The pandemic of COVID-19 has had a significant influence on the socioeconomic community, particularly Indonesia. High layoffs, reduced income, and higher household spending are the economic consequences. The goal of this research is to find out how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected social and economic families, as well as their ability to meet daily needs. This research employs a cross-sectional design and a quantitative descriptive technique. Data is collected via a Google form, and then bivariate data with The chi-square test. Study whow with the chi-square test revealed a link between deteriorating family income and the family's ability to meet daily demands (p0001). According to the findings of this study, families with a loss in family income were 6,178 times less likely to be able to meet daily demands than families who did not have a fall in family income. The COVID-19 epidemic has been shown to have an impact on family members' ability to meet their basic needs, particularly when family income falls.

Filantropi merupakan salah satu unsur dalam ajaran agama yang memperhatikan masalah duniawi terutama masalah kemiskinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan literatur-literatur yang telah ada dan menyajikan filantropi islam dalam upaya mengentaskan kemiskanan. Pendekatan penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif analisis konten dengan jenis studi literatur. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder seperti artikel, hasil penelitian, dan buku referensi. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa penelitian terkait filantropi islam dalam pengentaskan kemiskinan mulai tahun 2021 sampai dengan 2022 hanya ditemukan sebanyak 11 artikel. Dalam instrument filantropi Islam terdapat pilar-pilar sebagai penunjang sebuah perekomian, yaitu zakat, infak, sedekah dan wakaf (ZISWAF). Ada dua konsep ekonomi yang utama yaitu konsumtif dan produktif. Kemudian, diperlukannya sosialisai skema pengelolaan filantropi Islam kepada masyarakat bahwa pengelolaan ZISWAF tidak hanya berkutat pada ibadah yang bersifat formal, namun juga bisa dimanfaatkan untuk segala aktifitas yang bersifat kebaikan bersama (ibadah yang bersifat sosial), salah satunya adalah pengentasan kemiskinan.

Penelitian ini di lakukan agar mengetahui peranan komunikasi organisasi bagi pemimpin organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur (Library Research). hasil penelitian ini merupakan komunikasi dalam sebuah kepemimpinan adalah suatu unsur yg sangat penting pada mencapai keberhasilan tujuan yg akan diraih oleh suatu organisasi. Pemimpin yang efektif pada umumnya mempunyai kemampuan komunikasi yg efektif, sehingga sedikit banyak akan bisa merangsang partisipasi orang-orang yg dipimpinnya. di dalam sebuah organisasi pemimpin artinya menjadi komunikator. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, motivasi dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai.Pentingnya peran sumber daya manusia dalam mencapai kinerja organisasi dengan kemampuan yang di miliki sumber daya manusianya. Artinya kemampuan sumber daya manusia harus benar-benar teruji sehingga mampu mengerjakan semua pekerjaan yang di bebankan kepadanya secara benar dan menghasilkan kinerja yang sempurna, baik kuantitas maupun kualitasnya. Di samping itu, pekerjaan haruslah dimotivasi secara terus-menerus agar tetap semangat untuk melakukan pekerjaannya. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja antara lain faktor budaya, pelatihan dan motivasi kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.

The community has an important role in breaking the chain of transmission of COVID-19 so as not to cause new sources of transmission/clusters in places where the movement of people, the interaction between humans, and large gatherings of people occurs. The community must be able to carry out activities again in the COVID-19 pandemic situation by adapting to new habits that are healthier, cleaner, and more obedient, which are implemented by all components in the community and empower all existing resources. The community's role in breaking the chain of transmission of COVID-19 (the risk of contracting and transmitting it) must be done by implementing health protocols. To provide an overview of the behavior and response of the community to implement health protocols by the Covid-19 Education Team in public places during the New Normal era in the city of Dumai. This study is research with a qualitative approach. The data used in this study is to use observation which sees and directly observes people's behavior in the field and also takes some data online due to situations that require social distancing. This research was carried out in several public places, including the task stations of the Dumai City Covid-19 Education Team, which began in June-July 2020. The research subjects were the sources of data observed by the research problem. In general, the behavior and response of the community to the implementation of health protocols during the New Normal period in public places by the Covid-19 Education Team could have been better. Moreover, several factors cause this, namely education, knowledge, and the community's economy. As well as developing issues, public confidence decreases about the dangers of the Covid-19 virus. The educational activities provided will only be meaningful if there is compliance and mutual community support.

In the current era of globalization, there is a lot of competition from various schools or madrasas, to offer the best quality from their institutions. This can be seen from the various forms of promotion and strategy, moreover educational institutions with a private background are certainly required to have higher quality and competitiveness compared to other educational institutions, especially those with a state label. This research in general, aims to describe (1) how the recruitment of students is carried out at Karya Bunda Middle School (2) What is the strategy used by Karya Bunda Middle School in recruiting new students (3) What are the obstacles faced by the school in the student recruitment process at Karya Bunda Middle School. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were the principal, educators, students, education staff, and two students. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data validation techniques with research extension, increased persistence, and triangulation. The results of this study indicate (1) the implementation of student recruitment with technical instructions from the Education Office, the recruitment process does not have selection and applicant tests only need to pay administrative costs and have actually passed SD (2) The strategy used in recruiting students is a promotion strategy, namely a strategy from door to door, distributing brochures and placing advertisements on social media, visiting SD/MI, community activities, and working with students (3) in the process constraints the recruitment of these students is due to limited classroom space, unable to compete with the country and less desirable.
