Abstract

Abstract: Islamic Boarding School has a big influence on the santri adversity intelligence because the boarding school is a second educational institution for children to learn and declare themselves as social beings and received a second lesson after the family. The type of this research used is field research type (field research) with quantitative approach. The research population is students of MTs class VIII living in boarding school Sunan Pandan Aran Yogyakarta Central Java that is a number of 214 santri. The respondents are 30 santri. In order to find respondent of research representatively, hence in this research used technique proportional random sampling. Furthermore, data collection techniques using questionnaires. Analysis of data used in the form of simple regression analysis. The result of the regression analysis shows that there is a positive influence on Climate of Pondok Pesantren with the Intelligence of Adversity of Santri.Keywords: Climate Islamic Boarding School, Adversity Intelligence, Santri.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the teaching of sorogan in the pursuit of books in Pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) with ethnic diversity. Ethnic diversity of the kyai (teacher) and the santri (student). This research explains the implementation of sorogan teaching to produce a product in santri. This research is descriptive qualitative research. In collecting data used the interview method and observation. The results of this study are that in the learning process using the Sorogan method there are problems in the adjustment of santri in taking lessons and the cultural language of the pesantren itself as a learning process of the santri in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

The primary goal of this study is to evaluate the hardiness profile of students in Islamic boarding schools and determine whether or not hardiness has a practical impact on students through Islamic boarding schools, with the top indicators being challenge, control, and commitment. Every shift brings with it a new set of challenges, which can be challenging to adjust to. This research employs quantitative methods to demonstrate this. For the 2020/2021 academic year, student boarding school students in Jakarta served as the study's subject population. As a result, 76 participants were chosen at random using a purposive selection method. It is possible to get data using the santri hardiness instrument as the method of gathering information. The hypothetical mean approach is utilized in this study to determine the optimal score, the minimal score, the standard deviation, and the theoretical mean. The score range is obtained in order to determine the category, which will be as follows: X 129.3 indicates a high category, 103.7 129.3 indicates a medium category, and X 103.7 indicates a low category. It is possible to conclude from these estimates that the hardiness profile of boarding school kids falls into the middle category. The result is that most students have attitudes and skills that are not yet optimal for coping with life difficulties in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

Abstract: Man is essentially a leader on this earth (khalifa fil ard), but when the man had been in charge of all types of professions and demanded their sense of responsibility, then that is where it is from among humans as a leader was chosen to be the figure of a single leader. Being a leader is not only easy matter, because in addition to the need to have the capability must also have the courage, in the sense of daring to confront and provide insight and solutions to various problems faced by mankind. Leadership in education can be interpreted as a human figure can become a driving force in humanizing, for the purpose of education is humanizing. This article tries to illustrate a message of Caliph Ali is, when asked by a friend to the critical question of "why when Muslims led by the Caliph Ali is unrest among Muslims, whereas when it is led by the Caliph before any peace-peace" then Sayyidina Ali replied "when Caliph before I lead, his people are like me, whereas when I became Caliph and became a leader, yes ummatnya like these guys are like the kerebutan." The message of the illustrations as if that one side of his people blame their leaders, while on the other side of a leader also blamed the people he leads. This article attempts to provide a middle way that the error could have been between them, but were forbidden to blame, which must be addressed is the management leadership, so that when it is applied in the Islamic leadership will be born a superior management of Islamic education and productive.

Abstract

Abstrak Pondok pesantren merupakan lembaga pendidikan non formal yang memperdalam ilmu atau pendidikan agama Islam dan mengamalkannya sebagai pedoman hidup sehari-hari dengan mementingkan moral dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini melalui wawancara terstruktur kepada kepala sekolah Madrasah Tsanawiyah yang juga terdapat pondok pesantren, wakil kepala Sekolah Dasar, alumnus pondok pesantren, pegawai LPMP Jakarta, alumnus pondok pesantren Tebuireng Jawa Timur serta orang tua murid yang memiliki putranya di pondok pesantren. Hasil wawancaranya menjelaskan pendidikan di pondok pesantren yang merupakan usaha sadar dewasa, dimaksud seorang kyai dan ustadz atau ustadzah dalam pergaulan dengan para santri untuk memimpin perkembangan jasmani dan rohani santri ke arah kedewasaan, menuju terbentuknya kepribadian yang utama serta memiliki tujuan pendidikan, yaitu menyeimbangkan ranah kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik, yang sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan nasional. Sebagaimana dalam firman Allah dalam surat al-Baqarah ayat 31. Pondok pesantren salah satu bentuk pendidikan secara historis memberikan kontribusi dan cukup penting peranan terhadap kemajuan bangsa Indonesia dengan mencerdaskan para santri melalui pendidikan di pondok pesantren. Kata Kunci : Pondok Pesantren, dan Tujuan Pendidikan

