Abstract

Nowadays, energy issue is one of the interesting discussions among the researchers and energy stakeholders. This is due to the reducing of the main source of world energy which consists mostly of non-renewable energy derived from fossils of living things millions of years ago. Alternatively, there are some alternative energy that promising in the future such as bioethanol from plant or fruits. For that reasons, the aim of this research is to make bioethanol from the peel of cocoa fruit. Cocoa pod husk can be used as source of bioethanol through a fermentation process with the help of bacteria. This study will examine the ethanol content in fermented cocoa pod husks. The fermentation time was 0 days, 2 days, 4 days, 6 days, 8 days. The Zymomonas mobilis bacteria is used in the fermentation process and their percentage is 8%v/v, 10%v/v, 12%v/v, 14%v/v, 16%v/v.In the process of fermentation of cocoa pod husk with Zymomonas mobilis inoculum on the 3rd day to 9thshowed an increase. On the eleventh day in all conditions the addition of a starter was decreased. The best condition when fermentation takes place on the 8th day with a starter dose of 14% and obtained an alcohol content of 10.62%.The results of this study indicate that the addition of Zymomonas mobilis starter and fermentation time affect the levels of bioethanol produced. The addition of a starter as much as 14% and the fermentation time for 8 days are the best condition in this study.

Abstract

The aims of this brief overview are providing the knowledge about the physical and chemical properties of perovskite oxides in various synthesis method and the correlation of its performance for separating oxygen from air. Perovskite oxide showed excellent conductor of ion and electron, simultaneously through oxygen lattice in the crystal structure. In the present review, we have presented the detail on the crystal structure and the factor that affect the pseudo-crystal, various synthesis method i.e., solid-state, sol-gel, combustion, and co-precipitation. It has been completed with the discussion of the characteristic and the mechanism of the perovskite to separate oxygen from air

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan fenomena permasalahan dalam jangka panjang. Pertumbuhan ekonomi juga diartikan sebagai proses pertumbuhan atau perkembangan yang terjadi pada suatu negara atau daerah dalam kurun waktu tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Alokasi Umum, Inflasi, dan Investasi terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder tahun 2011 – 2020 yang bersumber dari BPS Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Berdasarkan tujuan tersebut, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan metode kuantitatif dengan alat analisis yaitu regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Berdasarkan hasil analisa diketahui bahwa secara simultan variabel Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Alokasi Umum, Inflasi, dan Investasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Secara parsial variabel Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan Dana Alokasi Umum berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, sedangkan Inflasi dan Investasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi secara parsial.

Abstract

UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur Virtual Tour is a campus virtual application that offers digital information about the university's buildings, rooms, and facilities. It is required to examine usability in order to determine whether the virtual campus tour of UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur is useful to students. Numerous issues were discovered in the virtual campus tour of UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur based on observational research by several students. users-friendly The System Usability Scale is a technique for evaluating information systems that involves end users and looks at three aspects: adjective rating, grade scale, and acceptability. Ten statement items are employed as an evaluation measure in the process of evaluating the usability scale system. The ultimate outcome of the evaluation was a 64 on a scale of one to ten. According to these criteria, the Virtual Tour of UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur belongs to the high adjective rating group, group D on the grading scale, and group good on the acceptability scale. If the Virtual of UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur Tour is still used, it can be stated that the usability component of the virtual tour has to be improved.

Abstract

Batik Wonomadyo merupakan produk asal Kelurahan Karangtengah Kota Blitar yang dikelola oleh Bapak Sasmitro. Dalam pengabdian ini Tim Kelompok 139 KKN Tematik MBKM UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur melakukan Pengembangan usaha Batik Wonomadyo. Upaya pengembangan UMKM Batik Wonomadyo ini dilakukan agar dapat meningkatkan daya saing serta meningkatkan kualitas Batik Wonomadyo sebagai produk khas Kota Blitar khususnya Kelurahan Karangtengah yang diminati oleh para konsumen melalui perbaikan manajemen usaha. Tujuan dari upaya pengembangan ini adalah untuk perbaikan manajemen usaha melalui peningkatan strategi pemasaran, perbaikan pada proses produksi dan juga perluasan pemasaran melalui konten digital. Dalam upaya pengembangan Batik Wonomadyo, metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan, sosialisasi dan pendampingan. Pelaksanaan pengembangan usaha yang dapat dilakukan adalah untuk perbaikan manajemen usaha melalui aspek pemasaran dan aspek konten digital. Tim Kelompok 139 KKN Tematik MBKM UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur berharap bahwa perkembangan ini dapat menjadi awal yang baru bagi Batik Wonomadyo dalam bersaing dengan produk batik dari berbagai daerah lain.

Abstract

Kauman Village is one of the villages in the Kepanjen Kidul District. The geographical position of Kauman, which is located close to the City Center and Blitar City Square, makes the activities of the Kauman community dominated by culinary traders and entrepreneurs. Wisata Kuliner Lawu is a sustainable tourism potential and has become one of the iconic tours in Kauman Village, which the government has inaugurated. In realizing sustainable tourism, community-based tourism is considered a critical approach to implement. This community empowerment involves and places the community as an essential actor in the context of the new development paradigm. This study discusses the role of culinary tourism in creativity and the strategies developed for Wisata Kuliner Lawu branding. This research was structured using qualitative methods and carried out using observation and interview techniques with the head of the Lawu community. From the results of the research conducted, the community service team then implemented five stages of destination branding by Morgan & Pritchard by involving local communities with community empowerment programs and supported by iconic culinary delights, namely Patria Lontong Tofu, Trotoar Lawu Fried Rice, STMJ, and Jadah Bakar Lawu
