Abstract

This study aims to see whether there is a relationship between self-confidence and working readiness in final year students majoring in jinayah and siyasa, sharia faculty, State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Imam Bonjol Padang. The population in this study were final year students who were taking thesis courses totaling 50 people. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling, namely the purpose of the sample is to take the subject not based on strata, random but based on a specific purpose. The measuring instrument used is the self-confidence scale and the work readiness scale. The data analysis method used to test the hypothesis in this study is to use product moment (person) correlation, which shows that there is a significant relationship between self-confidence and working readiness, meaning that the higher the self-confidence, the higher the working readiness of final year students majoring. jinayah and siyasa of IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang. It means that the research hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

Disiplin kerja karyawan akan dapat ditingkatkan, seiring dengan terselenggaranya kegiatan yang dikelola oleh pemimpin yang memiliki kemampuan dan kreativitas dalam mengelola berbagai kegiatan yang dilakukan dengan baik, efisien dan tersusun dengan baik. Dari data yang diperoleh peneliti, sebagai salah satu komponen dalam disiplin kerja, ditemukan adanya peningkatan jumlah keterlambatan di PT Mandiri Sejahtera. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dan Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Mandiri Sejahtera. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif pendekatan deskriptif korelasional. Sampel berjumlah 32 orang yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengambilan data tadi dilakukan dengan instrumen angket dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji-F dan uji regresi berganda. Analisis deskriptif ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional variabel gaya dan disiplin kerja tergolong baik, serta iklim organisasi tergolong baik tergolong kondusif. Hasil korelasi menggambarkan: (1). Gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pengaruh 0,000 < 0,05 terhadap disiplin kerja, (2). Iklim organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap 0,040 < 0,05 pada disiplin kerja. (3). Kontribusi Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Iklim Organisasi terhadap Disiplin Kerja (R = 0,888). Kesimpulannya, Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dan Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Mandiri Sejahtera.

Abstract

With organizational commitment acting as an intermediary variable in the study's analysis of the relationship between burnout and job satisfaction and intention to leave, employees. Nonprobability sampling methods with saturated sampling types are used in this sampling methodology. Using a Likert scale with five categories, the questionnaire asks for information. The data analysis method employed in this inquiry is the route analysis method. The analysis used in this study includes a validity test, a reliability test, a normality test, a coefficient of determination test, an f-test, a t-test, and a Sobel test to determine the mediating effect. The study's results show that burnout affects organizational commitment, job satisfaction affects organizational commitment, burnout and job satisfaction both affect organizational commitment, burnout affects turnover intention, job satisfaction affects turnover intention, organizational commitment affects turnover intention, and burnout toward work affects organizational commitment.

Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior is discretionary behavior that plays a role in the psychological and social environment at work. A successful organization or company definitely needs workers who can be responsible and work harder than expected. This can also affect a nurse's professional commitment. This research aims to find out how work involvement and social support influence professional commitment and organizational citizenship behavior with research subjects at general hospitals. This research uses a quantitative approach using purposive sampling techniques to determine the sample size of 100 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire, which was then analyzed using path analysis. The results of this research show that path one, or sub-structural one, namely work involvement and social support, has a significant influence on professional commitment, both simultaneously and partially. Work participation, social support, and professional commitment the outcomes of route or sub-structural two have a major impact on organizational citizenship behavior, partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low performance of employees. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and training on employee performance in the VUCA era. The research method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 100 employees using random sampling technique. Data collection uses a questionnaire distributed via google form. The instruments used have been tested for validity and reliability. The collected data were analyzed using the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression using excel and SPSS. The results of this study indicate that 1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the VUCA era, 2) training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the VUCA era, and 3) organizational culture and training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the VUCA era. The findings of this study indicate that if companies want to improve employee performance in the VUCA era, companies must improve good organizational culture and provide training to employees.
