Abstract

PT Triguna Pratama Abadi is a company that manages and destroys hazardous and toxic B3 waste. In addition, the company also produces B3 waste, for example paper-producing waste that is used as scrap paper for egg holders and contaminated soil waste into red bricks, not only that this company is also a medical waste destruction company whose scope can be from outside the city of Karawang. This business feasibility analysis activity is one of the efforts in providing alternative policies for processing and collecting B3 waste. The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not a company is feasible. With descriptive research methods and literature, the results of the analysis of the economic feasibility of processing activities are as follows, NPV Rp. 239.029 million, IRR 183% B/C value 14.28 and PBP 2 years. And the analysis of the economic feasibility of collecting activities is obtained as follows, NPV Rp. 445.269 million , IRR 238% B/C value 1.61 and PBP 7 years. With these results, a decent result is obtained in the economic activities of B3 waste management and collection at PT Triguna Pratama Abadi.

Abstract

The Covid -19 pandemic in Indonesia has caused a global pandemic, including cosmetic companies experiencing a very drastic decline in turnover. Restrictions, social distancing, large-scale social and work form home provisions have made the number of cosmetic requests decrease. The decline in consumer spending interest due to the absence of a tester has led to a decline in consumer shopping for cosmetics offline. The cause of the absence of a tester is due to protection of consumer health, hygiene factors, and limited interaction between consumers and Sales Promotion girls due to social distancing. This makes business actors have to develop appropriate marketing strategies in order to get new customers because they have to compete in winning business competition. This study aims to determine the digital push strategy as a marketing channel for pixy products at PT Dutamasindo Labora Jaya Karawang. This study uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The research subjects were the Sales Promotion Girl Team Leader and the Area sales representative, totaling 2 people. Data analysis using qualitative descriptive techniques data obtained through direct interviews. Pandemi Covid -19 di Indonesia menyebabkan pandemi global tidak terkecuali perusahaan kosmetik mengalami penurunan omset yang sangat drastis. Pembatasan, social distancing, sosial berskala besar dan ketentuan work form home membuat jumlah permintaan kosmetik semakin menurun. Penurunan minat belanja konsumen akibat ketidaan tester menyebabkan menurunnya minat belanja konsumen kosmetik secara offline. Penyebab Ketiadaan tester dikarenakan perlindungan terhadap kesehatan konsumen, faktor higienitas, serta keterbatasan interaksi antara konsumen dan Sales Promotion girl akibat social distancing. Hal ini membuat para pelaku usaha harus mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang tepat agar mendapatkan pelanggan baru karena harus bersaing dalam memenangkan persaingan bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui push strategy secara digital sebagai saluran pemasaran produk pixy di PT Dutamasindo Labora Jaya Karawang Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian yaitu Team Leader Sales Promotion Girl dan Area sales respentative yang berjumlah 2 orang. Analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif data di peroleh melalui hasil wawancara secara langsung.

Abstract

Karawang Regency which is famous for its Industrial City turns out to have a lot of natural potentials that are not known by the wider community, even the native people of Karawang. One of the villages in South Karawang actually has so much natural potential that is located at the foot of Mount Sanggabuana. To support the income level of the community. One of them is through the introduction ofdigital marketing, where one of the biggest obstacles at this time is that digital promotion has not been carried out properly and correctly by the community so it is necessary to socialize the introduction of digital promotion.SMEs engaged in the production of Sanggabuana Coffee are digitized so that they can help SMEs to improve product quality and help SMEs understand the importance of digital marketing so that later they can reach a wider market. It is not surprising that the digitization program for MSMEs in Mekarbuana Village, Kec. Tegalwaru Regency. Karawang received a good positive response from the local community because it really helped the community, especially MSME actors. It is hoped that MSME actors can understand digital marketing so that later the marketing reach will not only be limited to Mekarbuana village but will extend outside the region in order to boost the economy.

Abstract

Salah satu Desa di Selatan karawang ternyata menyimpan begitu besar potensi alam yang terletak di kaki gunung sanggabuana. Selain daerah wisata salah satu potensi alam nya adalah perkebunan kopi, dimana hasil Kopi dari Desa Mekar Buana ini memiliki kualitas yang sangat bagus, bahkan Kopi jenis Robusta yang diproduksi menempati peringkat kedua di tingkat Provinsi Jawa barat. Oleh karena itu tema pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah membangun kampung kopi berbasis ekowisata , yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui pengembangan Potensi desa dengan meningkatnya pendapatan masyarakat . Meningkatnya pendapatan masyarakat salah satunya adalah dengan adanya modal kerja yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat tersebut. Berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara dengan masyarakat Desa Mekarbuana sebagai pelaku usaha sebagian besar mendapatkan pinjaman modal dari tengkulak ataupun dari rentenir yang dikenal dengan istilah Bank Emok. Selain itu salah satu kendala yang terbesar saat ini belum dilakukannya pencatatan keuangan atas kegiatan usahanya dengan baik dan benar oleh masyarakat. Masyarakat masih beranggapan bahwa pengajuan modal melalui institusi keuangan itu sulit, membutukan banyak dokumen dan proses yang lama. Modal kerja akan dengan mudah didapatkan apabila masyarakat memiliki pencatatan keuangan sebagai penilaian kelayakan usaha tersebut. Sehingga pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan cara melakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan serta pendampingan kepada masyarakat pelaku UMKM untuk melakukan pencatatan keuangan secara sederhana .

Abstract

One of the villages in South Karawang, which is located at the foot of Mount Sanggabuana, has a very high natural tourism potential, with a distance between the village and the city center of around 45.30 km. The demographic location which is quite far from the City Center coupled with post-pandemic conditions means that people's income is still below average and has even decreased. Financial management is one of the main problems in MSMEs because many ignore the importance of financial literacy.This is in line with the results of the National Financial Literacy and Inclusion Survey (SNLIK) conducted by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in 2019 which shows that both in terms of understanding and use of financial products/services, people in rural areas are still quite behind compared to the rest of the population. who live in the city area. This research was conducted to determine the effect of financial literacy on financial management. The method used in this research is quantitative research. Based on the results of research with the help of SPSS version 26, it is known that the R square is 0.373. Which means bthat the variable financial literacy affects financial management 37.3% and the remaining 62.7 is influenced by other factors. The results of the calculation of the t test show that t count is greater than t table (4.084 > 2.048) so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between financial literacy and financial management in MSMEs in Mekarbuana Village.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve human resources in creative and innovative thinking in the development of coffee products. Partners in this service work together with Buana Mekar Bumdes. The method of service is in the form of training and assistance in improving human resources. The final expected goal is for partners to collaborate in achieving increased sales of sanggabuana coffee.
