Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: Disiplin Pegawai Administrasi Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Manado, adapun fokus penelitian ini melihat disiplin sebagai salah satu aspek  yang sangat penting dalam sistem kerja yang harus diperhatikan oleh setiap lembaga atau organisasi. Disiplin merupakan suatu proses atau pengendalian keinginan, dorongan, atau kepentingan demi tujuan atau cita-cita yang telah ditetapkan. Disiplin mempengaruhi hasil kerja pegawai, dan hal ini disebabkan oleh kemampuan seorang pegawai bekerja secara optimal dan tentunya dikendalikan oleh pemimpin yang mampu mengelola organisasi yang dipimpinnya secuai aturan yang berlaku. Disiplin kerja pegawai FIS Unima disinyalir disebabkan oleh beragam faktor, antara lain faktor individu, sistem kerja, budaya atau etos kerja.Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan observasi kepada para pegawai administrasi di lingkungan FIS Unima. Selanjutnya disebarkan kuesioner berisis variabel disiplin pegawai. Sampel yang ditetapkan sebanyak 21 responden. Jawaban dari kuesioner akan membantu mereduksi masalah penelitian, selanjutnya diadakan wawancara untuk mendapatlan informasi yang lebih mendalam. Hasi wawancara dan hasil kuesioner digunakan untuk melakukan interpretasi terhadap data dan dibuat pembahasan serta kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa disiplin pegawai administrasi FIS Unima, belum optimal karena ada faktor-faktor yang menghambat, yaitu faktor individu seperti masalah keluarga, masalah kepribadian. Faktor sistem kerja seperti belum adanya SOP di lingkungan kerja, belum bekerja sesuai tugas pokok dan fungsi karena ketrampilan yang dimiliki. Faktor budaya atau etos kerja seperti bekerja tidak tuntas dan tidak optimal. Kata Kunci:  Disilpin, Pegawai Administrasi PNS

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah kompetensi pedagogik guru IPS di SMP Negeri 1 Pulau Morotai selama pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran di kelas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kemampuan kompetensi pedagogik guru sosial ketika menerapkan pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi langsung (observasi), wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis interaktif yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan (Miles dan Huberman). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik guru IPS di SMP Negeri 1 Kabupaten Pulau Morotai dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran di kelas cukup baik, dari lima indikator kompetensi pedagogik, hanya satu indikator yang belum sepenuhnya dikuasai oleh guru IPS yaitu pemahaman terhadap peserta didik, guru tidak benar-benar memahami karakteristik peserta siswa dan juga manajemen kelas yang perlu ditingkatkan lagi, sedangkan dalam indikator perancangan pembelajaran, menerapkan pembelajaran, mengevaluasi hasil belajar, mengembangkan siswa untuk mengaktualisasikan berbagai potensi yang dimiliki, guru telah memenuhi keempat indikator dengan cukup baik.

Abstract

This paper describes the socio-cultural changes that occur in the Lembang Sarambu community, Buntu Pepasan District, North Toraja, in the ma'pasilaga tedong tradition, along with the factors that influence the occurrence of these social changes. The method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative method, with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results in this study are the values contained in the ma'pasilaga tedong tradition, namely 1) cultural values, ma'pasilaga tedong is a tradition that has been passed down from generation to generation to perfect the implementation of the rambu solo ceremony; 2) the value of customs, the Toraja people believe that the buffalo is a sacred animal; 3) moral values, in the ma'pasilaga tedong tradition, the buffalo that will be competed are buffalo that have certain criteria, such as the buffalo that will be competed must be the buffalo that will be sacrificed for the corpse; 4) social values, namely the tradition of ma'pasilaga tedong cannot be carried out if there is no solo sign ceremony'. The values that have changed in the ma'pasilaga tedong tradition are: 1) moral values, where the ma'pasilaga tedong tradition which originally aimed to comfort the bereaved family and as a form of empathy for the bereaved family has now become a gambling arena for ma'pasilaga tedong ; 2) and the initial social value of ma'pasilaga tedong was only done in one day, namely when there was a rambu solo' ceremony, but now it has been carried out for days even though the rambu solo' ceremony is not held. With the factor of cultural changes that occur caused by internal factors; population and discoveries and external factors; war and other cultural influences.

Abstract

One of the most important things that must be prepared before teaching in schools is the lesson plan (RPP) which has also been previously taught on campus in the Microteaching course. This lesson plan needs to be prepared by the PL teacher from the start so that students have guidelines in teaching. The purpose of this study is to reveal the extent to which the use of lesson plans by field practice teachers in the learning process at SMA Negeri 1 Tondano. The method used is a qualitative research method where this method basically looks at a phenomenon or social reality and then analyzes it using the researcher's own point of view. There are three lines of qualitative data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are as follows: 1. Field Practice Teachers (PL)  do not really understand the use of RPP in PBM as a whole, 2. PBM implementation is carried out spontaneously not based on RPP, 3. RPP helps Field Practice Teachers (PL)  on certain components during PBM, 4. Some Field Practice Teachers (PL)  try to use lesson plans as much as possible in PBM, 5. PL teachers face many obstacles in using lesson plans in PBM

