Abstract

This  study aims to determine (1) The effect  of  work  environment  on job satisfaction of employees at the Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Merangin (2) Effect of organizational communication  on  job  satisfaction of employees of the Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Merangin (3) The effect of  interpersonal relationships on employee satisfaction at the Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Merangin (4) the effect of work environment on the interpersonal relationships of employees at the Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Merangin (5) Effect of organizational  communication on the  interpersonal  relationships  of employees at the Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Merangin (6) the effect  of work environment on job satisfaction of employees of the at the Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Merangin through interpersonal relationships (7 ) Effect of organizational  communication  on job satisfaction of employees at the Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Merangin through interpersonal relationships.                .
