Abstract

Buddhists perform Mahāyāna puja bakti as a form of respect (pūjā) and devotion to the Buddha, Bodhisattva, and Mahāsattva. This study aims to analyze the effect of Mahāyāna puja bakti service and emotional intelligence on spiritual intelligence. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The research design used is explanatory. The sample in this study were 60 Buddhists and youth at Padmasari Temple in Lahat. The results of the research data analysis show that Mahāyāna puja bakti and emotional intelligence have a significant effect on spiritual intelligence. Based on the results of this study, the fact that Mahāyāna puja bakti was carried out regularly and high emotional intelligence can increase the spiritual value of Buddhists.

Abstract

This study aims to measure how important pedagogical competence is in addressing student learning behavior at SMP Negeri 2 Susukan. This research is a quantitative research with a correlational approach, namely research that aims to find out whether or not there is an influence or relationship between two or more variables, and if there is a relationship, how big the relationship is. To collect data the researcher distributes questionnaires to students. This study involved 15 students. The results of the data analysis show a strong relationship between teacher pedagogical competence and student learning behavior.

Abstract

Motivasi memainkan peran penting dalam semua organisasi, agar organisasi dapat mencapai tujuan mereka, mereka harus memotivasi karyawan mereka untuk bekerja mencapai tujuan. Lebih mudah bagi organisasi untuk mencapai tujuannya ketika karyawannya termotivasi untuk mencapai tujuan pribadi, profesional, dan organisasi mereka. Penting bagi organisasi untuk menetapkan program motivasi yang meningkatkan motivasi dan akibatnya, kinerja baik organisasi maupun individu karyawan. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk menguji pengaruh antara motivasi dengan kinerja pengurus vihara, dengan menggunakan sampel 40 responden yang di dapat dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Jenis penelitian kuantitaif dengan desain ex post facto, dimana responden mengisi 2 kuesioner yaitu motivasi dan kinerja. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dengan taraf signifikan 0.05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh dengan kinerja.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of reading interest in the school library on learning motivation and determine the extent of this influence. The research methodology involves the distribution of questionnaires for data collection, followed by the application of data analysis techniques to address the formulated research questions. The collected data is subsequently examined using statistical methods for analysis. Based on the data analysis, a statistically significant correlation between the two variables is evident. This is indicated by the standardized coefficient value of 0.204, which signifies that reading interest in the school library has a direct impact on learning motivation.
