Abstract

ABSTRACT. In hospitals often part lacking registration patients obtain enough attention from the hospital because regarded only as a place of registration. Whereas in place this is occurring contact the first time between the community and hospital, both the good and bad hospital services will start from the place of registration. Size of work designed in ergonomic will attract to do a job, it will reduce the work role is to maximize security, comfort work so officers increase productivity. The purpose of research is to know the relationship between tables and chairs that ergonomics with officer performance in place of registration of patients  RS PKU ‘Aisyiyah Boyolali. The research is research explanatory reseach type. The population in this research was the table, seats and 6 officers in place of registration RS PKU ‘Aisyiyah Boyolali. The sample collection technique using a quota of sampling. Data analysis done in univariat and bivariat, with statistical tests using chi-square. The result showed that a workbench 100 % is ergonomics, 100% seat work did not ergonomics. Registration officer performance patients 66.7 % good and 33.3% is moderate. There was no contact between a workbench and chairs work ergonomics with the officer performance of the registration of hospital patients RS PKU ‘Aisyiyah Boyolali (p>α = 0.414>0.05). Pada rumah sakit seringkali bagian pendaftaran pasien kurang memperoleh perhatian yang cukup dari pihak rumah sakit karena dianggap hanya sebagai tempat pendaftaran. Padahal di tempat inilah terjadi kontak pertama kali antara masyarakat dengan rumah sakit, baik buruknya pelayanan rumah sakit akan dimulai dari tempat pendaftaran. Ukuran sarana kerja yang dirancang secara ergonomis akan lebih nyaman untuk melakukan suatu pekerjaan, dapat mengurangi beban kerja yang berperan untuk memaksimalkan keamanan, kenyamanan dan efisiensi kerja sehingga produktivitas petugas meningkat. tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara meja dan kursi yang ergonomis dengan kinerja petugas di tempat pendaftaran pasien, Rumah Sakit PKU ‘Aisyiyah Boyolali. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian jenis explanatory reseach. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah meja, kursi dan 6 petugas di tempat pendaftaran Rumah Sakit PKU ‘Aisiyah Boyolali. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan quota sampling. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat, dengan uji statistik menggunakan chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meja kerja 100% ergonomis, kursi kerja 100% tidak ergonomis. Kinerja petugas pendaftaran pasien 66,7% baik dan 33,3% sedang. Tidak ada hubungan antara meja kerja dan kursi kerja yang ergonomis dengan kinerja petugas di tempat pendaftaran pasien Rumah Sakit PKU ‘Aisyiyah Boyolali (p>α = 0.414>0.05). Abstract

Latar Belakang : Stunting merupakan kondisi gagal tumbuh untuk mencapai pertumbuhan normal yang diakibatkan oleh status gizi kurang dalam periode waktu lama. Pencegahan serta penanganan stunting dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang satu pilar akses pangan bergizi agar anak terhindar dari stunting. Pemberian edukasi pada ibu dapat dilakukan menggunakan metode brainstorming tentang pencegahan stunting dengan satu pilar akses pangan bergizi. Tujuan : adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi pencegahan stunting tentang satu pilar akses pangan bergizi dengan metode brainstorming terhadap pengetahuan ibu baduta Di Taman Sari Timur. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan studi pra-eksperimental dengan rancangan one group pretest-posttest design. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Taman Sari Timur Pada Bulan Desember Tahun 2019. Pengambilan data dilakukan secara kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel sebanyak 38 ibu baduta yang hadir di posyandu Desa Taman Sari Timur yang diambil dengan tekhnik total sampel. Data kuantitatif meliputi pengetahuan ibu sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik yang digunakan paired sample t-test. Data pengetahuan ibu mengenai stunting dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner pretest dan posttest. Hasil : Hasil pengaruh edukasi pencegahan stunting tentang satu pilar akses pangan bergizi dengan metode brainstorming terhadap pengetahuan ibu baduta Di Taman Sari Timur didapatkan rerata 73,83 dan setelah diberikan edukasi pencegahan stunting dengan metode brainstorming didapatkan rerata 83,94. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai t sebesar 4.384 dan nilai signifikan p sebesar 0.000

