Abstract

The regulation on graphic warnings on cigarette packs is governed by Minister of Health Regulation No. 28 of 2013 about the Inclusion of Warnings and Health Information on Tobacco Product Packaging. Smokers should also be urged to quit smoking by seeing frightening image messages on their cigarette packets. The goal of this study was to determine the effect of graphic messaging on cigarette packs on the interest of Medan residents in quitting smoking. This study used a quantitative Likert scale and 100 respondents to collect primary data. In this study, data were gathered through the use of a questionnaire and an online Google form. In this study, the data are analyzed using univariate analysis along with descriptive statistics. The results indicated that 64% of respondents smoked daily, 36% smoked occasionally, and 58% started smoking between the ages of 16 and 23. Cigarette picture message number 4 received the highest response value, namely 7-8. While the majority of respondents chose picture number 1 with a score of 5-6 as the image message that increases their intention to quit smoking, To discourage smoking behavior in the society, the government must increase the image message on cigarette packets. To enhance people's intentions to quit smoking, socializing about smoking image messaging should be provided.

Abstract

Puskesmas merupakan layanan kesehatan yang diberikan oleh pemerintah daerah bagi masyarakat baik di desa maupun di kota serta persebarannya berada disetiap kecamatan. Tujuan penelitian untuk melihat gambaran kepuasan masyarakat terhadap program pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan survei analitik dengan design cross sectional. Hasil dari data primer yang diambil langsung oleh peneliti melalui instrument kuisioner berbasis Indikator Nasional Mutu (INM) Pelayanan Kesehatan di Puskesmas dari Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia didapatkan bahwa dari indicator kesesuaian persyaratan pelayanan di puskesmas, masyarakat yang menyatakan sesuai ialah 22 orang atau 66,7% serta yang menyatakan sangat sesuai ada 11 orang atau sekiat 33,3%. Indikator dari kemudahan prosedur di puskesmas, hasil yang didapat oleh peneliti adalah sebesar 51,5% masyarakat menyatakan kurang mudah, yang menyatakan mudah sebesar 33,3% serta yang menyatakan sangat mudah sebesar 15,2%. Standard Kepuasan pasien minimal diatas 95% menurut Peraturan Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Tahun 2016 tentang Standar Pelayanan (Kemenkes,2016).

Abstract

The impact of poor sleep quality, among others, will experience various negative things including being prone to accidents, physical health problems, impaired memory and learning, high risk of obesity and mental health problems. This study aims to determine the relationship between health and the use of gadgets on sleep patterns. In this study, the design used is Literature Review. The method of searching for article data sources was carried out through the Google Scholar database in the 2017-2022 period to retrieve relevant articles published in Indonesian. The results of the six journal studies explain that the use of gadgets can have a major effect on a person's sleep patterns, especially teenagers who should need enough sleep to study. However, things like gadget or gadget addiction have become commonplace among the public. Not even parents can handle such things. In conclusion, gadgets should be a place for children to find out things that can become knowledge, but many are misused by opening applications that are not too important for children of their age. It is expected that parents will supervise children in using gadgets.
