Abstract

This Research aim to find the connection between legal awareness UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur Collegestudent with state defense attitude. Legal awareness is awareness or values contained in man about theexisting law or about laws that are expected to exist. Actually, what is emphasized is the values regardingthe function of the law and not a legal assessment of it concrete events in the community concerned. Legalawareness is very important in measuring the level of state defense attitudes. There are several indicatorsof the problem of legal awareness, namely Knowledge of legal regulations (law awareness); Knowledge ofthe contents of legal regulations (law acquaintance); Attitude towards legal regulations (legal attitude);Legal behavior patterns (legal behaviour). All indicators are related to campus regulations. Legalawareness, especially regarding student compliance in obeying the rules set by the campus. the higher thelevel of violation of campus discipline, the greater the reduction of student defending attitudes. Themethod used in this study begins with identification from various literatures related to the legal awarenessculture of students towards university regulations and policies in terms of the problems that occur and thechallenges that must be faced by the university. Then arranged in such a way as to bring up the rightproblem formulation which later can be comprehensively reviewed through field studies and directobservation, especially related to the problems taken in this study, namely the application of campusregulations to realize the attitude of defending the State in students. The research results in this study areexpected to be able to contribute to the university and the development of students who are expected tohave a spirit and attitude to defend the country.

Abstract

Abstract Media Sosial adalah wujud perkembangan teknologi yang digunakan sebagai sarana berkomunikasi, berinteraksi dan membangun jaringan melalui media online bagi seluruh lapisan kalangan masyarakat. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberi pemahaman dan meningkatkan kesadaran dan etika kepada remaja santri didalam menggunakan media sosial diera digital. Pengaruh lingkungan dan keluarga dapat menjadi faktor penting mendorong remaja dan dampak yang didapatkan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penyuluhan Hukum kepada remaja santri Pondok Pesantren Darul Falah dalam penggunaan media sosial agar dapat dimanfaatkan secara bijak dan cerdas serta menghasilkan suatu yang bermanfaat bagi penggunanya. Hasil dari serangkaian penyuluhan hukum ini yakni meningkatnya pemahaman, kemampuan dan pengetahuan kepada remaja santri Pondok Pesantren darul Falah dalam bermedia sosial dan transaksi lainnya yang berhubungan dengan Informasi Transaksi Elektronik (ITE), sehingga perkembangan teknologi informasi dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal dan tepat. Serta meningkatkan kewaspadaan terhadap resiko yang akan didapat jika media sosial disalah gunakan. . Keywords: hukum, media sosial, Teknologi, Remaja Pondok Pesantren

Abstract

Life skill education is a kind of non formal education program that centered on vocational skill for student, such as sewing skill in a course and training. The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation and result of sewing educational program (life skill education) for women, in order to increase the independence of students. This research is using qualitative method, to collecting the data is using observation, interview, and documentation, to analyze the data  is using data collection, data reduction, data display and verification. While in validity test of data research is using credibility, dependability, confirmability and transferability. This researchs result shows that the implementation in life skill education of sewing can be implemented well, effective and eficient, which we can see from the step by step completion in every component of life skill education organizers, such as; 1) opportunities analyzis, 2) job courses and training, 3) learning result assesment or competence test, 4) placement guarantee when they graduate, so it can produce skilled students and ready to be placed in enterpreneurship and industry. Besides, the increasing of students independence can be seen from several indicators, such as : having creative ideas, dicipline, not depend on other people and able to fulfill daily needs.

Abstract

ETLE (Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement) is basically the result of technological developments that keep moving forward, which are then used in the framework of less traffic control. This is the same as digitizing law enforcement against traffic violations. With the existence of ETLE, of course the hope is that it can run effectively in order to create order in traffic for motorized vehicles. Based on this, it is worth exploring the implementation of ETLE implementation as well as the obstacles, to be linked to the effectiveness of the law. This research is an empirical juridical research, with a qualitative approach. The field study was conducted at Polretabes Surabaya. Sources of data are primary and secondary data, in which there are primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. Collecting data using the method of observation, interviews, and literature study. Data analysis used descriptive analytical method. The results of the study show that the implementation of ETLE as mandated by the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation begins with planning and ending with implementation. However, ETLE with CCTV cannot be implemented in the Surabaya area. In its implementation, discrepancies are still found that are contrary to the objectives and benefits of implementing ETLE. In addition, there are still obstacles in its implementation, which shows that the implementation of ETLE is still not effective.

