Abstract

The adolescence was period of transition from child to adult, this period devide into three stages:early adolescence, middle adolescence and last adolescence, if in this period they misunderstandhow important of the health reproduction it will be fatal to their life and will disrupt the development of the nation because of that need helath education about right an better of healthreproduction. Aim of this research of being to identify adolescents knowledge before and after by health education of the health reproduction. The design of this research by using One Group Pretest Post- test Design. Sample of this research were student XI second semester at SMK AL-Faruqi. The technique sampling was done in a simple random sampling 21 respondents who met the inclusion criteria. The independent variable is health education and dependent variable isadolescence knowledge about the health of reproduction. The data was collected by using theinstrument biofisiologis before and after giving treatment health education. How to analyze it using by Wilcoxon test with a significant level of P < 0.05. The results showed that adolescents knowledge about health of reproduction before and after gave health education on the subject of the significance level was P : 0.003. The conclusion had the influence that was significant betweenhealth education towards adolescence knowledge about health of reproduction.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the School Health Efforts at SD N 192 Pekanbaru.There are 12 classes in the school with a total of 288 students. In this regard, the researcher wanted to find out how the implementation of the UKS which includes the TRIAS UKS and Little Doctor programs was in accordance with the guidebook for implementing UKS in schools. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative research approach. The subjects in this study were the principal, two Physical Education teachers and 3 students as Little Doctors at SD N 192 Pekanbaru. Determination of the subjectin this study using a purposive technique. Data collection techniques used by observation, interviews and documentation. Checking the validity of the data in this study using triangulation. Data analysis techniques used qualitative analysis with data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing (verification) steps. The results showed that the implementation of the UKS at SD N 192 Pekanbaru was successful and the majority went according to the UKS implementation guidebook published by the Ministry of Education and Culture, Directorate General of Basic Education in 2014. UKS activities were carried out curricularly and extracurricularly, with assistance from the Puskesmas school committee but there are still a number of activities in the guidebook that have not been implemented.
