Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of Emotional Spiritual Quotient (ESQ) in exemplary Javanese leadership at Madrasah Aliyah GUPPI, Rakit District, Banjarnegara Regency. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach and data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research on Javanese leadership of Madrasah Heads were carried out by giving examples in behavior and work and being polite in speaking. The leadership of the madrasa head not only gives orders, but also shows an exemplary attitude in all aspects, both discipline, responsibility, cleanliness and so on.

Abstract

The study was conducted to analyze management in the development of morality in RA GUPPI Pekauman, Madukara District, Banjarnegara Regency. The research method was carried out using a qualitative approach to the implementation of education at RA GUPPI Pekauman. The results of the study show that: 1) RA GUPPI Pekauman in planning the management of morality development involves all elements of both madrasas, stakeholders, communities and parents of students who are involved in determining the moral values ​​applied in madrasas contained in the rules; 2) Implementation of the management of moral development of RA GUPPI Pekauman is carried out in teaching and learning activities by integrating character values ​​and moral values ​​in each subject and implemented in extracurricular activities; 3) Evaluation of the management of the moral development of RA GUPPI Pekauman is carried out by making evaluation instruments, recording the achievement of indicators, and conducting analysis and follow-up.

Abstract

Tujuan analisis kebijakan publik bidang pendidikan ini adalah untuk mengetahui arah kebijakan publik, mengetahui karakteristik kebijakan pendidikan dan untuk mengetahui implementasi kebijakan pendidikan di Indonesia. Pendidikan merupakan milik publik dan tiap warga negara mendapat kesempatan yang sama untuk memperoleh akses pendidikan yang layak. Maka dari itu kebijakan pendidikan adalah program-program yang direncanakan oleh pemerintah dalam rangka mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan yang timbul di bidang pendidikan demi memenuhi kewajiban pemerintah dalam memberikan pendidikan bagi setiap warga negaranya. Pelaksanaan kebijakan publik dibidang pendidikan meupakan hal yang sangat penting, sebab pemerintah sudah seharusnya membuat perubahan-perubahan didalam pendidikan demi tercapainya pelaksanaan pendidikan yang lebih baik. Suatu kebijakan dibuat untuk menjadi pedoman dalam bertindak dan mengarahkan kegiatan dalam organisasi pendidikan untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Proses implementasi kebijakan hanya dapat dimulai apabila tujuan-tujuan dan sasaran-sasaran yang semula bersifat umum telah dirinci, program-program aksi telah dirancang dan sejumlah dana/biaya telah dialokasikan untuk mewujudkan tujuan-tujuan dan sasaran-sasaran tersebut. Selain itu adanya perencanaan-perencanaan dalam bidang pendidikan juga tengah digalakkan, contohnya saja penempatan guru-guru yang dianggap profesional untuk bersedia ditempatkan ditempat-tempat terpencil. Maka dari itu perlu adanya suatu kebijakan dari pemerintah khususnya yang mana mampu membuat suatu program- program baru untuk perubahan pendidikan yang lebih berkualitas. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis segmentasi pemasaran pendidikan di era 4.0 di MIN 4 Kebumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa segmentasi pemasaran pendidikan di MIN 4 Kebumen dilakukan dengan pendekatan geografis, pendekatan demografis, dan pendekatan perilaku. Kebijakan tersebut dilakukan agar dapat melayani pelanggan dengan baik, memperoleh peluang kerjasama serta meningkatkan daya saing terhadap lembaga kompetitor.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of prophetic social science-based madrasah curriculum development in realizing superior madrasas at MA An Nawawi Berjan Purworejo. This study uses a qualitative case study approach with data collection techniques carried out through a process of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by recording data, data reduction, data display, data and drawing conclusions. The results of research in the implementation of prophetic social science-based curriculum management at MA An-Nawawi Berjan Purworejo that in the content of the material integrate general material with religious material as a foundation for transcendence values. In the application of the value of humanism, it has become a culture of pesantren where the interaction of hablun minannas is intertwined because pesantren and madrasah are places for social interaction between students with different backgrounds. The learning method used is the scientific method in the general learning process, while the integrated material uses the sorogan, bandongan, lecture, question and answer methods, practice with the content of the material being taught adjusted.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive research with a case study approach on the implementation of the Full Day School program at MTs Negeri 3 Kebumen. The data sources for this research consisted of documentation, field visits and interviews with several elements such as: madrasa heads, Full Day School administrators, and teachers. Collection techniques used interview instruments, participatory observation, documentation. The qualitative data analysis technique uses 3 stages, namely 1) data reduction, 2) data display, and 3) data verification. The results of the study can be concluded that the implementation of Full Day School management to improve the quality of madrasas is carried out through four activity processes which include planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. Full Day School management is well implemented as evidenced by the achievements achieved by students through various competitions both in the academic and non-academic fields at various levels including sub-districts, districts, provinces and national events.

Abstract

Competition for graduate work placements in DU/DI which is the government's policy on the SMK curriculum is the main factor behind the implementation of the research. This study takes the formulation of the problem on how to plan, implement and evaluate marketing strategy management for the alumni of SMK Wongsorejo Gombong, Kebumen Regency. The implementation of education is approached with descriptive qualitative and phenomenological methods. The implementation of strategic marketing management for the alumni of SMK Wongsorejo Gombong begins with conducting a SWOT analysis which then results in planning, implementing, and evaluating the marketing strategy of the alumni of SMK Wongsorejo Gombong. The implementation of the alumni marketing strategy is carried out through school collaboration in three ways, namely collaboration with DU/DI, collaboration with parents/guardians, and collaboration with the community. A SWOT analysis related to the planning of the school's annual work program, the preparation of a public relations and Hub in work program which is a core part of alumni marketing is an important step for the school. The involvement of DU/DI and the community can increase the absorption of alumni in the world of work.

Abstract

This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach to the Rumah Inklusif Kebumen Community with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. All data were analyzed using the field analysis model, with the flow of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study can be concluded that the inculcation of character values ​​carried out by the Rumah Inklusif Kebumen Community is seen using the paradigm of Gus Dur's nine main values ​​related to monotheism, humanity, justice, equality, liberation, simplicity, chivalry, and traditional wisdom. Based on these nine values, the character values ​​that are instilled in the Rumah Inklusif Kebumen Community include independence, responsibility, religious, tolerance, hard work, creative, independent, democracy, curiosity, national spirit, love for the homeland, respect for achievement, friendly or communicative, love peace, care for the environment, and care for society.
