Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dinamika profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan struktur modal pada bank umum yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2015-2019, mengidentifikasi pengaruhnya dan memformulasikan implikasi manajerial dan merekomendasi kesimpulan bahwa ada pengaruh dari Return on Equity (ROE), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), dan Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) terhadap Price To Book Value (PBV). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitaif dimana variabel independennya adalah profitabilitas, struktur modal, dan likuiditas, sedangkan untuk variabel dependennya adalah perusahaan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik inferensia. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi data panel yang diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian didapatkan pada uji asumsi diketahui bahwa error term sudah memenuhi asumsi normal dan tidak terdapat multikolinearitas dan heteroskedastisitas. Pada uji hipotesis koefisien determinasi, diketahui bahwa sample dapat secara baik mempresentasikan total populasi, dan pada uji regresi simultan (Uji F) didapatkan bahwa variabel independen (ROE, DER, LDR) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan pada variabel dependen (PBV). Dari hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa Return on Equity (ROE) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan untuk variabel lainnya seperti Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV) dan Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV). Kata kunci: Nilai Perusahaan, Profitabilitas, Struktur Modal, Likuiditas This study aims to identify the dynamics of profitability, liquidity, and capital structure in commercial banks listed on the IDX for the 2015-2019 period, identify their effects and formulate managerial implications and recommend the conclusion that there is an effect of Return on Equity (ROE), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), and Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) against Price To Book Value (PBV). This research is a causal research with a quantitative approach where the independent variables are profitability, capital structure and liquidity, while the dependent variable is the company. The data analysis used was statistical inferential analysis. This study uses panel data regression analysis which is processed using SPSS version 23. The results obtained in the assumption test note that the error term has met the normal assumptions and there is no multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. In the coefficient of determination hypothesis test, it is known that the sample can represent the total population well, and in the simultaneous regression test (F test) it is found that the independent variables (ROE, DER, LDR) simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable (PBV). From the results of the study states that Return on Equity (ROE) has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Meanwhile, other variables such as Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) have a negative and insignificant effect on firm value (PBV) and Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) has a significant and significant effect on firm value (PBV). Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh kompetensi, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode survei dipilih sebagai sumber data primer. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner atau angket. Berdasarkan tingkat eksplanasinya, tergolong sebagai penelitian asosiatif. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai salahsatu Dinas di Kab. Cirebon. Alasan mengambil objek penelitian ini karena ingin mengetahui faktor-faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dalam pencapaian tujuan, yaitu untuk meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap masyarakat terutama dalam proses pengawasan dan pembinaan terhadap kebutuhan informasi. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Bagian Humas Dan Bagian Umum Setda Kabupaten Cirebon yang berjumlah 40 orang. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh atau seluruh populasi yaitu sebanyak 40 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Kompetensi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel yang diteliti yaitu kompetensi, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja bepengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata kunci: Kompetensi, Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, dan Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of work discipline in improving employee performance in the Disciplinary Section of Perum Peruri. This research involves employees in the Discipline Section through literature studies, case studies, and portfolio documents from research activities. The results of this study indicate that employees' non-compliance with company regulations causes problems not being on time, causing empty absences in the Employee Self Service (ESS) system because company regulations are not implemented regarding late permits or leaving the company for personal purposes which can affect employee performance. . Based on the results of qualitative descriptive analysis, it can be concluded that the enforcement of discipline is important for companies as a basis for improving employee performance, because discipline contains rules that must be obeyed by employees. Discipline is expected to make work as efficient as possible which can provide benefits for both the organization and employees.

Abstract

This study aims to describe human resource development through KYT training (kiken yochi training) to improve employee performance at PT. Nichias Rockwool Indonesia (autopart). The analytical method used in this research is literature study, case study and documentation. The research approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study are the performance of employees at PT. Nichias Rockwool Indonesia (Autopart) has been carried out and is improving by conducting KYT training activities. This KYT training aims to reduce the level of work accidents in the work environment, prevent the occurrence of human errors, reduce the level of potential hazards in the work environment and increase the level of employee alertness to abnormal situations and conditions.

Abstract

One of the villages in South Karawang, which is located at the foot of Mount Sanggabuana, has a very high natural tourism potential, with a distance between the village and the city center of around 45.30 km. The demographic location which is quite far from the City Center coupled with post-pandemic conditions means that people's income is still below average and has even decreased. Financial management is one of the main problems in MSMEs because many ignore the importance of financial literacy.This is in line with the results of the National Financial Literacy and Inclusion Survey (SNLIK) conducted by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in 2019 which shows that both in terms of understanding and use of financial products/services, people in rural areas are still quite behind compared to the rest of the population. who live in the city area. This research was conducted to determine the effect of financial literacy on financial management. The method used in this research is quantitative research. Based on the results of research with the help of SPSS version 26, it is known that the R square is 0.373. Which means bthat the variable financial literacy affects financial management 37.3% and the remaining 62.7 is influenced by other factors. The results of the calculation of the t test show that t count is greater than t table (4.084 > 2.048) so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between financial literacy and financial management in MSMEs in Mekarbuana Village.

