Abstract

Information Technology has grown rapidly in Indonesia. Almost all problems can be handled by a computer. For this reason, every level of society must be ready and able to follow along with the development of technology. After the development of information technology, typewriter users moved to the computer. Because of its more efficient performance. Now almost all people must have switched from being manually switched to computers, nowadays performance is demanded to be faster in solving a problem. Correspondence is a problem that is often handled by computer administrators in order to become faster, the making of letters or reports at the village level government should be using a computer. But in reality, there are still many village officials who cannot yet use computers, especially older employee. Even though in making letters or reports, village administrators are required to work faster. By referring to these problems, at this time service will be conducted a training aimed at village officials about their understanding of information technology, especially the ability of village officials to understand the making of letters or reports using Microsoft Office 2007. Microsoft Word 2007 and Microsoft Excel 2007, this programs is often used when making reports. In the future it is expected that all village administrators can understand the use of this application correctly and precisely. Keywords—: Microsoft Office 2007; Correspondence; Village Administrator.

Abstract

Kepuasan pengguna Sistem Informasi adalah tolak ukur baik tidaknya sebuah Sistem Informasi. Proses pengukuran SI dapat dilakukan dengan banyak cara. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan proses pengukuran Perpustakaan Universitas Merdeka Madiun dengan PIECES Framework. Perkembangan teknologi informasi idealnya memudahkan berbagai pekerjaan di perpustakaan yang membuat pustakawan menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugasnya. Metode analisis PIECES Framework, yang memiliki beberapa domain atau point analisa, diantaranya : Performance, Informations and Data, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency, and Service. Pada setiap domain analisa adalah referensi untuk mengevaluasi dan menganalisa sistem informasi perpustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi perpustakaan Universitas Merdeka Madiun yang sedang digunakan telah memiliki beberapa kelebihan dan kekuatan yang dapat mendukung dalam kegiatan operasional perpustakaan.

Abstract

An agency must have had a development plan in running the organization. Careful planning will make useful improvements in each section . Strategic planning information system created as a reference organized and in line with the vision and mission , so that the institution's goals can be achieved correctly . In this study , the authors formulate a strategic plan for the system in which the information can be used as a tool to support the success of XYZ University in achieving the vision and mission and goals of the institution. The method used is based on the thought of John Ward and Joe Peppard and strategic planning analysis methods using McFarlan Strategic Grid portfolio analysis to formulate the information system to support the agency's performance in the future . Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan proses pengukuran Kepuasan penggunaan Aplikasi EDMODO dengan PIECES Framework. Wabah Covit-19 yang saat ini sedang melanda dunia masih belum ada tanda-tanda akan segera berakhir, bahkan sudah virus ini telah mengalami mutasi gen menjadi banyak virus baru dengan varian yang lebih banyak lagi. Dunia pendidikan pun mengalami imbas yang signifikan yang menyebabkan tatap muka harus diganti menjadi virtual, imbasnya banyak siswa atau mahasiswa beralih ke EDMODO atau Google Classrom sebagai pengganti kelas luring menjadi daring. Metode analisis PIECES Framework, yang memiliki beberapa domain atau point analisa, diantaranya: Performance, Informations and Data, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency, and Service. Pada setiap domain analisa adalah referensi untuk mengevaluasi dan menganalisa sistem informasi perpustakaan. Abstract

Kepuasan pengguna sistem informasi adalah tolak ukur baik tidaknya sebuah sistem informasi. Proses pengukuran SI dapat dilakukan dengan banyak cara. Adapun penelitian ini akan menggunakan pengukuran Kepuasan Aplikasi Classroom dengan PIECES Framework, Wabah COVID-19 saat ini memang sudah dinyatakan berakhir oleh pemerintah, tetapi pembelajaran tetap tidak bisa langung dialihkan ke pembelajaran Luring dikarenan jika sewaktu-waktu wabah COVID dengan mutasi baru menyerang maka otomatis pembelajaran akan berhenti lagi, oleh karena itu pembelajaran sekarang menggunakan metode hybrid, dimana melaksanakan secara daring dan luring. Dunia pendidikan pun mengalami imbas yang signifikan sehingga tatap muka dibantu dengan media virtual dan Classrom berperan sebagai sebagai media daring disamping tatap muka di kelas sebagai luringnya. Adapun alasan kami memilih metode ini karena metode ini adalah metode yang paling spesifik dalam mengukur kinerja sebuah sistem informasi. Metode analisa PIECES Framework, yang memiliki beberapa domain atau poin analisa, yakni: Performance, Informations and Data, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency, and Service, setiap domain analisa adalah referensi yang relevan untuk mengevaluasi dan menganalisa Aplikasi Google Classroom. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Google Classroom adalah media daring yang baik untuk mendukung pembelajaran luring.
