Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas kontradiktif seputar hadis hukum ziarah kubur bagi perempuan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis kualitatif yang menerapkan studi pustaka dengan menerapkan metode ma'anil hadis dan analisis historis. Hasil dan pembahasan penelitian ini mencakup ziarah kubur dalam Islam, hadis-hadis yang kontradiktif tentang ziarah kubur bagi perempuan, dan kompromi para ulama mengenai hadis yang kontradiktif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa hadis tentang pelarangan wanita ziarah kubur harus dihapus dan tidak dapat dipakai lagi, karena muncul hadis tentang dibolehkannya ziarah kubur secara umum. Selain itu makna hadis pelarangan wanita ziarah kubur tersebut adalah bukan wanita secara zahir dan mutlak, akan tetapi lebih kepada sifat atau karakter wanita yang suka meratapi, menangis berlebihan terhadap kuburan atau orang yang meninggal, sehingga timbul dampak negatif lainnya. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan terutama bagi para penyuluh keagamaan Islam untuk dapat memberikan pemahaman kepada khalayak umat muslim mengenai kontradiktif seputar hadis hukum ziarah kubur bagi perempuan, kajian ma'anil hadis perspektif historis yang lebih mendalam.

Abstract

This study aims to diccus the resitanse of tahlilan culture in the Pragaan Daya community. Researchers uncover this problem based on field facts that exist in the Pragaan Daya community. This study uses observation data, interviews with a number of informants, and several other literature sources. To process the data, this research uses a living hadith approach as a way to obtain data. The results and discussion of this study indicate that there is perspective on prohibition of hadith law related to tahlilan culture, community responses related to tahlilan cultural law and hadith views on tahlilan and traditional values. This study concludes that tahlilan has existed since the time of prophet Muhammad Saw. Based on available references and the hadith of the prophet Muhammad Saw. shows that the law of giving food treats to people who come to the house of the mortician without being based on the  shari’ah then the law is haram as the prophet’s hadith for the prohibition. This study recommends academics and research to develop further related to tahlilan cultural resistance in the Pragaan Daya community through a theological perspective.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the core values in strategic management systems. This research method is qualitative through literature study with a living hadith approach which is a case study in Islamic higher education. The results and discussion of this research are in the form of a vision, mission, goals, strategic objectives, and core values of Islamic higher education institutions. These are substantially understood as a manifestation of the management of the Prophet, as a noble person with al-Qur'an morals. This study concludes that the relevant living hadith approach is used for research on the core values of strategic management systems that are initiated by institutions in their efforts to achieve strategic goals. The recommendation of this research is the importance of developing hadith studies and developing value-based institutions as a reference for decision making.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss Abu Hurairah's tawsiq in the book Sunan An-Nasa'i in the chapter of zakat. This research is a type of qualitative research which is a literature study to interpret the hadith sanad text with the hadith takhrij method and the TMT III theory (tashhih, muqaranah, tahlil, tarjih, tahkim). The results and discussion include biographical data, problems found in the hadiths, the sanad scheme and the results of hadith takhrij. This research concludes that looking at the hadiths examined the quality of the hadiths is dhaif because it is marked by the absence of student teacher recognition. The number of hadiths narrated by Abu Hurairah in the zakat chapter of the book Sunan Nasa'i is 35 traditions.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the thoughts of religious pluralism (interreligious relations). This research is a type of qualitative research that applies literature study. Here the authors collect data from books and journals relevant to the research title. The findings and discussion of this study include the thought of kalam in Islam, religious pluralism and analysis of debates around religious pluralism. This research concludes, based on existing references that religious pluralism is not a solution to the diversity of religions and the harmony of human life. However, pluralism has even sparked new inter-religious debates that force their understanding to equalize all religions. In fact, the concept of each religion is clearly different and cannot be equated. This study recommends further research on the thought of religious pluralism from various perspectives.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the effect of Riyadhus Sholihin's talking book on hadith literacy culture for the blind. This research uses qualitative methods through field studies. The results and discussion of this study include the general view of the blind, the history of the blind institution, and the influence of the Riyadhus Sholihin talking book on the culture of hadith literacy for the blind. Where Riyadus Salihin's Talking Book is an innovation designed to meet religious needs in the form of hadiths that are specifically for the visually impaired. This study concludes that the talking book has many benefits for increasing blind literacy in understanding the hadith of the Prophet. Although it is recognized that this facility has shortcomings such as the sound is not so clear, there is no repeat feature or a button to repeat certain hadith readings in one chapter, pause button, and hadith search feature However, even so, the presence of this talking book is highly expected because it can be a support and help to know and understand the Hadith of Riyadhus Sholihin. This study recommends to policy makers for the development of Riyadus Salihin's Talking Book.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to discuss the hadith of the Prophet. about the benefits of hot iron (Kay) in terms of health. This research method is qualitative through the takhrij and syarah hadith approaches with chemical analysis. The results and discussion of this study indicate that kay is a treatment or therapy by attaching hot iron to the wound area or to acupuncture points on the human body by considering the anatomy of the human body. This study concludes that using the kay treatment method is recommended to be the last treatment (there is no other treatment option), because the pain caused can trigger other diseases to enter the body, while the law of kay treatment varies depending on the situation and condition of the patient. itself so that the law can be permissible, makruh and even haram (prohibited).