Abstract

Management knowledge is certainly very important for a lecturer to have in relation to the implementation of online learning on campus. The condition of online learning is certainly a new thing that must be lived by a lecturer, there are many things that must be learned, there are also many obstacles that must be faced and a solution is found while the learning objectives must still be achieved as much as possible even though they are plagued with various problems, both coming from lecturers as educators. , students as learners, as well as the educational environment itself. The purpose of this study is to reveal the classroom management of Unima sociology education lecturers in increasing students enthusiasm for learning in online learning. The method used is a qualitative research method where this method basically looks at a phenomenon or social reality and then analyzes it using the researchers own point of view. There are three lines of qualitative data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are as follows: planning learning in the form of hybrid learning through RPs, explaining lecture contracts in depth to students, dividing online classes and offline classes, controlling the implementation of PBM according to RPs, providing comparable learning and assessment instruments between online and offline classes, facilitating media communication with students. Ilmu manajemen tentu sangat penting dimiliki oleh seorang dosen berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan pembelajaran online di kampus. Kondisi pembelajaran online tentu merupakan hal baru yang harus dijalani oleh seorang dosen. Banyak hal yang harus dipelajari, banyak kendala juga yang harus dihadapi dan dicarikan jalan keluarnya sementara tujuan pembelajaran tetap harus diupayakan tercapai semaksimal mungkin meski didera berbagai permasalahan, baik yang datangnya dari dosen sebagai pendidik, mahasiswa sebagai peserta didik, maupun dari lingkungan pendidikan itu sendiri. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengungkap manajemen kelas dosen pendidikan sosiologi Unima dalam meningkatkan semangat belajar mahasiswa pada pembelajaran online. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif di mana metode ini pada dasarnya melihat sebuah fenomena atau realitas sosial kemudian menganalisisnya menggunakan sudut pandan peneliti sendiri. Terdapat tiga jalur analisis data kualitatif, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: merencanakan pembelajaran berupa hybrid learning melalui RPS, menjelaskan kontrak perkuliahan secara mendalam kepada mahasiswa, membagi kelas online dan kelas offline, mengontrol pelaksanaan PBM sesuai RPS, memberikan instrumen pembelajaran dan penilaian yang sebanding antara kelas online dan offline, dan mempermudah media komunikasi dengan mahasiswa.

Abstract

This study aims to see whether is an influence of peer groups on student learning outcomes. The research method used is quantitative methods. The collection uses questionnaire and documentation. Based on the study, was found results of a simple regression analysis from the peer group on the learning outcomes of class XII Social Studies students at the Tompaso Adventist High School for the 2020/2021 academic year in the sociology subject obtained a constant (a) 76.026, coefficient value (b) 0.136 which if in the simple regression equation Y = 76.026 + 0.136X, with tcount 2.055 > ttable 2.035 with significance of 0.048 (4.8%) less than 5% that found result there there influence of peer group on the learning outcomes. It was found from the results of questionnaires, learning outcomes, and analysis, turns out that peer group has a role as well but not always make the same result, those are said in poor relationships turn out have high learning outcomes and for them friendship is friendship, be their encouragement to be better or in academics even though they like that but they encourage each other in a good direction, those who are in good relationships as well, as evidenced by the high learning outcomes.

Abstract

The problem in this study is about the perception of pinokalan village community regarding the assistance of Kota Tanpa Kumuh Program (KOTAKU) where they are concerned about the inability of the opportunity to receive this assistance and the purpose of this research is to know and describe the perception of pinokalan village community in the implementation of KOTAKU program. In this study using qualitative research method with observation and interview data collection techniques. And the results of this study show that the perception of the people of Pinokalan Village that we do not receive assistance kotaku program from the government when our environment is organized and not worth our stay because of the densely populated conditions and only a few residents of our village who get assistance in the form of home improvement, roads and drainage but it is an assistance from PNPM not from KOTAKU and the government only chooses milih residents for i kut in socialization therefore we as other pinokalan community do not know and only know from others that socialization has been implemented about KOTAKU in Pinokalan Village. In the PROGRAM KOTAKU Pinokalan village is used as a companion village when compared to other villages that get assistance from KOTAKU Pinokalan Village can be said to be more eligible to get assistance from this KOTAKU program

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the discussion learning method and the learning motivation of students in class X Social Studies in sociology at SMA Negeri 1 Motoling. This research is quantitative descriptive. In this study, the population used was 30 students of class X IPS at SMA Negeri 1 Motoling who were representatives of Class X IPS 1, X IPS 2, and X IPS 3. The instruments and data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation with analytical techniques. The data used are Product Moment validity and Cronbach Alpha reliability tests. The results of this study indicate that there is a ralationship between the discussion learning method and students learning motivation, this is evidenced by the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.589 which implies that the influence of the independet variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y) is 58.9% and the remaining 41.1% is imfluenced or determined by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to describe the implications of social media in youth lifestyle shifts (Study of Social Change in Kaneyan Village, Tareran District, South Minahasa Regency).  The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, using an analytical approach that aims to describe and accurately describe systematically and actually the implications of social media in lifestyle shifts in youth by using observation, documentation, and interview techniques as data collection techniques.  The results show that the implications of social media in the shift in youth lifestyles greatly affect the lifestyle habits of youth. The factors that cause them to be affected are lifestyle industry factors, lifestyle advertising, public relations and lifestyle journalists, and hedonic lifestyles. From the results of the research that has been stated, it is hoped that it can be useful for lecturers, students, prospective students, in order to develop education, especially at Manado State University.