Abstract

Kebisingan merupakan suara yang tidak dikehendaki yang berasal dari dari usaha atau suatu kegiatan dalam tingkat waktu tertentu yang dapat menimbulkan gangguan kesehatan dan kenyamanan pekerja. Hilangnya konsentrasi dalam melakukan aktivitas kerja dapat menimbulkan dampak yang sangat besar berupa terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Ketika terjadi kecelakan kerja, pihak indivual pekerja maupun pihak perusahaan akan mengalami beberapa kerugian baik secara finansial maupun non finansial. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kebisingan terhadap tingkat konsentrasi kerja pada tenaga kerja di bagian proses PT. Iskandar Indah Textile Surakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan Cross sectional. Pemilihan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling diperoleh sebanyak 30 orang. Uji statistik yang digunakan untuk membantu analisis adalah uji paired  t-test dengan tabulasi bantuan komputer program SPSS versi 17.0. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai p adalah 0,000 (p value ≤ 0,05), maka hasil uji dinyatakan signifikan. Abstract

Rumah sakit UNS Sukoharjo ditetapkan sebagai rumah sakit umum Tipe C. Berdasarkan survei pendahuluan di bagian pendaftaran rawat jalan terdapat 3 petugas yang merangkap pekerjaan, dengan jumlah kunjungan 325 pasien perhari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat produktivitas kerja petugas rekam medis unit pendaftaran rawat jalan di Rumah sakit UNS Sukoharjo tahun 2018. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional, metode pengambilan data observasi dan wawacara. Populasi penelitian adalah 3 petugas pendaftaran rawat jalan, dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data dianalis menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai standar waktu pelayanan 144,6 detik untuk pasien baru dan 92 detik untuk pasien lama. Personal Fatigue Delight didapat 21,7 detik pasien baru dan 13,8 detik pasien lama. Standar waktu kerja diperoleh 2,44 menit perpasien. Target perjam 25 pasien perjam perpetugas. Jumlah jam kerja pertahun 2115 jam. Kebutuhan penambahan tenaga kerja berdasarkan FTE adalah 1 petugas. Capaian tingkat produktivitas kerja sebesar 90%. Kesimpulan tingkat produktivitas kerja petugas pendaftaran rawat jalan di rumah sakit UNS Sukoharjo tahun 2018 tinggi. Saran, sebaiknya petugas pendaftaran rawat jalan mempertahankan tingkat produktivitas kerjanya.Kata Kunci: produktivitas kerja, petugas pendaftaran Abstract The University of Sebelas Maret Sukoharjo hospital designated as hospital common type C. Based on preliminary survey to registration outpatient there are three officer who have double job work, with the number of visits 325 patients per day. This study attempts to know the level productivity officers working record medical unit registration outpatient in the University of Sebelas Maret Sukoharjo hospital on 2018. The kind of research is descriptive with the approach cross sectional, a method of the data observation and interview. Population research is three officers from outpatient registration, with using a technique sampling jenuh. Data analysed by using analysis descriptive. The research results show standard value service period 144,6 seconds to new patients and 92 seconds to patients long.P ersonal fatigue delight obtained 21.7 seconds new patients and 13.8 seconds patients long. Standard time work obtained 2.44 minutes per patients. The target per hour is 25 patients. The number of working hours per year 2115 hours. The needs of the addition of on the workforce for individuals based on FTE is one (1) of an officer. Of accomplishments achieved the level of labor productivity as much as 90 %. A conclusion productivity level of officers working to register their outpatient care in the hospital uns sukoharjo years 2018 high. Recommendations about such things as would better get off on the registration of officers outpatient maintain productivity level of it was going to work.Keywords: Work productivity, the registration of officers