Abstract

Upaya dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kualitas hidup masyarakat diperlukan sinergi dari berbagai pihak, terutama pemerintah desa dalam menjamin kebutuhan warganya. Upaya yang dapat ditempuh untuk mewujudkan tujuan tersebut yakni melalui BUMDes. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui upaya yang dapat digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja BUMDes dalam meningkatkan pendapatan asli desa melalui Standar Operasional yang baik, sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang mana pemerolehan data dilakukan secara langsung melalui pengamatan, wawancara dengan narasumber dan dokumentasi kegiatan. Berdasarkan analisis identifikasi permasalahan, terdapat faktor internal dan faktor eksternal yang menghambat efektivitas BUMDes sehingga upaya yang dapat diaplikasikan yakni dengan memaksimalkan Standar Operasional Prosedur dan diiringi dengan ketersediaan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten, menyiapkan strategi pemasaran yang baik, meningkatkan sistem manajemen yang efektif sehingga BUMDes dapat berjalan optimal dalam mensejahterakan masyarakat.

Abstract

Pasca krisis ekonomi di tahun 1997-1998 perekonomian di Indonesia mulai meningkat karena adanya kelompok Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) yang telah dipergunakan sebagai suatu kelompok untuk mengembangkan potensi diri hingga potensi alam. Salah satunya pengembangan pereknomian di Indonesia telah banyak dijalankan oleh masyarakat Desa Dongko melalui 3 (tiga) kelompok usaha, yaitu Koperasi Wanita (KOPWAN) “Kencana”, Pemberdayaan Perempuan Kepala Keluarga (PEKKA), dan Kelompok Usaha Wanita (KUW) “Nurani Ibu” yang beranggotakan perempuan. Dalam berusaha tentunya dibutuhkan sebuah legalitas untuk menunjukkan bahwa usaha tersebut benar-benar ada. Salah satunya yang saat ini pemerintah pusat maupun pemerintah daerah mewajibkan pemilik usaha memiliki Nomor Induk Berusaha atau NIB. Nomor Induk Berusaha adalah identitas pelaku usaha yang diterbitkan oleh pemerintah melalui website lembaga OSS setelah pengusaha tersebut terdaftar. NIB ini digunakan oleh pelaku usaha untuk memperoleh izin usaha dan/atau identitas usaha serta memenuhi persyaratan izin usaha untuk beroperasi. Metode pendampingan yang dilaksanakan oleh penulis (1) Survey, (2) Wawancara, dan (3) Diskusi Terfokus. Pendampingan pembuatan NIB dilaksanakan di Desa Dongko Kecamatan Dongko Kabupaten Trenggalek. Diharapkan dengan pendampingan NIB ini dapat membantu UMKM di Desa Dongko untuk mendapatkan legalitas usaha guna untuk mempermudah pengurusan surat surat usaha lainnya, serta menunjukkan bahwa usaha tersebut memang ada, beroperasi dan layak berdiri. Target dalam penulisan ini sekitar 20 UMKM yang ada di Desa Dongko.

Abstract

Digitalization of marketing emerged in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 Era, which in the era of digital technology and the internet must be interconnected. This is a challenge for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to have creative, innovative businesses and minimize operational costs. Through student service activities for the community by providing assistance to MSME actors in Dongko Village in optimizing digital marketing by holding socialization related to marketing digitalization. The method used in this activity is to use a quality approach through outreach, implementation and mentoring. the result of this activity is to help digitize the marketing of MSME products in Dongko Village. So that these activities affect MSME actors in Dongko Village to take advantage of digital marketing gradually.

Abstract

Sexual violence is a serious crime that violates human rights and adversely affects the well-being of victims. Protecting the rights of victims of sexual violence is crucial to ensuring justice and recovery for victims. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the realization of the rights of victims of sexual violence according to the current legislation. This study uses legal analysis techniques Yuridis-Empiris in relation to legislation applicable to sexual violence. Various aspects related to the exercise of victims' rights, such as protection, rehabilitation and compensation, are analyzed in detail. In addition, the study also addresses related issues such as public awareness, education and access to support services. The results of the study show that the law on sexual violence recognizes the importance of protecting the rights of victims. Victim protection is governed by a number of mechanisms, including the provision of physical protection and access to effective legal systems. Victim rehabilitation is also considered an important part of recovery, along with psychological support, medical care and education. Protection of the rights of victims of sexual violence is an important part of legislation on sexual violence. This law provides an important framework for the protection, rehabilitation and compensation of victims. However, issues such as public awareness and access to services remain to be addressed. Better protection of victims' rights in the future will require cooperation between governments, community groups and individuals.
