Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan umum, merumuskan proses kebijakan tata kelola PON XX tahun 2021 Provinsi Papua. Model penyusunan tata kelola PON XX tahun 2021 Provinsi Papua menerapkan pengembangan model interaksi miles dan huberman serta results based management (RBM). Penelitian ini memaksilkan data kualitatif melalui sumber data sekunder, konsep dokumentasi data dan informasi melalui studi kepustakaan melalui teknik web scraping. Metode analisis data dan interpretasi ialah konten analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan kecenderungan expert evidence menyatakan (1) Assessment: Memperhatikan pemanfaatan uttilitas infrastruktur dan kebijakan tata kelola pasca PON XX tahun 2021 Provinsi Papua; (2) Envision: PON XX tahun 2021 Provinsi Papua harus berdampak pada sosial ekonomi dan rasa nasionalisme masyarakat Papua; (3) Plan: Penyusunan kebijakan tata kelola pemanfaatan PON XX tahun 2021 Provinsi Papua. Berbagai konten yang diperoleh dari expert evidence, menjadi dasar dalam penyusunan hirarki kebijakan tata kelola PON XX tahun 2021 Provinsi Papua. Result Based Management menemukan terdapat 4 luaran level impact yang menjadi tantangan pengelolaan pasca PON XX tahun 2021 Provinsi Papua dimasa mendatang, pada level outcome terdapat 4 luaran, sedangkan untuk level output dan level process masing-masing terdapat 6 luaran, selanjutnya level hirarki input membutuhkan minimal 5 luaran.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of number of transactions on the volatility of companies listed in LQ45 from February 2012 to January 2017 with a total sample of 24 companies grouped into 4 portfolios based on average market capitalization where portfolio I is a small company, portfolio 2 and portfolio 3 are medium companies and portfolio 4 are large companies. The results of this study are the same as the results of previous studies where the number of transactions has a significant effect on volatility.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid 19 menyebabkan perekonomian dunia mengalami resesi tidak terkecuali Indonesia. Kinerja ekonomi yang melemah berdampak pada situasi pasar modal Indonesia yang ditunjukkan dengan penurunan IHSG diikuti dengan penurunan harga saham perusahaan, sehingga tidak sedikit investor menarik dana mereka untuk dialokasikan pada aset yang lebih aman. Ketika terjadi panic sell di pasar modal, oleh sebagian investor melihat bahwa pandemi merupakan sebuah momentum untuk mendapatkan saham-saham perusahaan yang memiliki fundamental baik, bervaluasi rendah dan memiliki prospek menjanjikan dimasa depan. Metodologi penelitian adalah studi literatur.

Abstract

Community service activities in the form of technical guidance aimed at increasing knowledge and skills based on science and technology, increasing motivation and interest in investing for novice investors in Jayapura City. This technical guidance to expected to make it easier for novice investors to make stock selections. The method used in this service is in the form of lectures and demonstrations accompanied by questions andanswers via zoom media with participants due to PPKM. The obstacle faced by novice investors is that it is difficult to choose good and cheap stocks so that they only "go along" in investing without doing an analysis first. The benefit of this technical guidance activity is that novice investors can gain knowledge in using the yahoo finance platform to make better and cheap stock selections using financial ratios.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan pengusaha kecil Asli Papua di Kota Jayapura. Jenis data pada penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan penyebaran kuisioner kepada 92 responden pengusaha kecil Asli Papua di Kota Jayapura yang terdaftar pada Kantor Dinas Perindustrian Perdagangan Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Jayapura. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Uji kualitas data menggunakan uji validitas dan uji realibilitas serta uji hipotesis menggunakan R2, uji t dan uji F. Hasil uji t menemukan bahwa literasi keuangan mengenai pengetahuan keuangan dasar, simpanan dan kredit serta investasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengelolaankeuangan pengusaha kecil Asli Papua, sedangkan literasi keuangan mengenai asuransi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan pengusaha kecil Asli Papua di Kota Jayapura. Hasil uji F menemukan bahwa literasi keuangan mengenai pengetahuan keuangan dasar, simpanan dan kredit, investasi serta asuransi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan pengusaha kecil Asli Papua di Kota Jayapura.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the occurrence of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 attack or abbreviated as COVID-19 which made the Government of Indonesia take policies and strategic steps by lockdown and social distancing in order to break the chain of spread of COVID-19, In the dimension of public services, some offices limit their service operating hours, implement health protocols such as the obligation to use gloves, Masks, hand sanitizers to maintain distance between employees and the community, some are even forced to furlough their employees and close temporarily. The type of research used in this country is descriptive research, According to Notoatmodjo (2012), descriptive research is a research method carried out with the main aim of making an objective picture or description of a situation. This research was carried out at the Office of the Population and Civil Registration Office of K ota Jayapura which is very muchin the officeand Balai K o ta, Entr o p, South Jayapura, Kota Jayapura. Where the population or unit of analysis in this study is the entire community that uses the rapidpopulation and civil registration service (PACEDUKCAPIL) Kota Jayapura on the time of August 2, 2021 (awa l the use of the applicationlikasi) until August 2, 2022 which berjum lah 53.070 Orang. Sampling was carried out using proportionate stratified random sampling techniques using formulas from Krejcie and Morgan, resulting in 381 responden. The results of this study show a Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) score with an Index number of: 82.00, it can be concluded that the performance of the Population and Civil Registration Office that performs services to the community using the population and civil registration fast service application (PACEDUKCAPIL) is in service quality B with the GOOD category, because it is in the conversion interval value of Community Satisfaction Index 76.61 - 88.30.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether there is a Day of the week effect on stock trading, and what are the implications of the day-of-the-week effect for investors in Jayapura City. The sample for this research is a company that is included in IDX80 for the period February 2021-January 2022. The data analysis method uses Kruskal Wallis and Man Whitney. The results of the study found that the day-of-the-week effect occurred on stocks included in the IDXV80 period from February 2021-January 2022. There was no Monday effect on stocks included in the IDXV80 period from February 2021-January 2022. There was a weekend effect on stocks included in the IDXV80 period from February 2021-January 2022, young investors in Jayapura City have not used the anomalies in the capital market as momentum for making investment decisions.
