Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah faktor fundamental dan teknikal memiliki pengaruh terhadap harga saham. Adapun faktor fundamental yang digunakan adalah current ratio, DER dan ROA sedangkan faktor teknikal yang digunakan adalah IHSG dan volume perdagangan. Populasi sebanyak 72 perusahaan sedangkan sampel yang dipilih sebanyak 18 perusahaan. Regresi yang digunakan adalah berganda karena variabel independen sebanyak 5. Berdasarkan hasil uji secara parsial hanya DER dan ROA yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara positif terhadap harga saham sisanya tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap harga saham. Secara serempak kelima variabel menunjukkan pengaruh terhadap harga saham dengan hasil adjusted r square sebesar 29,1% dari variasi harga saham dijelaskan oleh variabel CR, DER, ROA, IHSG dan volume perdagangan dimana sisanya 70,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya yaitu perputaran total aset, price earning ratio dan price book value.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and determine the effect of the level of financial literacy, lifestyle, fear of missing out on stock investment decisions in the millennial generation in the city of Medan. This research approach uses quantitative research. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires. The sample of this research is the Millennial Generation in the city of Medan, totaling 100 respondents. The analysis technique uses the associative method which explains the causal relationship and influence between variables through hypothesis testing. The variables in this study consist of the independent variables, namely financial literacy, lifestyle and fear of missing out, and the dependent variable, namely stock investment decisions. The results of the study show that financial literacy, lifestyle and fear of missing out have a positive and significant effect on stock investment decisions simultaneously. The results of the research partially show that financial literacy has a significant effect on decisions, lifestyle has a significant effect on decisions, and fear of missing out has a significant effect on decisions.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis tingkat pola konsumsi dengan pendidikan pada mahasiswa yang ada di kota Medan. Peneliti menggunakan metode survey dan menyebarkan angket serta kuesioner kepada mahasiswa dengan pertanyaan yang sistematis dan yang berkaitan dengan pola konsumsi mahasiswa. Tingkat konsumsi mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh tempat tinggal atau kost mereka, serta perkuliahan yang padat menjadikan konsumsi mereka berbeda-beda. Rata-rata pola konsumsi mahasiswa bertaraf rendah, karena mereka bisa mengendalikan keuangan mereka yang baik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Analysis of the Effect of Customer Trust on the Decision to Use Mobile Banking Through Perceived Risk as an Intervening Variable (Case Study on Mobile Banking Application Users at UIN North Sumatra Students). This study uses a quantitative approach. In this study, a questionnaire was used to collect data, and 100 students at UIN Sumatra Utara were selected as a sample using a purposive sampling method. Data analysis in this research is quantitative data analysis. Statistical tests known as the T-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination R2 are all components of this analysis, as are the path analysis tests. Based on the research analysis, it can be concluded that customer trust has a positive and significant effect on perceived risk, customer trust has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use, perceived risk has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use, customer trust has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use through perceived risk as intervening variable. This means that a high perceived risk in accordance with customer trust will lead to a high decision to use the mobile banking application. This result is important for Islamic banking to minimize the risks that will be felt. Through breakthroughs to improve the security of the mobile banking system, thereby maintaining customer trust which will have an impact on the decision to use mobile banking services.

Abstract

This study seeks to investigate and analyze the factors that influence Generation Z’s use of fintech lending (paylater) in Jakarta, West Java, East Java, Central Java, and North Sumatra. This study employs a descriptive quantitative methodology and questionnaire distribution. The study employed purposive sampling. This study included 200 Generation Z respondents who have utilized fintech lending (paylater) as respondents. The method of data analysis employs Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and SmartPLS version 3.2.9 software. The variables performance expectation, social influence, hedonic motivation, and habit have a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention, whereas effort expectation, facilitating conditions, and price value do not. In addition to testing the UTAUT 2 model, this research was conducted on Generation Z, where few research results are discussing the use of fintech lending (paylater). Generation Z is the generation that currently dominates the population in Indonesia and will be the next generation of Indonesians; therefore, it is essential to determine what factors play a role in encouraging the use of fintech lending (paylater) among Generation Z.AbstrakPenelitian ini tujuannya guna menyelidiki serta menganalisis faktor-faktor yang pengaruhi pemakaian fintech lending (paylater) generasi Z di Jakarta, Jawa Barat, Jawa Timur, Jawa Tengah, dan Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif deskriptif dan penyebaran kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Penelitian ini melibatkan 200 responden generasi Z yang telah memanfaatkan fintech lending (paylater) sebagai responden. Metode analisis data memakai perangkat lunak PLS-SEM dan SmartPLS versi 3.2.9. Variabel ekspektasi kinerja, pengaruh sosial, motivasi hedonis, serta kebiasaan berpengaruh positif juga signifikan pada niat berperilaku, sedangkan ekspektasi upaya, kondisi fasilitasi, dan nilai harga tidak. Selain menguji model UTAUT 2, penelitian ini dilakukan pada generasi Z, dimana hasil penelitian yang membahas tentang penggunaan fintech lending (paylater) masih sedikit. Generasi Z merupakan generasi yang sekarang mendominasi jumlah penduduk di Indonesia dan akan menjadi generasi penerus bangsa Indonesia; Maka dari itu, penting agar tau faktor apa saja yang berperan untuk mendorong penggunaan fintech lending (paylater) di kalangan generasi Z.

Abstract

This research aims to test the level of usability in fintech payment applications. The type of research in this thesis is quantitative. The data used is primary data which was processed through distributing questionnaires with variable instruments using a Likert scale which was distributed to respondents totaling approximately 100 people. The research method in this thesis uses a quantitative method using the PACMAD (People At The Center of Mobile Application Development) usability model. The data analysis technique used is a data analysis test consisting of validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, and also using multiple linear analysis, which consists of F test, T test, and test the coefficient of determination (R²) using the SPSS version 22 application to process the data. The results of this research show that the effectiveness aspect has a significant positive effect on the usability of fintech payment applications. The efficiency aspect has a significant positive effect on the usability of fintech payment applications. The Satisfaction aspect does not affect the usability of fintech payment applications. The Learnability aspect has a significant positive effect on the usability of fintech payment applications. The Memorability aspect does not affect the usability of fintech payment applications. The error aspect does not affect the usability of fintech payment applications. And the risk aspect has a significant positive effect on the usability of fintech payment applications.

Abstract

The river in Bukit Lawang Plantation Village is also one of the tours that are in great demand by visitors. Institutions and communities there always participate and direct the community in preserving the environment. This research belongs to the type of qualitative research. This research methodology, which includes the use of qualitative approaches with descriptive methods, observation, interviews, and literature studies, will enable the author to investigate in depth the potential of beautiful tourism villages in Bukit Lawang Plantation and formulate relevant recommendations for sustainable tourism development. The Waste Bank or Sumatra Trashbank is a form of community concern for the environment of Bukit Lawang Village where the volume of incoming waste is more compared to what is sorted. Not a waste management initiative, but also a significant step in the development of a sustainable tourism village in Bukit Lawang Plantation.
