Abstract

Abstract - Queue is an activity that is often encountered not only in commercial activities, even RSI. Ibnu Sina Pasaman Barat engaged in services for the community also experienced the same thing. This needs to be considered and handled properly by the manager by taking anticipatory actions, because if it is not immediately resolved, then the community can feel unsatisfied with the services provided. Related to these problems, this study was conducted with the aim to determine the effectiveness of the number of counters at the time of service and make a simulation model of the drug collection queue system at the RSI drug collection counter. Ibnu Sina Pasaman Barat to get alternative system improvements, where the simulation model was made using PHP and MySQL. The simulation model made can provide information about the number of people served and the average waiting time of a particular time unit. From the analysis carried out on the simulation model, the alternative improvements that can be proposed are by setting the Monte Carlo method queue model as the queue model that will be used. From the results of the analysis carried out and by implementing it into PHP and MySQL the queue model of the Monte Carlo method is more optimal and efficient. It is seen from the average waiting time in the system to be served at the RSI drug collection counter. Ibnu Sina Pasaman Barat. Keywords - Queues, Simulation, Monte Carlo Abstrak - Antrian merupakan kegiatan yang kerap kali dijumpai bukan hanya pada kegiatan-kegiatan komersial, bahkan RSI. Ibnu Sina Pasaman Barat yang bergerak dibidang pelayanan bagi masyarakat juga mengalami hal yang sama. Hal ini perlu diperhatikan dan ditangani dengan baik oleh pengelola dengan melakukan tindakan-tindakan antisipasi, karena jika tidak segera terselesaikan, maka masyarakat bisa merasa tidak terpuaskan dengan pelayanan yang diberikan. Terkait dengan permasalahan tersebut maka penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifitas jumlah loket pada saat pelayanan dan membuat model simulasi dari sistem antrian pengambilan obat di loket pengambilan obat RSI. Ibnu Sina Pasaman Barat untuk mendapatkan alternatif-alternatif perbaikan sistem, dimana model simulasinya dibuat dengan menggunakan PHP dan MySQL.Model simulasi yang dibuat dapat memberikan informasi mengenai jumlah masyarakat yang dilayani dan rata-rata waktu tunggu masyarakat satuan waktu tertentu. Dari analisa yang dilakukan terhadap model simulasi, alternatif perbaikan yang dapat diusulkan yaitu dengan menetapkan model antrian metode monte carlo sebagai model antrian yaang akan digunakan. Dari hasil analisa yang dilakukan dan dengan mengimplementasikan kedalam PHP dan MySQL model antrian metode monte carlo lebih optimal dan efisien digunakan dilihat dari rata-rata waktu tunggu  dalam sistem untuk dilayani pada loket pengambilan obat RSI. Abstract

Abstract - The aim of the research is to design and build an information system application for processing cash receipts and disbursements data for financial planning and control at the Wali Nagari Kenagarian Harau Office using the Java Netbean programming language and MySQL database which aims to speed up data entry for receipt and expenditure transactions cash and report presentation quickly, precisely and accurately. The conclusion in this study is the programming language Java Netbeans and MySQL proven to be able to be used in a performance that is fast, precise and accurate in data entry cash receipts and disbursements transactions, as well as more secure data security.Keywords - Cash Receipts and Expenditures, Java Netbeans, MySQL Abstrak - Tujuan penelitian adalah merancang dan membangun sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi pengolahan data transaksi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas untuk perencanaan serta pengendalian keuangan pada Kantor Wali Nagari Kenagarian Harau dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java Netbean dan database MySQL yang memiliki tujuan untuk mempercepat entry data transaksi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas dan penyajian laporan dengan cepat, tepat dan akurat. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahasa pemograman Java Netbeans dan MySQL terbukti mampu digunakan dalam sebuah kinerja yang cepat, tepat dan akurat dalam entry data transaksi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas, serta keamanan data lebih terjamin.Kata Kunci - Penerimaan dan Pengeluaran Kas ,Java Netbeans, MySQL

Abstract

West Sumatra is one of the tourist destinations in Indonesia. It is not only related to its history, but also holds anumber of tourism potentials from its alluring natural scenery, shopping tours, to culinary tours. West Sumatraoriginal souvenirs and souvenirs are an inseparable part of the experience while traveling. However, tourists stillfind it difficult to find a good outlet or shop, close to tourist sites, and find information related to souvenirs andsouvenirs in West Sumatra. For this reason, a GIS-based gift and souvenir travel application was built.Geographical Information System for souvenirs and souvenir tours was built in several stages, namely thesystem analysis stage, the system design stage, the implementation stage and the testing phase. The map designin the system uses the Google Maps API and the software used in building this application is the programminglanguage HP (Pear Hypertext Prepocessor), JavaScript, jQuery, XAMPP database and Adobe Dreamweaver.Presentation of information on the web includes information on tourism objects, culinary gifts and souvenirs orsouvenirs.

Abstract

In the era of globalization now developments in the field of information technology are increasingly rapid. No wonder now more and more shops are starting to develop their administrative systems using information technology and one of them is a shop in the field of daily goods. Some stores use various ways to attract as many customers as possible. So that the data processing is slow and shop owners often have difficulty in finding data that has been processed. To provide satisfactory services for customers, it is necessary to reform several systems, including information systems for sales, purchasing, making daily, monthly, annual sales reports, and inventory data reports using the ROP (Reorder Point) method and designing using the ASI model (System Analysis Information), while the process of making a desktop program or application uses the VISUAL BASIC.NET 2010 programming language that is supported by the MySQL database.
