Abstract

The mastery of personality competencies by an educator is very important. An educator should have a strong personality so that it is expected to be able to shape the character of students who value the diversity of their characteristics, try to develop each of their potential optimally, develop life skills to be able to live in harmony with personal and environmental conditions. However, the fact is that efforts to develop the teaching profession by the government relating to personal competence seem to be relatively limited and even more likely to prioritize pedagogical and professional competence. Therefore, a teacher should try to develop personal competence personally by studying the thoughts of educational experts including Imam an-Nawawi who has poured his thoughts about education in one of his books, At-Tibyan Fi adabi Hamalah Al-Qur'an. The purpose of this study is to find out how Imam Nawawi's thoughts about the personal competence of Educators in the book At-Tibyan Fi adabi Hamalah Al-Qur’an and also their relevance to the concept of Islamic Education. This study includes in library research, it means the primer resource is taken from the art of an-Nawawi especially in At-Tibyan Fi Adabi Hamalah Al-Qur’an and the analysis of some thoughts of educational figure about personal teacher. The technical analysis of this study is content analysis. From result of this research, the writer hopes that it gives the enlightenment about the important of personality of teacher in education. The teacher must be able to put forward moral values in developing the student’s skill or potency. So that, the process of education will be condusif and able to make the good attitude of student.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of PTMT policy on the implementation of the revised 2013 curriculum and how the influence of PTMT policy on the implementation of the revised 2013 curriculum on teacher performance at MI Ma'arif in Mojotengah District. This study uses a quantitative approach, using a survey design. Data collection methods used include: questionnaire method, and documentation method. The research sample used a total sample of 60 teachers in MI Ma'arif, Mojotengah District, then the data collected was analyzed by simple linear regression. The results showed that: PTMT Policy on Curriculum Implementation the average total score of respondents' answers was 34. The mean of all total scores was 34. The lowest total score was 24, the highest score was 45. and the standard deviation was 4.2. While the level of teacher performance the average total score of respondents' answers to the questionnaire is 43. The middle score is 44. The lowest score is 17, the highest score is 52 and the standard deviation is 6.3. This study can be concluded that the PTMT Policy in the Implementation of the 2013 Revised Curriculum has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance This is shown from the test results, namely the comparison of t count is greater than t table, then Ho is rejected.

Abstract

The Law on the National Education System No. 20 of 2003 confirms that education is a shared responsibility between the government, the community and the family. So the community must be involved in the implementation of education. Through a qualitative descriptive approach, the research concludes; that the role of the Deroduwur community in the one-roof educational institution Al-Asy'ariyyah, has at least four components: increasing student distribution, participating in creating a religious school environment, involvement in school committees, and promotion of schools through alumni forums. This finding reinforces the fact that society and schools cannot be separated, the synergy of the two has an impact on increasing the quality and quantity of education.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the accentuation of Divine values ​​in the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative research library study, while the research approach is socio-historical. The results of the study explain where the Divine values ​​in Covid-19 (which are divided into three kinds of core values, including the values ​​of faith, the values ​​of trust and the values ​​of patience) are important to be transformed for students to believe in and practice in everyday life during this pandemic. And several hadiths of the Prophet also strengthen the existence of efforts to deal with epidemics that occurred in ancient times.

Abstract

Efforts to build character are not limited to transferring good values. But reaching out to how to make these values embedded and integrated in the totality of thoughts and actions. The trick is through the habituation of religious activities and social activities such as the Dirosah MA Fathul Ulum activity which trains students to live in a good society. This activity is like KKN activities in lectures but with a short time. In this study the author uses the type of qualitative research. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. For the data analysis technique, the writer uses the Milles and Hubberman model which consists of 3 stages, namely data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. Dirosah is carried out by class XII students by giving assignments in groups to serve in the community for 15 days by implementing PAI subjects obtained while studying at MA Fathul Ulum. Such as teaching TPQ / Madin, Kultum, congregational prayers, Tadarus, Simaan, Khataman, Majlis Taklim (Yasinan, Tahlilan, Manaqiban and Barzanji), cleaning villages, cleaning mosques / prayer rooms and distributing takjil. This activity forms a religious character, honesty, tolerance, hard work, creative, friendly/communicative, responsible, environmental and social care.
