Abstract

This explanatory research aims to determine the significance of the influence of work environment and organizational culture variables on teacher performance. The number of respondents involved were 51 teachers. The results of this study state that the work environment has a significant influence on teacher performance. Another independent variable, namely organizational culture also has a significant influence on teacher performance. The work environment becomes the independent variable that has the dominant influence. Simultaneously, the same thing also happened. The correlation between the independent and dependent variables is very strong.

Abstract

Business competition in the global market poses problems for companies. The problem faced by the company is not only how to set a marketing strategy for profit. Companies are faced with problems regarding the level of turnover intention of their employees. The company will spend more to train the new employee's ability if there is a turnover of its employees. So that the problem of turnover intention becomes the focus of management in order to suppress the desire of employees to quit or change jobs. This study was conducted to determine the level of turnover intention seen from employee involvement and work-life balance. This research was conducted at a company in Kediri, East Java. The research sample obtained as many as 100 respondents. The research data will be processed with SPSS using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, it is proven that employee involvement has a significant influence on the formation of turnover intention. In addition, turnover intention is also significantly influenced by work-life balance. Work involvement and work-life balance together have a significant influence on changes in turnover intention.

Abstract

The quality of education is very dependent on the role of teachers in it because teachers are professional educators. Quality education processes and outcomes are also inseparable from teacher performance. Therefore, given the importance of this, various efforts are still being made to improve teacher performance such as self-discipline, self-concept and self-efficacy as will be discussed in this study. This study uses a quantitative approach by using the method of observation and questionnaire design. The population observed was 38 teachers, because the number was less than 100, the sample was determined using the census technique. The data were then tested for validity and reliability as well as the classical assumption test. In the end there is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 26.0 program. The conclusion that self-discipline has a significant effect on improving teacher performance. Likewise, what happened to the independent variables of self-concept and self-efficacy also had a partial and significant influence on improving teacher performance. These three variables have a significant effect simultaneously on improving teacher performance.

Abstract

The current research intends to determine the influence of shopping motivation, destination image, and experience on revisit intentions. In this study, the population is shopping center visitors who have returned to Cito Surabaya. The sample is known as 100 respondents. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique. The Google form is the application used to collect research data from this study through a questionnaire. Processing the data according to the collected will utilize SPSS to analyze the results. In accordance with the objectives identified, it resulted in findings that of the three independent variables, namely shopping motivation, destination image and experience can significantly influence the revisit intention. This research can assist shopping center managers in understanding consumers and designing marketing strategies that suit their needs.
