Abstract

The research metodology is experimental. The population of this study is grade X YP UNILA high school students, the samples take, totaling 26 students with a random sampling technique. Techniques used on data collecting formating is the skill to performing a front kick and rated by 0-1. While the data analysis techniques using differences t-test and influence t-test.The results of the study showed the difference between the fro nt kick basic movement skills of Pencak silat betwen the students who are taught using a model of group learning model and with individual learning model. The average value of the final test basic motor skills on pencak silat front kick students who are taught by individual learning model avarage 83.16 is better than pencak silat basic front kick motion skills taught by using a group learning model which is avarage 72.63. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen. Dengan populasi adalah siswa kelas X SMA YP UNILA, dan diambil sampel berjumlah 26 siswa dengan teknik random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan format penilaian kemampuan tendangan depan yang diberi nilai dengan bobot 0-1. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t perbedaan dan uji-t pengaruh. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya perbedaan antara keterampilan gerak dasar tendangan depan pencak silat antara siswa yang diajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran berkelompok dengan model pembelajaran perseorangan. Rata-rata nilai tes akhir keterampilan gerak dasar tendangan depan pencak silat pada siswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran perseorangan 83,16 lebih baik dibandingkan dengan keterampilan Gerak dasar tendangan depan pencak silat yang diajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran berkelompok yaitu 72,63.  Kata kunci : berkelompok, model pembelajaran, pencak silat, perseorangan, tendangan depan

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the relationship between muscular strength and muscular arms pushing against the pull arm freestyle swimming speed on SMP WIYATAMA eighth grade students in the Academic Year 2013/2014. Methodology used in this study is the descriptive research method of data.With the research subjects were students of class VIII C totaling 27 female students. While the technique of data collection is done by observation scale assessment basic motion freestyle swimming speed. The results of the data analysis showed that the speed indicator can be seen from the data obtained as much as 15% of the 27 respondents said no quickly. While as many as 41% of respondents at fast speed indicator.This is because the respondents did not experience obstacles to the movement of the arm muscles as he pushed on freestyle swimming. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis hubungan kekuatan otot lengan mendorong dan otot lengan menarik terhadap kecepatan renang gaya bebas pada siswa kelas VIII SMP WIYATAMA Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Metodologi yang digunakan didalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif data. Dengan subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII yang berjumlah 27 siswi perempuan. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan skala observasi penilaian gerak dasar kecepatan renang gaya bebas. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa dapat diketahui dari indikator kecepatan diperoleh data sebanyak 15 % dari 27 responden menyatakan tidak cepat. Sedangkan sebanyak 41 % responden pada indikator kecepatan cepat. Hal ini dikarenakan responden tidak mengalami kendala untuk melakukan gerakan otot lengan mendorong pada saat dia berenang gaya bebas. Kata kunci : kecepatan, kekuatan, menarik, mendorong, otot.

Abstract

Method of this research was experiment with the research design. The research did in SMP N2 Batanghari with sample as 26 was take by all of students level VI, VII follow in football extracurriculer as population. Technique of analysis data was using statistic test non parametrik Kolmogorove-Smirnov (K-S). The results of this research showed, there is a significant increasing circuit training with physical fitness as Thitung (58,680) > with Ttabel (2.060). Futhermore there is a significant increasing circuit training with vo2max as Thitung (38.107) > with vo2max Ttabel (2.060). Conclusion, circuit training was influential bigger towards physical fitness as (13.119) than vo2max as (4.437). Recommendation of the result of this research had better chose the circuit training to increase physical fitness and vo2max. Metode penelitian menggnunakan eksperimen dengan desain penelitian. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler sepakbola kelas VII, VIII SMP Negeri 2 Batanghari sebanyak 26 siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji statistik non parametrik Kolmogorov-Smirnov (K-S). Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa Circuit Training dapat meningkatan Kebugaran Jasmani secara signifikan Thitung (58.680) > dengan Ttabel (2.060). Serta Circuit Training dapat meningkatan Vo2max secara signifikan Thitung (38.107) > dengan Ttabel (2.060). Kesimpulanya Circuit Training berpengaruh lebih besar terhadap Kebugaran Jasmani sebesar (13.119) dibandingkan Vo2max sebesar (4.437). Rekomendasi dari hasil Penelitian ini Sebaiknya dalam Memilih jenis latihan untuk meningkatkan Kebugaran Jasmani dan VO2max lebih baik menggunakan Circuit Training. Kata kunci : circuit training, kebugaran jasmani, vo2max, TKJI dan bleep test.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) to describe the implementation of the regulatory supervision of the elementary school learning activities, and (2) to describe the implications of the implementation of the regulatory supervision of the elementary school learning activities. The place of research in SDN  Ngadirejan Pringkuku Pacitan. Collecting data using observations, interviews and documentation. Analysis using data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results showed that: (1) Implementation of the regulatory supervision of teaching in schools on SDN Ngadirejan are in three stages, the school superintendent supervision is based on collaboration with the principal; Problems faced by the school supervisor is supervising the status of rank, seniority and friendship.  (2) The implications of the effectiveness of the regulatory supervision of school on school teaching are the level of preparedness of the schools, the school is very positive perception that supervisors provide assistance, guidance, direction and experience of the teacher towards professionalism and very few negative perceptions, success are achieved after supervision is the existence of physical development for the better.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan penduduk Kota Surabaya yang tinggi mengakibatkan banyak lahan dijadikan tempat tinggal atau lokasi pemukiman bagi masyarakat sehingga terjadi perubahan tata guna lahan. Lahan persawahan telah berubah menjadi pemukiman sehingga mengakibatkan lahan untuk resapan air semakin mengecil dan koefisien pengaliran semakin membesar. Daerah Medokan Semampir adalah satu kawasan yang terkena dampak dari perubahan tersebut. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka dilakukanlah studi analisis kapasitas saluran drainase di Medokan-Semampir Surabaya. Pada studi analisis ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui apakah saluran drainase Medokan-Semampir Surabaya masih bisa menampung debit air hujan yang terjadi setelah terjadi perubahan tata guna lahan yang berakibat koefisien pengaliran semakin membesar. Dengan menggunakan periode ulang hujan 1.2, 2, 5 dan 10 tahunan dan dengan cara meninjau disetiap segmen aliran untuk mengetahui koefisien pengalirannya maka didapatkan hasil pada hujan dengan periode ulang 1,2 tahun pada segmen 3, segmen 8, segmen 9 dan segmen 10 mengalami luapan. Dan dengan hujan periode ulang 2, 5 dan 10 tahun pada segmen 3, segmen 4, segmen 8, segmen 9 dan segmen 10 mengalami luapan. Saluran yang mengalami luapan tersebut bisa dilakukan pelebaran saluran atau memperdalam saluran agar kapasitas saluran bertambah dan saluran bisa berfungsi sebagai mana mestinya
