Abstract

The development of information and technology is a development that can be felt in everyday life, almost all activities already use digital. The problem in the barbershop business is the length of the queue which causes customers to feel bored or there are also busy customers. Therefore, technology is needed in the barbershop business. Based on these problems, it can be concluded that there is a need to build an android-based ordering application. The purpose of this research is to increase productivity, creativity, revenue and customer satisfaction. This study uses the stages of the Waterfall method. The Waterfall method is used as a reference in the process of making the online ordering application. The results of this study are an android-based online ordering application, this application is enough to help customers so they don't have to bother waiting in line at the barbershop because customers can set schedules on the application, especially during a pandemic like today. This application displays information about available time slots and those that have been booked by other customers so that customers can adjust their free time. The barbershop also does not need to register customers who place orders manually. This online booking application has passed trials with white box testing and black box testing methods. The result is that all the components contained in this online booking application system work as expected.

Abstract

This Client Server-Based School Financial Receipt Information System Design was developed to make it easier for teachers' school financial receipt transactions at SMK Pasundan Jatinangor so as to minimize duplication. This Client Server-Based School Financial Receipt Information System Design uses the SDLC (system Development Life cycle) system development method starting from the system development process until the system is implemented, which consists of several basic work stages, including analysis (Analysis), Design (Design). ), Code (Coding), Testing, and maintenance, with the waterfall model. While the research methodology used is descriptive method, to obtain data using observation, interviews, literature studies, and documentation studies. In optimizing the design of the school financial acceptance information system, using tools such as Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), Flowmaps, Structured Charts and Data Dictionary. Hopefully this program can help to overcome the problems and risks encountered in the system that was running previously and will make it easier for users to make decisions

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat mendorong penggunaan sistem informasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan menciptakan suatu keunggulan kompetitif instansi pendidikan baik pendidikan dasar, menengah, atas dan tinggi. Di instansi pendidikan teknologi informasi dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran maupun manajemen operasional. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam proses manajemen operasional sekolah salah satunya adalah pada proses administrasi pembayaran SPP. Proses administrasi pembayaran SPP di SMA PGRI Rancaekek masih dilakukan secara manual. yang ditulis dalam buku pembayaran SPP. Hal ini dapat menimbulkan beberapa permasalahan seperti rentan terhadap kehilangan serta kerusakan data, kesulitan dalam pencarian data, membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam rekapitulasi data, inkonsistensi dan duplikasi data yang berkaitan dengan pelaporan keuangan perbulan, pelaporan pembayaran SPP dan pelaporan tunggakan pembayaran SPP yang dilaporkan ke kepala sekolah dan komite sekolah. Dibutuhkan suatu sistem informasi untuk mengelola data transaksi pembayaran SPP di SMA PGRI Rancaekek yang berbasis website dengan metode pembayaran e-payment sebagai salah satu layanan untuk mempermudah pembayaran SPP agar dapat dilakukan dimana saja dan kapan saja. Pembangunan sistem informasi pembayaran SPP ini diharapkan mampu menunjang kegiatan manajemen operasional pengelolaan pencatatan dan pembayaran SPP dan pelaporan keuangan agar dapat diproses dengan cepat dan tepat.

Abstract

The use of the internet must be in accordance with applicable ethics and norms. The internet must be used for positive activities and not harm yourself or others. Healthy internet is the concept of using the internet to protect yourself and others from possible dangers or risks in the online world. Referring to the press release of the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI), the number of complaints related to special child protection cases in 2021 was 2,982 cases. Of these, 345 cases were related to cybercrime (internet crime). As many as 64% of internet users in Indonesia are teenagers aged 15 to 19 years, so the role of parents is very important in supervising their children's behavior when using the internet. Parental control is software (software) or equipment that allows parents to control, limit and regulate the use of the internet for children. This activity aims to educate parents regarding the use of parental control applications to supervise children and adolescents in internet use. The method used in this research is Community Based Research (CBR). Helps make it easier for parents to supervise children's internet use to avoid negative content.

Abstract

PT. Yella Perdana is a retail company engaged in providing computer products in the form of hardware, software, accessories, notebooks, printers in West Java. To be able to face competition in the business world and place the company in a superior position from competitors, an IS/IT strategy is needed. In its implementation, the use of information systems must be supported by a good and appropriate strategic planning of information systems, so that the goals and objectives expected by the company can achieve optimal results.The right IS/IT strategic planning at PT. Yella Perdana is expected to produce a competitive advantage in accordance with the company's resources to support the achievement of company goals.The preparation of IS/IT strategic planning in this study used the Ward and Peppard approach. Assisted by several analytical methods to analyze the company's internal and external business environment such as PEST, SWOT, Porter's Five Force, Value chain, and CSF. This IS/IT strategic planning produces a recommendation for a computer-based application portfolio that can be implemented in accordance with the company's strategy to create an advantage over competitors based on the required information system.

Abstract

Employee attendance very influential on work productivity in achieving company goals, especially in government agencies related to community services as an indicator in employee performance appraisal. The attendance process at the Nagreg Village office as one of the government agencies is still done manually so that data collection on attendance hours, outgoing hours, recapitulation of employee attendance requires a relatively long time in the calculation and search process. An attendance information system is needed to overcome these problems. Attendance Information System in this study was built using the waterfall method which consists of the stages of analysis, design, coding, and testing. UML (Unified Model Language) is also used as a modeling tool in the analysis and system design stages

Abstract

The PKH electronic system (e-PKH) was created by the Ministry of Social Affairs to improve data accuracy and ensure effective distribution of social assistance. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the success of e-PKH which are implemented in information systems, in research using the DeLone and McLean Models. This model measure six variable dimensions including system quality, information quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction and net benefits. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to 217 respondents, while data analysis was carried out using IBM SPSS 23 software. The results showed that system quality, information quality and service quality have a positive and significant effect on use and user satisfaction, usa have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction, and use and user satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on net benefits.