Abstract

A B S T R A C TOne of the local cosmetic industries, namely Pixy, uses its product promotion through Celebrity Endorser on Instagram. The brand image owned by Pixy has a good image that makes consumers decide to buy Pixy products. This study aims to: (identify and analyze and explain the corelation of Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image on Purchase Decisions. The research was conducted using the quantitative data path analysis method. The sample in this study were students of Management at the University of Buana Perjuangan Karawang class of 2017 who used Pixy lipstick as many as 80 respondents. The sampling technique is Two Stage Side Cluster which uses 2 Probability Sampling Techniques, the first is the Cluster Random Sampling Technique and the second is the Simple Random Sampling Technique. The results show that (1) Celebrity Endorser (X1) to Brand Image (X2) has a strong correlation (2) Celebrity Endorser (X1) has a significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y), (3) Brand Image ( X2) has a significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y), (4) Celebrity Endorser (X1) and Brand Image (X2) has a significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y)..A B S T R A KSalah satu industri kosmetik lokal yaitu Pixy yang menggunakan promosi produknya melalui Celebrity Endorser di Instagram. Citra merek yang dimiliki Pixy memiliki citra yang baik yangmmembuat konsumen memutuskan pembelian produk Pixy.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengetahui dan menganalisis serta menjelaskan hubungan Celebrity Endorser dan Citra Merek terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis jalur (Path Analysis) data kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswi Manajemen Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang angkatan 2017 pengguna lipstik Pixy sebanyak 80 Responden. Teknik pengambilan Sampel yaitu Two Stage Cluster Samping yang merupakan menggunakan 2 Teknik Probability Sampling yang pertama Teknik Cluster Random Sampling dan yang kedua Teknik Simple Random Sampling. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa (1) Hubungan Celebrity Endorser (X1) terhadap Citra Merek (X2) memiliki korelasi kuat (2) Celebrity Endorser (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y), (3) Citra Merek (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y), (4) Celebrity Endorser (X1) dan Citra Merek (X2) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) berpengaruh signifikan.

Abstract

Production management is the activity of planning, organizing, directing, and monitoring the efforts of the members of the organization and use of resources of other organizations in order to achieve organizational goals that have been set. Inthis activity, important for the department planning product and inventory control to play a role in the management of production in creating a product planning as well as play a role in the control of inventory. In the lecture field work, the students who participated in the lecture field work in a Pie PT Hai International Wiratama can learn about production management, in particular the role of the department planning production and inventory control inmaintaining the production process in accordance with the obligations ditentkanbased on the rules. From the results of observation and interview in the activities of the working class of this field can be seen that the product planning and inventory control in charge of keeping the stability of raw material, semi-finished materials, as well as the state and the number of finished products ready to be marketed.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui menganalisis kebutuhan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kretaivitas sumber daya manusia pada Industri Kecil Menengah Di Kabupaten Karawang pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Karawang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan Teknik Triangulasi menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Hasil analisis deskriptif kualitatif dapat disimpulkan bahwa kebutuhan pelatihan sangat penting bagi pelaku Industri Kecil Menengah sebagai landasan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas pelaku Industri Kecil Menengah, pelatihan diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat baik bagi pelaku Industri Kecil Menengah.

Abstract

This research aims to find out about the influence of training and work environment on employee performance at PT. Kreasindo Jaya Tama Sukses Bekasi. The method used in this researchthe is the quantitative method. This research was conducted at PT. Kreasindo Jaya Tama Sukses. The sample collection technique uses all employees of PT. Kreasindo Jaya Tama Sukses with a total of 105 employees. To determine the total of samples used, use the slovin formula with a margin error of 10% and there were result 52 employees who were used as respondents. The analysis model used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using the f-test and t-test with a significance level of 5%. The research results show that there is a partial influence between job training on employee performance and the t table value (3,739 > 1,676 atay thitung > ttabel). Meanwhile, there is a partial influence of the work environment on employee performance with t table (2,329 > 1,676).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see the effectiveness of employee performance and provide suggestions and recommendations from the findings of the human resource audit at PT Mattel Indonesia. This research is a descriptive qualitative research using data collection methods of interviews and questionnaires to the human resource management division. The data analysis method used is qualitative analysis using the interactive analysis model from Miles and Huberman which is divided into 4 major parts, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification. The results showed that the management of PT Mattel Indonesia does not yet have procedures governing HR planning, therefore it is necessary to have quality HR planning. Some HR function activities at PT Mattel Indonesia have been running effectively, including HR recruitment, HR selection and placement, HR training and development, career planning and development, employee performance appraisal, service compensation, labor relations, occupational health and safety, employee job satisfaction, termination of employment.
