<![CDATA[Abstrak Dampak psikologis penderita stroke adalah perubahan mental. Setelah stroke memang dapat terjadi gangguan pada daya pikir, kesadaran, konsentrasi, kemampuan belajar, dan fungsi intelektual lainnya. Semua hal tersebut dengan sendirinya memengaruhi kondisi psikologis penderita. Tujuan Asuhan Keperawatan Komprehensif Pada Klien Stroke Dengan Terapi Komplementer Klenengan Gending Jawa Di Desa Bandar Agung Bandar Sribawono Lampung Timur Tahun 2020. Metode yang di lakukan dengan Pemberikan terapi musik mendengarkan musik kleningan gending jawa klasik memiliki tempo lambat antara 60-100 bpm (beats per menite), frekuensi 8-13 per menit, harmoni yang lambat, warna nada yang konsisten dan pitch yang rendah dengan tape recorder atau CD Player selama 10 – 15 menit sebanyak 2 kali pada waktu longgar atau istirahat. Kegiatan ini dilakukan selama 6 (enam) hari berturut – turut. Hasil asuhan keperawatan tenaga kesehatan memberikan efek yang dapat mengurangi kecemasan pada lansia dengan hipertensi dengan kedatangan tenaga kesehatan sangat membantu dalam penurunan kecemasan karena pasien merasa diperhatikan atau merasa lebih nyaman dan senang. Evaluasi pada Keluarga dengan masalah stroke teratasi dengan terapi Klenengan Gending Jawa dengan hasil efektif pada kedua pasien hanya saja kadar penurunan kecemasan dan waktu penurunan berbeda diantara kedua pasien dikarenakan intensitas nyeri antara kedua pasien, dan kadar tekanan darah kedua pasien yang berbeda, motivasi yang berbeda.
