Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  pengaruh matakuliah kewirausahaan dan internal locus of control terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa program studi Administrasi Pendidikan Unicersitas Puangrimagalatung. Metode  penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dengan jumlah pernyataan sebanyak 32 nomor telah divalidasi. Sample penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh dengan mengambil seluruh populasi dari mahasiswa program studi Administrasi Pendidikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan pada variabel mata kuliah kewirausahaan dan internal locus of control terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Program Studi Administrasi Pendidikan

Abstract

Lake Tempe is a technical lake that stretches across three districts in South Sulawesi, namely Wajo Regency, Sidendang Rappang Regency and Soppeng Regency. Because of its vastness, people use the lake for various activities, one of which is the textile industry. The textile industry uses a lot of chemicals which are then dissolved in water. These materials contain suspended solids, organic substances and heavy metals. The washing stage is the final process of the textile industry. The waste product is liquid waste containing heavy metals, including copper (Cu). To reduce or remove Cu metal found in Tempe Lake, phytoremediation techniques are used. Phytoremediation is an effort made to remove hazardous substances in areas contaminated with waste by using plants that have phytoremediator properties. Water plants that can be used are apu wood (Pistia stratiotes). The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of apu (Pistia stratiotes) to remediate Cu2 + in contaminated Lake Tempe water. The research method used included: Cu2+ assay, physicochemical analysis, Bio-Concentration Factor (BCF) and identification of functional groups. The greatest adsorbed Cu metal ion on apu wood is on the 10th day of 100,274 mg / Kg.

Abstract

The research aims to describe improving the quality of higher education through organizational culture at Puanggrimaggalatung University Wajo, South Sulawesi with a sub-focus of research, namely organizational culture that has been developed at Puanggrimaggalatung University Wajo, South Sulawesi; the role of organizational culture in improving the quality of education at Puanggrimaggalatung University, Wajo, South Sulawesi; and the factors that influence the application of organizational culture atPuanggrimaggalatung University, Wajo, South Sulawesi. This study used qualitative approach with data collection techniques consisting of interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique was Miles and Huberman interactive analysis technique. This study found that improving the quality of education at Puangrimaggalatung University, Wajo, South Sulawesi through organizational culture can be seen from the development of a culture of discipline, a culture of hard work, and a culture of quality that has been going well. The organizational culture has become an effective strategy in improving the quality of education at Puangrimaggalatung University, Wajo, South Sulawesi. The role of the organizational culture of the University of Puangrimaggalatung Wajo, South Sulawesi in improving the quality of education can be seen from the implementation of a culture of discipline, and a culture of hard work carried out by campus residents, where one example is a culture of discipline, namely the discipline of lecturers in teaching, making the quality of education achievable. also with the hard work culture that has been running. In addition, the existence of a vision, mission, leadership, and competent lecturers, as well as adequate building conditions are factors that support organizational culture in improving the organizational culture of Puangrimaggalatung University, Wajo, South Sulawesi.Keywords: organizational culture, university, quality of education

Abstract

Setiap perguruan tinggi harus memikirkan strategi pemasaran yang paling baik, paling tepat dan sesuai agar dapat bertahan dan terus berkembang dalam dunia pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan manajemen mutu pelayanan di STKIP puangrimaggalatung Sengkang dan faktor-faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan manajemen mutu pelayanan di STKIP Puangrimaggalatung Sengkang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen mutu di lingkup STKIP Puangrimaggalatung Sengkang telah mengimplementasikan fungsi-fungsi manajemen dengan baik, yaitu: perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penyusunan, pergerakan dan pengawasan. Begitu pula pelaksanaan manajemen mutu sudah berjalan dengan baik, meskipun dalam beberapa hal masih perlu dioptimalkan. Seperti dalam hal bimbingan akademik dan sumber daya pendukung.  Dengan adanya penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa mutu pelayanan di STKIP Puangrimaggalatung Sengkang berjalan dengan baik karena didasari oleh pelaksanaan manajemen yang baik.

Abstract

This study explores how the planning, implementation and evaluation of participatory learning in the implementation of the package C program in Wajo District using a qualitative approach and case study methods. The techniques for collecting data are: observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis includes the stages: data collection, data simplification, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study explained that the participatory learning strategy in the process of implementing the package C program in Wajo Regency includes: 1) The planning stage, identifying all elements that are the needs of the community / learning citizens both before starting the program and in implementing the program which become a source of joint learning; 2) The implementation stage, prepares various materials according to the needs of the learning community, material about history, life motivation, and even experiences. This aims to rebuild the memories of learning citizens that have been obtained during the package C program and interpret previous knowledge and the organizers relate the experiences of package C participants with their experiences as initial knowledge; 3) The assessment stage, all of which become learning resources aims to motivate learning citizens to analyze both the weaknesses and strengths of implementing the package C program, both in the form of experience, especially the skills they already have in their actual assignments or in their life.
