Abstract

This study aims to determine the GRDP in Batam City. The secondary data used is time-series data taken in 2017-2020. This research method uses qualitative analysis, a data collection technique that uses library research by finding and reading references from various sources. The results show that the Indonesian economy has increased from year to year until 2020 where there was a COVID-19 outbreak, henceforth significantly declining the GRDP of Batam from 5.92% to -2.55%. Various sectors experienced a massive downswing in economic growth, one of which was the provision of accommodation and food and beverage with a figure of -45.49%. In conclusion, both the GRDP and APBD experienced a significant decrease in the city of Batam in 2020. As a consideration, the Indonesian government could restore the economy of Batam by empowering qualified human resources, encouraging household consumption, and foreign investment into Batam.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk membantu permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh Vegetariano Sushi, yaitu belum memiliki iklan promosi yang menarik dan masih belum dikenal oleh masyarakat luas. Hal ini dapat menghambat perkembangan usaha tersebut apabila terus dibiarkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah teknik pengumpulan data berupa metode wawancara melalui chat pada aplikasi Whatsapp dan metode observasi yang secara langsung mengunjungi lokasi. Tujuan ini sudah tercapai dengan adanya hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan, yaitu telah berhasil membuat konten promosi berupa video dan poster dengan semenarik mungkin hingga mencapai 3.028 tayangan dari total keseluruhan dalam jangka waktu satu minggu setelah video promosi diunggah melalui Instagram. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa telah berhasil juga dalam memperkenalkan Vegetariano Sushi kepada masyarakat luas terutama yang berada di luar Kota Batam. Untuk rekomendasi kegiatan PkM berikutnya, diharapkan kepada pelaksana kegiatan selanjutnya dapat merancang strategi promosi yang lebih baik dan lebih menarik lagi mengenai konsep promosi untuk dapat lebih memikat masyarakat

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the various policies that exist in Bintan Snack Millennium MSME in a way to increase efficiency which also affects productivity and income. The primary data used is valid data taken from the results of observations and interviews with Bintan Snack Millennium MSME. The results showed that the Bintan Snack Millennium MSME still had several problems that were known to hinder the company's progress, but they could be handled well by implementing the existing policies. This has a positive effect on development and improves the efficiency of the company's business processes. It is hoped that the Bintan Snack Millennium MSME will continue to maintain the current policies and add policies such as ESG or CSR principles and contribute to the SDGs to improve MSME performance.

Abstract

The supply chain is an essential element in a company. UNIQLO as a global clothing company implements ERP-based supply chains. This study aims to analyze the effect of supply chain management in improving UNIQLO performance by using an ERP system. The research method uses qualitative research with data collection techniques in the form of library research. Secondary data are used, namely articles, books, UNIQLO company website, and news. The results showed that UNIQLO supply chain management can affect the financial performance of the company. This is because the more responsive and efficient the supply chain, the better the company's performance is because it can support competitive strategies and vice versa. The competitive strategy determines the UNIQLO company's competitive ability with other companies so having a good competitive strategy will certainly bring greater profits for the company concerned.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to be able to analyze the prospects and challenges of Sharia Insurance products in Indonesia, as well as get a broader view of Sharia Insurance and be able to deepen understanding of the prospects and challenges of Sharia Insurance products in Indonesia. This research method is qualitative with data collection techniques, namely literature study, and observation by visiting the official website of the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) to obtain relevant data. Indonesia has a society that is predominantly Muslim so it has a large market share and opportunity. However, this does not fully make people interested in using Sharia Insurance products so that it becomes a challenge in the development of Sharia Insurance products in Indonesia. Some of the challenges faced by Sharia Insurance products are starting from the lack of professional human resources, the absence of comprehensive information dissemination and the lack of public awareness of insurance. Abstract

Kehadiran teknologi dizaman sekarang ini dapat membantu kegiatan sehari-hari manusia termasuk dalam memberikan informasi. Pada zaman ini juga promosi produk dari suatu UMKM dapat dilakukan secara maksimal dengan cara memanfaatkan teknologi yang tersedia seperti sosial media. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan objek UMKM Bintan Snack Millennium dan metode penelitian kualitatifberupa wawancara. Dalam kegiatan ini didapatkan hasil bahwa Bintan Snack Millennium ini hanya menggunakan promosi mulut ke mulut dan tidak secara aktif menggunakan sosial media untuk mempromosikan produknya, sehingga dirancanglah penerapan pengembangan strategi pemasaran digital pada UMKM ini dengan merancang konten Instagram dan Facebook, membentuk satu akun Whatsapp Business dan memperbarui profil dari Google Business, serta membantu membuat platform Linktree
