Abstract

The concept of CRM is a concept aimed at establishing a good relationship with the customer. The concept ofCRM appears based on the paradigm that sellers should be able to maintain the loyalty of consumers who buytheir products. The business strategies found in the CRM concept aims to increase customer satisfaction so that itcan improve consumer loyalty. In this era of digital and globalization nowadays, where information is soaccessible and enjoyed by all circles using the application Pika CRM is very helpful business people inmarketing their products, a strong brand can make it very easy to know and sell to consumers because brandingor brand users feel so very important to have. Many companies and independent business units currently dependon the brand to market the products they produce so that they can sell easily with a brand that is already knownto the community. One of the growing business units currently is a business unit of the side dish of the Mandeharea of West Sumatra's south coast. Therefore, the important role of good and interesting branding is necessaryto increase the sales of the Mandeh area side dishes at a higher price

Abstract

Pemanfaatan internet telah mengubah pola hidup dan budaya manusia dalam belajar, bekerja, berkomunikasi, berbelanja dan aspek lainnya. Saat ini masyarakat lebih banyak menggunakan internet dalam berkomunikasi seperti surat elektronik (e-mail), serta jejaring sosial (social networking) yang dianggap lebih efektif dan efisien. Pengaruh konten negatif sudah sering diberitakan di berbagai media berupa pemuatan gambar porno, perjudian, penipuan, pelecehan, pencemaran nama baik dan berita bohong. Selain itu penggunaan jejaring sosial juga memiliki dampak negatif, salah satunya adalah cyberbullying yang biasanya menimpa anak-anak dan sesama remaja. Bahkan kejahatan dunia maya yang dikenal sebagai cybercrime sudah sampai pada peretasan situs-situs penting dalam negeri. Untuk menghindari kejahatan di dunia maya, maka siswa siswi RLA IIBS (Rahmatan Lil ‘Alamin International Islamic Boarding School) diberikan edukasi bagaimana berinternet dengan Sehat dan Aman dan selalu ditekankan prinsip dasar yang harus diketahui dalam menggunakan internet. Penggunaan internet secara sehat dan aman perlu ditanamkan semenjak dini melalui pembelajaran etika berinternet secara sehat (cyber ethics). Hal ini perlu disampaikan untuk menghindari kebiasaan jelek di dunia nyata akan terbawa di dunia maya dan menimbulkan kembali efek negatif di dunia nyata.

Abstract

In the era of globalization now developments in the field of information technology are increasingly rapid. No wonder now more and more shops are starting to develop their administrative systems using information technology and one of them is a shop in the field of daily goods. Some stores use various ways to attract as many customers as possible. So that the data processing is slow and shop owners often have difficulty in finding data that has been processed. To provide satisfactory services for customers, it is necessary to reform several systems, including information systems for sales, purchasing, making daily, monthly, annual sales reports, and inventory data reports using the ROP (Reorder Point) method and designing using the ASI model (System Analysis Information), while the process of making a desktop program or application uses the VISUAL BASIC.NET 2010 programming language that is supported by the MySQL database.
