Abstract

The problem with partners in this community service activity is the people of Lembah Sari Village, Rumbai Timur District, Pekanbaru City regarding the forms of business entities for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The solution offered in this community service activity is to increase the knowledge of the people of Lembah Sari Village, Rumbai Timur District, Pekanbaru City regarding forms of business entities for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The implementation method used in this community service activity is to use the lecture, dialogue, and discussion methods in order to provide legal counseling to the people of Lembah Sari Village. Participating partners in this community service activity are the Head of the Development and Community Empowerment Section of Lembah Sari Village and the Head of RW 07 Lembah Sari Village who participated in providing time, providing space, and supporting facilities, and presenting the community as activity participants. The output target of this community service activity is scientific articles published in national journals. The conclusion of this community service activity is that this activity has been successfully implemented and the benefits can be felt directly by the participants. Before the activity was carried out, of the 20 participants, only 19% answered correctly the material to be presented. Meanwhile, after the activity was carried out, 59% of participants answered that they had understood the material presented.

Abstract

The problem faced in Indonesia is that there need to be supporting devices in implementing the regulations in article 16 paragraph (3), such as the procedures for implementing it, assessing the economic value of Copyright, and how to disburse from Copyright. The research method used in the framework of this research is the normative legal research method. Although Copyright can be used as collateral as stipulated in law No. 28 of 2014, It still needs to be implemented in its practice. Copyright has economic value and can be transferred either in whole or part due to inheritance, grants, wills, written agreements or other causes justified by laws and regulations. In addition, Copyright has qualified as an object of fiduciary guarantee, among others. It belongs to the category of things and has economic value, so Copyright allows it to be used as an object of debt guarantee. The Copyright that will be used as the object of debt guarantee must be registered in the general register of works as proof of ownership of a Copyright. However, in its laws, Copyright does not have to be registered. Another condition is that the validity period of copyright protection has not expired, this is important in terms of the economic value of the Copyright because it can still be maintained against anyone.

Abstract

This article discusses multicultural education in the perspective of Islamic education in Indonesia. Multicultural education is a foundation for starting to accept what the times are, especially in today's modern era, which is all-sophisticated and the culture is entering so quickly, either individually or in groups. Multicultural education is basically not so significant and there are still many education experts who question the explanation. Multicultural education is education that leads to cultural diversity in actualizing social and cultural changes in the community as a whole. Multiculturalism in Indonesia has two opposing potential sides. On the one hand, multiculturalism is a wealth of cultural treasures to be proud of. On the one hand, multiculturalism has the potential for conflict due to the lack of awareness to live together in a state of love and humanity. Multicultural Islamic education becomes the normative basis as the basis for realizing how the educational process in Islam should be managed perfectly. So that the Indonesian people are aware that multicultural education is important.
