Abstract

This research problem is related to the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in social studies subjects at SMP Negeri 2 Manganitu, Sangihe Islands Regency. This study aims to examine the implementation of the 2013 curriculum on IPS subjects at SMP Negeri 2 Manganitu, Sangihe Islands Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The research focus is the study of the 2013 curriculum implementation and the sub-focus of this research is the condition of facilities, teacher preparation, student readiness. The informants in this study were the principal, deputy principal in the curriculum field, subject teachers and students of SMP Negeri 2 Manganitu, Kepulauaun Sangihe Regency. Primary data were collected using observation techniques (direct observation), interviews, and documentation and FGD (Focus Group Discussion). The data analysis technique used in this study was the Milles and Huberman technique. Determination of informants in this study using purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques. The results showed, the condition of the facilities in the school was still incomplete, such as inadequate opening lesson packages so that students were not allowed to bring textbooks to their homes, inadequate internet networks, Lack of teacher readiness in implementing the 2013 curriculum implementation of learning methods boring, student dwellings that are far from school. So that the process of implementing the 2013 curriculum has not been maximal to apply.

Abstract

The study of geographic factors (distance and location) is the background of this research. The objectives of this study are 1). To study geographic factors that support the growth of small non-agricultural enterprises in Borona Village and Tibobo Village, West Halmahera Regency, 2). This is to determine the contribution of small non-agricultural businesses to job opportunities in Borona Village and Tibobo Village, West Halmahera Regency. The research method is quantitative. According to the research objectives, two villages were selected that have different geographic factors (distance from the city center), namely Borona Village, Ibu District, representing villages far from Jailolo City (72 km) and Tibobo Village, Sahu District, representing villages close to Jailolo City (9 km). ). The results showed that geographic factors (distance from the city center) influenced the growth of small non-agricultural enterprises in the two research locations. Of the total 211 business units, 142 business units (67.30%) are located in Tibobo Village which is located close to the center of Jailolo City compared to Borona Village which is located far from the center of Jailolo City which only has 69 types of businesses or 32.70%. The workforce is absorbed in non-agricultural small businesses which are spread over 3 business groups consisting of 16 types of businesses and covering 211 business units.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine community involvement in the management of the Wakumoro bathing tourism object in Wakumoro Village, Parigi District, Muna Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data were obtained by using observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis used data reduction procedures, data display, and concluding. The results showed that the community was involved in planning activities for the management of Wakumoro tourism objects. The form of community involvement is attending planning invitations and being involved in decision-making. The community is involved in the implementation of Wakumoro tourism object management activities. The form of community involvement during implementation is being involved in the procurement of tourist facilities which include participating in community service, opening food stalls, and as a service provider such as motorcycle taxis and swimming aids. The community is involved in evaluating the management of the Wakumoro bathing tourist attraction in Wakumoro Village, Parigi District, Muna Regency. The form of community involvement during the evaluation is attending the invitation to evaluation activities and being involved in decision making. Factors that influence community involvement in the management of Wakumoro tourism objects are work or busyness factors in meeting the needs of daily life and the lack of community knowledge about tourism so that in every meeting from planning, implementation to evaluation, they do not provide ideas. Overall work, knowledge, and level of education are factors that influence community involvement in the management of Wakumoro bathing tourism objects.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of applying numbered head together on student learning outcomes in Geography subjects. The study used a pseudo-experimental method of nonequeivalent control group design with pretest posttest control group design totaling 15 experimental class students and 15 control class people. The results showed that there was a difference in the average pretest learning outcomes with the posttest of North Halmahera geography subjects taught using the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) learning model with a mean value of -9,467 and a t value of -5,152. Learning activities using the NHT learning model, have an influence on learning activities shown from student learning activities in class and improvement of student learning outcomes in geography subjects in class XI SMA N 5 North Halmahera.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah (1) menginterpretasi nilai-nilai kearifan lokal berlandaskan Tri Hita Karana dalam sistem subak yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber belajar IPS, (2) menganalisis relevansi sistem subak dalam rangka mendukung pembelajaran IPS sesuai ketentuan dalam kurikulum merdeka, dan (3) merumuskan alur cara pengintegrasian sistem subak sebagai sumber belajar kontekstual dalam pembelajaran IPS. Penelitian kualitatif ini mengambil subjek pengurus organisasi subak utamanya ketua dan atau beberapa petani subak. Objek penelitian adalah beberapa organisasi subak di Bali yang dipilih secara acak. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi antara observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dalam sistem subak yang berlandaskan Tri Hita Karana dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber belajar IPS kurikulum merdeka. (2) Sistem subak berlandaskan Tri Hita Karana relevan dalam mendukung pembelajaran IPS yang kontekstual sesuai ketentuan dalam kurikulum merdeka, utamanya dalam capaian pembelajaran elemen keterampilan proses. (3) Salah satu cara untuk mengintegrasikan sistem subak sebagai sumber belajar kontekstual dalam pembelajaran IPS adalah menggunakan model pengintegrasian berdasarkan tema.

Abstract

This research aims to describe community participation in preserving coastal areas, focusing on thought, energy, financial, and social participation. Research using qualitative descriptive methods Data analysis techniques include stages of reduction, presentation, and conclusion. Research results: The Selibata-bata village government has planned, implemented programs, and supervised coastal area conservation activities. The government and society collaborate in conservation activities. The community took the initiative to form small groups, and the village government coordinated the implementation. Mindful participation is the presence of direction, advice, or appeals from the village government to the community to get involved in activities supporting program implementation. There is readiness for participation by people who care about program implementation and environmental concerns, but some people don't care.
