Abstract

Hadith sourced from the Prophet Muhammad in the form of words, deeds and takrir. Hadith can be accepted as dalil in Islam, if the Hadith meets the criteria of Sahih Hadith or Hasan Hadith. This status is determined by the sanad and eyes of a Hadith. The function of Hadith as the second source of Islamic law aims to describe everything that is conveyed in the Koran which is global, vague and concise. Therefore, the Koran and hadith become a unified guideline for Muslims.According to the Decree of the scholars and critics of Hadith, a hadith can be c to be valid in terms of sanad, if it is continuous with its sanad, fairness, dabit, safety and prevention of Hadith and its narrators from syaz and 'illat. Meanwhile, from an observational perspective, a hadith must not contradict the Koran, with a stronger Hadith, historical facts and common sense. Hadith is an explanation of the Koran, so the authenticity of Hadith is very necessary both in terms of sanad and matan. The position of Hadith as the second source of law requires a very deep research to avoid forgery in a Hadith.

Abstract

Background: T2DM is a background for other diseases, one of which is hypertension. Hypertension can be triggered from T2DM through the mechanism of insulin resistance which then causes hyperinsulinemia, dyslipidemia, and hyperglycemia. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of blood sugar levels on hypertension in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus at RSUD Rantauprapat. Methods: Quantitative research with an analytic cross-sectional approach conducted in December 2022-June 2023. There were 205 respondents aged 20-79 years who were taken through simple random sampling. Using data collection sheet instruments. With the analysis used is Univariate, bivariate (Chi-square), and Confounding Mantel Haenszel. Results: Chi-square analysis states that blood sugar levels are significantly associated with hypertension with OR 10.800 (95%CI: 5.410-21.560). Where the confounding analysis of Mantel Haenszel age, gender and occupation are confounding factors that affect blood sugar levels and hypertension with risk difference (OR>10%).Conclusion: The study states that there is an influence between blood sugar levels and hypertension. The government is expected to provide education to change the patient's unhealthy lifestyle so as not to lead to other complications.

Abstract

The community has an important role in breaking the chain of transmission of COVID-19 so as not to cause new sources of transmission/clusters in places where the movement of people, the interaction between humans, and large gatherings of people occurs. The community must be able to carry out activities again in the COVID-19 pandemic situation by adapting to new habits that are healthier, cleaner, and more obedient, which are implemented by all components in the community and empower all existing resources. The community's role in breaking the chain of transmission of COVID-19 (the risk of contracting and transmitting it) must be done by implementing health protocols.  To provide an overview of the behavior and response of the community to implement health protocols by the Covid-19 Education Team in public places during the New Normal era in the city of Dumai.  This study is research with a qualitative approach. The data used in this study is to use observation which sees and directly observes people's behavior in the field and also takes some data online due to situations that require social distancing. This research was carried out in several public places, including the task stations of the Dumai City Covid-19 Education Team, which began in June-July 2020. The research subjects were the sources of data observed by the research problem.  In general, the behavior and response of the community to the implementation of health protocols during the New Normal period in public places by the Covid-19 Education Team could have been better. Moreover, several factors cause this, namely education, knowledge, and the community's economy. As well as developing issues, public confidence decreases about the dangers of the Covid-19 virus. The educational activities provided will only be meaningful if there is compliance and mutual community support.
