Abstract

This study aims to determine the GRDP in Batam City. The secondary data used is time-series data taken in 2017-2020. This research method uses qualitative analysis, a data collection technique that uses library research by finding and reading references from various sources. The results show that the Indonesian economy has increased from year to year until 2020 where there was a COVID-19 outbreak, henceforth significantly declining the GRDP of Batam from 5.92% to -2.55%. Various sectors experienced a massive downswing in economic growth, one of which was the provision of accommodation and food and beverage with a figure of -45.49%. In conclusion, both the GRDP and APBD experienced a significant decrease in the city of Batam in 2020. As a consideration, the Indonesian government could restore the economy of Batam by empowering qualified human resources, encouraging household consumption, and foreign investment into Batam.

Abstract

Promosi merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam memperkenalkan suatu jasa maupun produk untuk mendapatkan perhatian dari para konsumen. Milk Bar Pontianak adalah sebuah usaha kecil menengah di bidang kuliner yang dalam menjangkau para pelanggan nya menggunakan media promosi seperti Instagram, namun media promosi yang telah pihak Milk Bar Pontianak lakukan masih tergolong kurang menarik perhatian konsumen nya yang bisa dilihat dari insight dengan dengan menunjukkan bahwa engagement pada akun media sosial Pontianak Milk Bar yang mengalami penurunan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan nya perancangan konten dan promosi untuk menjangkau konsumen lebih luas lagi. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan observasi dan wawancara dengan manajer dari Milk Bar Pontianak. Harapan penulis, dengan dirancang nya konten dan promosi ini dimaksudkan agar dapat lebih menjangkau masyarakat luas terutama di Kota Pontianak dan juga promosi yang telah dirancang memiliki dampak positif dan hasil yang efektif sehingga engagement pada akun Instagram Milk Bar Pontianak meningkat secara signifikan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the various policies that exist in Bintan Snack Millennium MSME in a way to increase efficiency which also affects productivity and income. The primary data used is valid data taken from the results of observations and interviews with Bintan Snack Millennium MSME. The results showed that the Bintan Snack Millennium MSME still had several problems that were known to hinder the company's progress, but they could be handled well by implementing the existing policies. This has a positive effect on development and improves the efficiency of the company's business processes. It is hoped that the Bintan Snack Millennium MSME will continue to maintain the current policies and add policies such as ESG or CSR principles and contribute to the SDGs to improve MSME performance.

Abstract

Internet Sehat dan Aman (INSAN) merupakan suatu program dari pemerintah Indonesia yang direncanakan oleh Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika Indonesia (Kemkominfo) dengan tujuan untuk mensosialisasikan penggunaan internet secara sehat dan aman dengan melibatkan seluruh komponen masyarakat. Implementasi Sosialisasi Internet Sehat dan Aman dalam Mata Kuliah Kewarganegaraan dilaksanakan di SMP Kristen Immanuel Batam. Sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan dan meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai penggunaan internet dengan baik dan benar kepada para siswa di SMP Kristen Immanuel Batam. Kegiatan sosialisasi dilakukan dalam bentuk ceramah, diskusi, dan kuis berhadiah terkait materi yang telah disampaikan. Hasilnya adalah para siswa SMP Kristen Immanuel memperoleh informasi mengenai internet yang sehat dan aman dan mulai bijak dalam menggunakan internet.

Abstract

In making a brand, it must have a different characteristic from the other so the product that listed will be easier to recognize. From the results of observation, that LAUNDRY COST is one of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in Tanjungpinang city that haven’t registered the brand. So this community services (PkM) is for provide a legal protection of brand rights from the country for the applicant. There are 3 method for this implementation, such as: pre implementation, implementation stage, and the last stage is evaluation. The result of this community services (PkM) is that business owner know about the risk of not registering the brand and the importance of brand protection. MSME actors also get a receipt for the registration brand of LAUNDRY COST from DJKI website.

Abstract

This research was conducted to see whether there is an influence of Intellectual Capital on the performance of technology companies projected by Human Capital Efficiency (HCE), Structural Capital Efficiency (SCE), and Capital Employed Efficiency (CEE). This research is quantitative in nature, using secondary data obtained from the annual reports of 15 technology companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2021. The limitation in this study is the lack of samples used because many companies do not meet the criteria. The conclusions based on the research are as follows, Human Capital Efficiency (HCE) has no effect and is not significant on ROA, ROE, and NPM. Structural Capital Efficiency (SCE) has a negative and significant effect on the ROA of the company. However, it is influential and significant to ROE and NPM. Capital Employed Efficiency (CEE) has no effect and is not significant to ROA and NPM. However, influential, and significant to ROE.
