness of work communication on the performance of PT FCC Indonesia's employees at the Molding Department. The research design used a quantitative approach by collecting data through distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study were 99 employees of the Molding Department of PT FCC Indonesia. Methods of data analysis using Multiple Regression analysis assisted by SPSS 26. The results showed that Transformational Leadership Style has a partially significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Communication partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Transformational Leadership Style has a greater influence on Employee Performance than Work Communication and Transformational Leadership Style and Work Communication simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance.
