Abstract

Prevalensi skabies pada tahun 2020 paling banyak terdapat di kecamatan Seunagan yaitu di daerah Krung Ceuko. Hal ini terjadi pada masyarakat dengan pemukiman padat dan kurangnya pemahaman atau edukasi tentang penyakit skabies ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian skabies. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 36 penderita skabies. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji Chi-square (X2) dengan 0,05. Hasil: Hasil analisis p-value pengetahuan dengan kejadian skabies (0,000), sikap dengan kejadian skabies (0,038), personal hygiene dengan kejadian skabies (0,003) dan sanitasi lingkungan dengan kejadian skabies ( 0,022). Kesimpulan: Temuan dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian skabies di desa Krung Ceuko, disarankan dapat mencegah terjadinya skabies di masyarakat, dengan mencari informasi dan pemahaman tentang skabies bagi masyarakat

Abstract

Menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan menggunakan video blog (vlog) terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku remaja putri tentang pencegahan anemia gizi besi Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimen semu dengan desain pre-post test. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada remaja putri yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan memiliki smartphone. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Kelompok pertama menerima video blog (vlog) dan kelompok kedua menerima Data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis menggunakan man- whitney.Media Video Blog divalidasi oleh 3 ahli audio visual dan 3 ahli gizi.Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari angket pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku yang diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya terlebih dahulu.U-test, artinya hasil tes ditentukan berdasarkan p value 0,05. Uji pengaruh dan uji beda dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 20. Hasil : Hasil skor pretest-postest menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan (p0,001), sikap (p0,001), dan perilaku (p0,001) dalam pencegahan anemia gizi besi setelah intervensi video blog (vlog) dan media booklet. Edukasi menggunakan video blog (vlog) dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku pada remaja putri tentang pencegahan anemia

Abstract

The quality of education is increasing along with technological developments, one of which is nursing education which is experiencing rapid changes. Nursing students must have the ability to think critically to integrate various sources of knowledge in order to solve problems creatively and logically. Nursing education requires learning methods that enable students to actively address various nursing problems that arise in clinical practice. Flipped learning or reverse learning is a learning model that requires lecturers to transfer lectures directly from the classroom to individual study rooms (at home) with the help of technology. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of applying the flipped learning method to the critical thinking skills of nursing students. Type of quantitative research with a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group pre-test post-test approach. The sampling technique used was consecutive sampling, namely all students in class A and B in the third semester of the Bachelor of Nursing Study Program. This research started from the preparation stage by preparing flipped learning model materials in the form of modules, power points and videos as well as preparing instruments on the Critical Thinking Disposition Self-Rating Form (CTDSRF) to measure critical thinking skills. Data analysis used paired t-test and t-test for independent groups to determine the effectiveness of the flipped learning method on critical thinking skills of nursing students. The results of both the intervention and control group studies were 0.001 ˂ 0.05, which means that the application of the flipped learning method was able to improve critical thinking skills. Flipped learning is more effective in improving the critical thinking skills of nursing students compared to conventional learning, where the lecturer makes materials in the form of narratives, power points and videos. Flipped Learning is one of the selected learning models as a feasible learning model to apply.

Abstract

Elementary school students like various snacks in the school environment, which frees children to choose the food and drinks available. They tend to consume foods containing causative spices, sweet foods, and beverages, and foods with additional ingredients, which will cause things that are not good for children's health. There are still many students who need help understanding about healthy snacks food. Education on healthy snacks in schools is not optimal because knowledge related to these snacks food still needs to be better socialized. This community service activity aims to increase knowledge about healthy snacks in elementary school students through educational games. The methods are socialization, focus group discussion, game simulation through snake and ladder educational games, healthy snack food puzzles, self-evaluation, and documentation. The results obtained from this activity were in the form of increasing the knowledge score of healthy snack food after education and educational games and commitment from partners to incorporate healthy snack food materials into PJOK subjects. This result shows that knowledge of healthy snacks can be improved through snake and ladder educational game activities and beneficial snack food puzzle games. It is recommended that the school continuously allocate time regularly for healthy snack food education for all students.
