Abstract

The study aims to analyze the marketing mix strategy of certified palm oil seedlings. The method used was descriptive qualitative by describing and interpreting marketing strategy using marketing mix concept. Formulating a certified palm oil seed marketing strategy based on an assessment of the role of variables in the marketing mix implemented. The product strategy was expected to maintain the quality of certified palm oil seedlings. In the pricing strategy was to increase the price compliance with the quality of certified palm oil seedlings and apply discounts for consumers, especially small farmers. For the distribution line mix strategy should be able to shorten the distribution channel of certified palm oil seedlings and supervise the distribution process to the hand of farmers. Then, implementing a promotional mix strategy with more publicized promotional activities and expanding the dissemination of information on certified palm oil seedlings.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan bank jambi cabang muaro bungo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi linier berganda. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan kuisioner dan melibatkan Sebagian karyawan bank jambi cabang muaro bungo yang berjumlah 30 responden. Dari hasil temuan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, iklim organisasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan iklim organisasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis variabel dampak Rekrutmen dan Penempatan, terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT.Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Cabang Muara Bungo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dan pengumpulan data dengan sensus sampling. Populasi adalah 37 karyawan dan observasi serta teknik analisis regresi berganda dengan Y = 4,900 + 0,574X1 + 0,216X2 + eHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif secara simultan dari Rekrutmen dan Penempatan, terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, diperoleh nilai R = 79,6%.

Abstract

Employee performance can be influenced by many factors, as well as in the Merangin District Transportation Office. This research examines the existing organizational culture and employee work ethics on 30 employee performance honorary staff. This research also wants to see which variable has the most influence on employee performance. This study uses a survey method in which the population and sample in this study are the same sizes or saturated sampling. The analytical tool in this study is SPSS with Multiple Linear Regression. The results found that organizational culture and work ethic enhance employee performance simultaneously and partially. Meanwhile, the contribution value of the two dependent variables on the independent variable was 53.4%. Further research can continue by adding other variables or can use different methods such as qualitative or mixed methods.