Abstract

Patient safety is a system that makes patient care safer, including risk assessment, identificationand management of patient risks, incident reporting and analysis, the ability to learn from incidents andtheir follow-up, and implementation of solutions to minimize risks and prevent injury caused by errors.the result of carrying out an action or not taking the action that should be taken The importance of riskmanagement in the hospital is to minimize the number of unwanted events. Based on a preliminary studyof five medical record processing at the Dr Soediran Mangun Sumarso Wonogiri Regional Hospital, thebigger risk is filing, in the medical record unit there is no standard risk management operationalprocedure and there is no report related to risk management. This type of research is descriptive with across sectional approach. The subjects are the Facility Management and Safety coordinator, head ofmedical records, and head of filing. The object of the filing room and the risk management process. Theresearch instruments were observation guidelines and interview guidelines. Data analysis was carriedout by univariate. The results show that risk management at Dr Soediran Mangun Soemarso WonogiriHospital has been carried out. Safety Facility Management is a working group to plan risk managementin each unit. The medical record unit of Dr Soediran Mangun Soemarso Wonogiri Hospital implementsrisk management with an appropriate sequence of risk management processes starting fromcommunication consultation, scope of context criteria, risk assessment, risk treatment, monitoring andreview. In the filing section of the Dr Soediran Mangun Soemarso Wonogiri Regional Hospital, there isone important stage that is overlooked in the risk management process, namely the scope, context, andcriteria stages. The conclusion of this study is that the Facility and Safety Management section hasimplemented a risk management process in the medical record unit but has not been maximallyimplemented in the filing section.

Abstract

RSUD Dr. Moewardi sebagai rumah sakit tipe A di wilayah Surakarta pada Tribulan 1 2020 didapatkan hasil selisih klaim negatif dari 2680 berkas tersebut sebesar Rp.-14.813.367.921. Salah satu kasus yang menyebabkan selisih negatif tinggi adalah kasus obgyn dengan tindakan Cesarean Section yaitu sejumlah 73 berkas yang menyebabkan selisih negatif sebesar Rp.-361.971.358. Besarnya biaya selisih negatif ini dapat menyebabkan Rumah sakit mengalami kerugian. Metode dalam penelitian ini penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan menggunakan cross sectional yaitu meneliti data secara langsung pada saat penelitian. Populasi penelitian adalah berkas klaim BPJS pada Triwulan ke 1 pada bulan Januari-Maret 2020 yang mempunyai selisih Negatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode Purposive sampling dengan kriteria inklusi berkas klaim yang memiliki selisih negatif kasus obgyn dengan tindakan Cesarean Section dengan kode Ina-Cbgs (O-6-11-I, O-6-11-II, O-6-11-III) dan kriteria eksklusi berkas klaim negatif dengan kasus obgyn tidak menggunakan tindakan Cesarean Section dan berkas klaim negatif dengan kasus bukan obgyn. Didapatkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 73 berkas. Analisis faktor penyebab perbedaan besarnya selisih klaim negatif yang terdiri dari Kelas perawatan, Severity level, LOS (Length Of Stay), dan Jumlah diagnosis komplikasi akan diuji menggunakan One way ANOVA dengan menggunakan program IBM SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada kelas perawatan nilai p-value tidak signifikan karena 0,338 >0,05, severity level nilai p-value tidak signifikan karena 0,796 >0,05, Los (Length Of Stay) nilai p-value signifikan karena 0,000 <0,05, jumlah diagnosis komplikasi nilai p-value tidak signifikan karena 0,443 >0,05. Kesimpulan Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan tingkatan LOS dengan besaran selisih klaim negatif antara biaya riil dengan tarif Ina-Cbgs. Tidak terdapat perbedaan tingkatan kelas, severity level, dan jumlah diagnosis komplikasi dengan besaran selisih klaim negatif antara biaya riil dengan tarif Ina-Cbgs.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Penggunaan teknologi sistem informasi yang baik dapat membantu terlaksananya program K3 secara efektif dan efisien, kegiatan program K3RS dapat dilaporkan secara periodik dan sistematis sehingga pihak manajer puncak dapat mengambil keputusan dengan tepat. Keberhasilan sistem informasi suatu organisasi tergantung bagaimana sistem itu dijalankan, kemudahan sistem itu bagi para pemakainya, dan pemanfaatan teknologi yang digunakan. Evaluasi program sangat penting dan bermanfaat terutama bagi pengambil keputusan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Melakukan evaluasi terhadap sistem informasi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di RSUD Dr. Moewardi dengan menggunakan pendekatan model HOT Fit.Metode: Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif eksploratori dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subyek penelitian adalah orang-orang yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan sistem informasi berjumlah 8 orang. Obyek penelitian adalah sistem informasi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di RSUD Dr. Moewardi. Analisis isi digunakan untuk mendapatkan gambaran sistem informasi berdasarkan model HOT Fit terdiri dari Manusia, Organisasi, dan Teknologi.  Hasil: Hasil penelitian bila ditinjau dari faktor manusia, SI P2K3RS mudah pelaksanaannya, belum ada pelatihan atau sosialisasi. Faktor organisasi, sudah terbentuk struktur organisasi, belum ada anggaran khusus, tidak adanya juklak/juknis dan prosedur kerja. Teknologi belum semua menggunakan komputer komunikasi antar sesama anggota pelaksana sudah berjalan lancar.Simpulan: Disarankan ada prosedur pelaksanaan, juklak, juknis dan uraian kerja, melaksanakan sosialisasi dan pelatihan bagi anggota tim dan pegawai dilingkungan RSUD Dr. Moewardi melakukan pengawasan berkesinambungan yang terjadwal, memperbaiki kualitas informasi dan menambah jumlah tenaga sesuai antara pendidikan dengan kebutuhan.Kata kunci: Evaluasi Sistem Informasi, Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja, Model HOT FitABSTRACT Title: Application of the Hot Fit Model in the Evaluation of Safety and Information Systems Occupational Health at RSUD Dr. Moewardi  Background: The success of information system an organization depends on what is system, ease that system for the the wearer, and the utilization of technology used. Subject research is the people involved in information system management. An object research is a system information work safety and health at RSUD Dr. Moewardi. Analysis the contents of used to get a information system based on model hot fit consisting of man, organization, and technology.Result: The results of the study if considered from the human factor, the P2K3RS information system its easy to implementation, there has been no training or socialization. Factors organization, had been formed the structure of the organization, there has been no special budget, the absence of operational and technical guidelines and p rocedures work. Abstract