Abstract

Kyai Haji Ahmad Dahlan lahir di Yogyakarta, 1 Agustus tahun 1868 M/1285HMeninggal23Februari 1923M/1340H,dimakankan diKarangkajenYogyakarta. Pemimpin gerakan reformis Islam Indonesia, merupakan tokoh Islam pinggirandalam masyarakat Jawa. Beliau pertama kalinya mengumandangkanslogan “Kembalikepada Al-Qur’an dan As-Sunnah”. Abstract

Pemerintahan Jawa Barat dalam cakupan wilayah Indonesia pada tahun 2010 penduduknya mencapai 2.359.431 Jiwa, dari jumlah penduduk Indonesia yang terdiri dari 244.215.984 Jiwa, dengan penduduk miskin mencapai 9,89 %. Slogan yang senantiasa dibangun yakni mewujudkan sosok insan Jawa Barat yang agamis dengan 7 (tujuh) penciri utama yakni : (1) Sehat, cerdas dan cermat, (2) Produktif dan berdaya saing tinggi, (3) Mandiri dan pandai mengatur diri, (4)  Berdaya tahan tinggi dalam persaingan, (5) Pandai membangun jejaring dan persahabatan global, (6) Berintegritas tinggi dan (7) Bermartabat.Beberapa kebijakan pemerintah Jawa Barat berupaya mengembangkan visi-misinya dengan melakukan peningkatan Perguruan Tinggi di Jawa Barat di antaranya melakukan peningkatan Perguruan Tinggi dari 15% (2012) menjadi 25% pada tahun 2018, Pe-negeri-an beberapa Perguruan Tinggi Swasta berbasis 4 (empat) kewilayahan dan sebaran penduduk, adanya dukungan pengembangan fasilitas kampus dan perpustakaan, adanya dukungan peningkatan kualitas penelitian dosen, adanya dukungan peningkatan pendidikan dosen, Beasiswa untuk mahasiswa jenjang diploma, S1, S2, dan S3, Beasiswa atau biaya bantuan mahasiswa terhadap program-program yang relevan untuk masyarakat, program riset kreatif (creative research) sedangkan untuk solusi terobosan pembangunan : SDM, Agama, Kesehatan, Tenaga Kerja, Energi, Lingkungan, Infrastruktur, Wisata dan Budaya.Artikel ini memfokuskan diri pada bagaimana wilayah kota Bandung dalam mewujudkan cita-cita yang diimpikan oleh pemerintah Jawa Barat yakni mewujudkan masyarakat yang agamis dengan tujuh syarat tersebut. Abstract

Students, especially high school students, will always be faced with several choices, both related to personal, social, study, career, and talent lives. They often have difficulty making decisions in determining which options to choose. One of them is the difficulty in understanding oneself related to his talent and the talent plans that will be selected for his future. Difficulties in making decisions when choosing talents can be avoided if students have a sufficient amount of information about matters relating to the world of their talents. Therefore they need to get development in their talent. This research uses the literature study method. The results of this study indicate that full Islamic guidance and counseling is needed as an effort to obtain an adequate understanding of various conditions and characteristics of himself, as a 'servant of Allah' who chooses nature (potential) both about talents, interests, ideas, various strengths and weaknesses. that is in him so as not to be wrong in developing his talents in accordance with Islamic guidance (Al-Qur'an and Hadith).

Abstract

Muhammadiyah is a community organization engaged in education and is popular in Indonesia. Muhammadiyah has been successful in the local-Javanese scope, as well as at the national level. Muhammadiyah educational institutions spread throughout the territory of Indonesia. But as it went on it turned out to have an impact on the emergence of two texture models of Muhammadiyah educational institutions related to leadership, namely the effective model and what it is. The first model, the institution is supported by a strong leadership style, while the second is the opposite. The article further analyzes how these two distinctions can emerge and what steps are important to prepare with the initial assumption that reliance on the "figure" pattern of leadership alone is relatively insufficient. Muhammadiyah managed to manage its educational institutions anchored in the figures' figures. However, as technology, information, the internet and social media develop, there is a shift in orientation patterns. Talking about Muhammadiyah means being oriented towards progress, civilization, new discoveries, for that Muhammadiyah must be more careful, so there is no counter-productive that is contrary to its initial spirit. Based on the case of the distinction between the leadership of educational institutions between what is effective and what it is, this article explains how that can happen, what factors cover, and what actions are important to immediately prepare Muhammadiyah so that it can survive amid the onslaught of both globalization or even the Indonesian people who increasingly technological literacy.
