Abstract

This study aims to determine the GRDP in Batam City. The secondary data used is time-series data taken in 2017-2020. This research method uses qualitative analysis, a data collection technique that uses library research by finding and reading references from various sources. The results show that the Indonesian economy has increased from year to year until 2020 where there was a COVID-19 outbreak, henceforth significantly declining the GRDP of Batam from 5.92% to -2.55%. Various sectors experienced a massive downswing in economic growth, one of which was the provision of accommodation and food and beverage with a figure of -45.49%. In conclusion, both the GRDP and APBD experienced a significant decrease in the city of Batam in 2020. As a consideration, the Indonesian government could restore the economy of Batam by empowering qualified human resources, encouraging household consumption, and foreign investment into Batam.

Abstract

Kegiatan penilaian anggota OSIS SMAN 17 Batam ini didasari dari organisasi yang masih belum memiliki sistem penilaian kinerja sehingga menjadi penyebab kurang tertatanya organisasi tersebut. Hal ini yang membuat penulis tertarik untuk menjadikan SMAN 17 Batam sebagai mitra dalam pelaksanaan proyek Society emPOwerment progRAm (SePORA). Dalam proses pelaksanaannya, penulis menggunakan metode penilaian 360 Degree Feedback yaitu sistem penilaian secara 360 derajat sehingga penilai tidak hanya bersumber dari dalam organisasi saja. Dalam proses penilaian ini, terdapat 26 anggota osis aktif periode 2021/2022 yang menjadi objek penilaian dan 42 orang terdiri dari total 6 guru, 15 anggota osis, 1 pembimbing osis, dan 20 siswa/i yang secara sukarela melakukan penilaian terhadap anggota organisasi tersebut. Setelah kegiatan penilaian ini terlaksana, terlihat bahwa anggota osis dengan kinerja terbaik memperoleh nilai sebesar 942. Sebagai penghargaan atas kinerjanya tersebut, penulis telah sepakat memberikannya sertifikat dengan gelar “Anggota Osis Terbaik SMA Negri 17 Batam Periode 2021/2022” dan untuk anggota osis dengan perolehan nilai rendah, telah dilakukan evaluasi serta pelatihan. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dan dampak yang diberikan dari kegiatan ini, penulis menyarankan untuk kedepannya, kegiatan seperti ini tetap diselenggarakan dan dijadikan sebagai kegiatan rutin sehinga berdampak baik bagi perkembangan organisasi dan penilaian ini tidak hanya bisa dilakukan sebagai penilaian kinerja anggota, juga bisa digunakan untuk menilai fasilitas atau properti sekolah lainnya

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the various policies that exist in Bintan Snack Millennium MSME in a way to increase efficiency which also affects productivity and income. The primary data used is valid data taken from the results of observations and interviews with Bintan Snack Millennium MSME. The results showed that the Bintan Snack Millennium MSME still had several problems that were known to hinder the company's progress, but they could be handled well by implementing the existing policies. This has a positive effect on development and improves the efficiency of the company's business processes. It is hoped that the Bintan Snack Millennium MSME will continue to maintain the current policies and add policies such as ESG or CSR principles and contribute to the SDGs to improve MSME performance.