At RSU Assalam Gemolong, the implementation of the SOP has not been fully implemented by health workers. General objective of this study was to determine the effect of SOP and health workers competence on completing time of inpatient medical record documents at RSU Assalam Gemolong. This type of research is quantitative analytic, cross sectional approach. The population is 115 respondents, the sample is 30 respondents, the sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires. Data processing by collecting, editing, classifying, tabulating, presenting data. The results of the SOP analysis of the completeness medical record documents for inpatient medical record documents sometimes returned to medical record installation more than 2x24 hours. The health workers characteristic based on respondents’ group are 5 doctors (17%), 16 nurses (53%) and 9 medical records officers (30%). Characteristics of male 10 respondents (33%), female 20 respondents (67%). The result is 0.035 < 0.05, then there is an influence between SPO on the time of completeness of medical record documents. The result is 0.975 > 0.05, therefore there is no influence between the health workers competence on completing time medical record documents at RSU Assalam Gemolong. The conclusion of this research is that there is an influence between SPO on completing time of medical record documents and there is no effect of the health workers competence on completing time of medical record documents.

Abstract

Health services are a collection of various types of health services, ranging from health promotion, disease prevention, disease healing, health rehabilitation as organ transplantation. Quality health service is a health service that is needed, in this case it will be determined by the health care profession, and at the same time desired by the patient/consumer or the community and affordable by the people's purchasing power. The quality of hospital services can be seen from the aspect that influences it. The four aspects are climatic aspects, efficiency and effectiveness aspects, patient safety aspects, and patient satisfaction aspects. The type of research used for this research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were all outpatients at the Assalam Gemolong General Hospital, with a total sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling approach. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out using Univariate analysis (descriptive analysis) aimed at explaining or describing the characteristics of each research variable. Based on the results of univariate analysis, it can be seen that the level of patient satisfaction at the outpatient registration service is in the Very Satisfied category as many as 30 respondents (30%), Satisfied 58 respondents (58%), Unsatisfied as many as 11 respondents (11%), and Not Satisfied Satisfied as many as 3 respondents (3%). Many things are felt by patients about comfort at the Assalam Gemolong general hospital, the relationship between patients and officers is also felt very good, technical competence of officers is good, and in terms of cost, patients also feel that it is very affordable. The conclusion from these results shows that the quality of the outpatient registration service at the Assalam Gemolong General Hospital is good, this is based on a good level of patient satisfaction.
