Abstract

Artikel berbasis penelitian thesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, mendiskripsikan, dan menganalisis perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan implementasi konsep total quality management dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh di masa pandemi covid19. Lokasi penelitian SMK Negeri 1 Karanggayam Kebumen. Penelitian bersifat kualitatif. Pengumpulan data diambil dengan metode observasi, wawancara secara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Analisa validitas data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian adalah bahwa (a)proses manajemen berlangsung dalam tahap persiapan, pengembangan sistem, dan implementasi sistem; (b)unsur total quality management berupa fokus pada pelangggan, obsesi terhadap kualitas dan kerjasama team. Upaya perbaikan mutu pembejalarannya berupa: (a)peningkatan mutu layanan kepada pelanggan (pelanggan) sekolah dan (b)peningkatan SDM sekolah melalui pelatihan in house training (IHT) Microfot Office 365.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya kegelisahan penulis terhadap marak berdirinya program tahfidz anak yang semakin ramai belakangan ini dan menarik simpatik umat Islam untuk menghafidzkan anak-anaknya. Penelitian ini akan membahas Manajemen Kurikulum Tahfidzul Qur’an Bagi Generasi Alpha Ponpes Tahfidz Anak Yanbu’ul Qur’an Tersobo Prembun. Penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus implementasi Manajemen Kurikulum Tahfidz Anak Bagi Generasi Alpha Ponpes Tahfidz Anak Yanbu’ul Qur’an Tersobo Prembun. Pengasuh pengurus dan santri sebagai subjek penelitian. Teknik pengumpalan data melalui dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Data dianalisis dengan model pencatatan data, reduksi data, display data, diakhiri penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian bahwa: Pertama,perencanaan manajemen kurikulum tahfidzul Qur’an meliputi penentuan tujuan,metode, materi, media dan perencanaan evaluasi.Kedua, pengorganisasian manajemen kurikulum tahfidzul Qur’an berupa pengaturan programkegiatan, jadwal kegiatan dandilaksanakan sesuai ketentuan. Ketiga, pelaksanaan manajemen kurikulum dijalankan dengan mengintegrasikan secara visual dan non visual, yaitu menggabungkan antara hafalan Al-Qur’an, kajian kitab, penguatan Ahlusunnah wal jamaah, pendidikan formal dan lingkungan sosial (budaya/cultur). Keempat, evaluasi manajemen kurikulum tahfidzul Qur’an dilakukan dengan evaluasi harian yaitu pembimbingmelakukan pengujian terhadap setoran hafalan santri, evaluasi bulanan yaitu bersamaan dengan kegiatan sambangan orang tua wali menyimak hafalan santri, Evaluasi tahunan yaitu evaluasi tahap akhir setelah santri sudah hafal 30 juzz yaitu khotmil Qur’an bilghaib.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of prophetic social science-based madrasah curriculum development in realizing superior madrasas at MA An Nawawi Berjan Purworejo. This study uses a qualitative case study approach with data collection techniques carried out through a process of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by recording data, data reduction, data display, data and drawing conclusions. The results of research in the implementation of prophetic social science-based curriculum management at MA An-Nawawi Berjan Purworejo that in the content of the material integrate general material with religious material as a foundation for transcendence values. In the application of the value of humanism, it has become a culture of pesantren where the interaction of hablun minannas is intertwined because pesantren and madrasah are places for social interaction between students with different backgrounds. The learning method used is the scientific method in the general learning process, while the integrated material uses the sorogan, bandongan, lecture, question and answer methods, practice with the content of the material being taught adjusted.

Abstract

The focus of the study in this study was motivated by a weakening trend interest in learning in non-formal education, especially religious education, is one of them Al-Qur'an Education Parks, in fact, in almost all places, there are many educational parks, Al-The Qur'an no longer organizes teaching and learning activities because it doesn't exist the santri or on the other hand exist but their existence is only sober, so it is very necessary edutainment-based education. Education based on edutainment in principle education which in its implementation is carried out in ways that are fun, with the aim that students feel happy and comfortable participating in learning. This research is a field research (field research) with a qualitative research type.The selection of sources was carried out using purposive sampling and snowballing sampling techniques.Data collection techniques with techniques: interviews, observation, and documentation. Whereastest the validity of the data using data triangulation techniques in the form of technical and source triangulation. Results this study shows that the first, in the implementation of Edutainment at Tpa AlThe wisdom of Kewangunan Village, Petanahan District, includes four stages, namely planning carried out through three processes, organizing consisting of two groups, mobilization which consists of two forms of mobilization, and supervision which is divided into two forms of supervision. Second, the Implementation of Edutainment Education includes: Making yells opening chants, Singing and music, Magic games and Humorous stories.

Abstract

This study intends to analyze the situational leadership style of the principal to improve the quality of education at the Lukulo Natural School, Kebumen. The research was carried out at the Lukulo Nature School, Kebumen. The participant of this research is the principal of the Lukulo Natural School, Kebumen. The author uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. All data were analyzed using an interactive model with the flow: data recording, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research found that the principal of the Alam Lukulo Kebumen School applied several leadership styles to improve the quality of education at the Lukulo Kebumen Nature School in the form of telling style (giving work to subordinates and directing), selling style (making clear rules), participating style (solving problems together) , and delegating style (giving full responsibility to the teacher).
