Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of sport industry, sport tourism, and sport science to the economy in the era of pasca the covid 19 pandemic, both partially and simultaneously. The sampling technique used is by distributing online questionnaire via google form. The population of the research were students from Soloraya and the sample were 215 respondens. The analysis technique used were descriptive statistic; data quality test which includes validity test and reliability test; classic assumption test which includes normality test, multicollonearity test, and heteroscedasticity test; multiple linear regression analysis; determination coefficient test (R2); t-test; and F-test. The results showed that partially, sport industry variable have a not significant effect to the economy in the era of pasca the covid 19 pandemic, but sport tourism and sport science variables have a positive significant effect to the economy in the era of pasca the covid 19 pandemic. All three variables (sport industry, sport tourism, dan sport science) have a significant effect to the economy in the era of pasca the covid 19 pandemic

Abstract

AbstractThe investment business currently attracts quite a lot of investors who transact on foreign exchange or forex, because it is quite high and fast to get profits, especially on the movement of XAUUSD or gold commodities, high volatility that attracts investors and investment managers to direct it to this commodity.With technical analysis using moving averages and Fibonacci in order to maximize large profits, so that research will compare the two at different time frames, and later investors can use it to become a guide for using these two technical analyzes and the result is that both can maximize profits by using MA rather than Fibonacci, the shortcomings of this study are not using fundamental analysis only with qualitative research methods. Hopefully this can help and future research can be directed to behavior finance.Keyword :Forex, Technical analysis, Gold, Moving Average, Fibonacci

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the significant effect of emotional intelligence and communication on employee performance CV. Indonesia Live Garment Districts Sragen both partialy and simultaneously. This research is quantitative research. Population in this study are all employess CV. Indonesia Live Garment Districts Sragen. The sampling technique that used is saturated sampling technique with 65 respondents. Primary data was obtained based on the results of the answer to the questionnaires distributed to the respondents. Analysis of the data in this study used multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test and coefficient of determination (R2) using SPSS version 26. The results of the study indicate that partially emotional intelligence and communication variables have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression coefficient value on variables of emotional intelligence (0,255) and communication (0,602) and t-value of the emotional intelligence variable (2,324) and communication (5,411). Simultaneously the variables of emotional intelligence and communication affect employee performance with F-value (30,512).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengumpulkan data dan informasi yang berguna untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan pengadaan dan penanganan barang dagangan yang dilakukan oleh Koperasi Pasar Tani Alami Boyolali dalam upaya memenuhi kebutuhan anggotanya. Pelaksanaan pemberian barang dagangan yang dilakukan oleh koperasi sudah sesuai dengan anjuran yang telah ditetapkan meskipun tidak demikian menurut teori. Langkah-langkah penyediaan barang dagangan yang dilakukan oleh unit toko yaitu: menentukan sumber barang dagangan, merencanakan barang dagangan, mengumpulkan informasi tentang permintaan konsumen, Menetapkan sumber barang dagangan, mengevaluasi barang dagangan, melakukan negosiasi pembelian, menyelesaikan pembelian, menangani barang dagangan, memesan pengembalian barang dagangan dan mengevaluasi pengembalian barang dagangan secara berkala. Saran untuk penulis Sampaikan dalam penelitian koperasi ini hendaknya memperhatikan pelaksanaan yang baik dari kelima pelayanan yang belum sesuai dengan harapan anggota untuk melakukan perbaikan, seperti jenis produk, sebaiknya pegawai menyediakan produk kebutuhan anggotanya. Kelengkapan merek, karyawan harus menyediakan produk dengan merek yang sesuai permintaan anggota. Harga barang, sebaiknya karyawan menawarkan harga barang yang murah dengan harga di bawah pesaing agar anggota tidak beralih ke toko lain

Abstract

Community service activities at the Faculty of Economics, University of Surakarta (UNSA) are intended to provide practical solutions for community entrepreneurship activities. This community service activity helps solve business management problems for the community; besides that it can provide practical knowledge to the public regarding the application of accounting economics through counseling activities. The community service held by the UNSA Faculty of Economics took place in Girilayu Village, Matesih District, Karanganyar Regency. The basic problem faced by partners is business management including financial management, human resources, and marketing. The results of this UNSA Faculty of Economics community service activity can help increase the professionalism of partner businesses and are expected to stimulate the growth of new entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Abstract The innovation produced by the community of Samiran Village, Selo, Boyolali Regency by processing vegetables into vegetable chips provides high economic opportunities for the community. Vegetable chips produced by farmer groups are currently only sold in the Boyolali area. So that vegetable chips can be known more widely and generate higher income, the author is motivated to carry out community service activities. This activity was carried out with the aim of motivating farmer groups to be able to sell and market using social media. In addition, this activity provides knowledge to farmer groups on how to use social media so that they can increase sales and do marketing properly. The implementation method used in this activity is a workshop on the importance of using social media and how to use social media to support marketing and product sales. The activity was carried out smoothly. All participants participated in the workshop activities by actively asking questions and following all directions and procedures for making social media well. Suggestions for further community service activities are to conduct periodic reviews in order to monitor the promotion and sales process of vegetable chips and provide additional material related to how to create content that can attract consumers to buy vegetable chips.