Abstract

AbstrakLiteratur bagi penyandang disabilitas sangatlah diperlukan sebagai sumber informasi keilmuan. Fasilitas yang tak mudah serta dukungan pihak lain yang minim membuat kekhawatiran tersendiri bagi kalangan difabel disaat gencarnya informasi dan data yang mudah diakses kaum non difabel. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pemanfaatan literatur hadis braille talkingbook riyadus shalihin di kalangan para pengguna tunanetra. Pengabdian ini juga sekaligus memberikan dukungan baik materi maupun partisipasi langsung dalam menemukan produk yang dapat memudahkan para difabel mengakses ilmu juga sebagai upaya mencetak difabel netra berkualitas yang mampu berkompetisi di dunia pendidikan formal maupun dunia kerja. Metode pengabdian ini menggunakan participation action research dengan menerapkan model evaluasi CIPP (context, input, process, product). Hasil pengabdian menunjukan bahwa keberhasilan dalam menemukan produk seperti talkingbook riyadus shalihin yang membantu meningkatkan kesejahteraan serta pengembangan potensi difabel netra terutama dalam bidang pendidikan dan dakwah inklusif. Dengan penggunaan literatur hadis braille talkingbook memungkinkan difabel netra di BLBI Abiyoso-Wiyata untuk mengakses dan memahami hadis-hadis secara mandiri. Mereka dapat membaca dan mendengarkan hadis-hadis penting dalam agama Islam melalui sentuhan dan pendengaran. Hal ini secara signifikan meningkatkan pemahaman mereka tentang ajaran agama dan memperkuat identitas keagamaan mereka. Penggunaan literatur hadis braille talkingbook juga memberikan dampak positif dalam hal pemberdayaan difabel netra. Mereka dapat belajar dan merenungkan hadis-hadis penting secara mandiri, tanpa perlu bergantung pada pihak lain. Ini meningkatkan rasa percaya diri, kemandirian, dan kemampuan mereka untuk mengambil peran aktif dalam komunitas keagamaan dan masyarakat secara umum. Program talkingbook riyadus shalihin ini sangat berperan banyak dalam membantu dan mendampingi difabel netra di berbagai lembaga dan komunitas difabel khususnya dalam bidang keislaman. Pengabdian ini dimulai dengan pembuatan instrumen penelitian, konsultasi, observasi, pengumpulan data wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Keberhasilan pengabdian ini dilihat dari respon setelah melakukan wawancara langsung dengan para difabel netra dalam menguji produk talkingbook riyadus shalihin. Dengan adanya pengabdian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi untuk kemajuan bangsa dalam bidang keilmuan berupa literatur. Meski demikian terkait dengan talkingbook riyadus shalihin yang menjadi salah satu solusi literasi keagaamaan bagi tunanetra, selain itu perlu untuk dikembangkan, juga memerlukan penyuluhan lanjutan agar bisa sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang diperlukan.              AbstractLiterature for persons with disabilities is needed as a source of scientific information. Facilities that are not easy and minimal support from other parties creates a special concern for people with disabilities when information and data are incessantly accessible to non-disabled people. This service aims to examine the use of braille hadith literature talking book riyadus shalihin among blind users. This service also simultaneously provides material support and direct participation in finding products that can make it easier for people with disabilities to access knowledge as well as an effort to produce quality blind people who are able to compete in the world of formal education and the world of work. This service method uses participation action research by applying the CIPP evaluation model (context, input, process, product). The results of the dedication show that success in finding products such as the talkingbook riyadus shalihin which helps improve welfare and develop the potential of blind people, especially in the fields of education and inclusive da'wah. By using the hadith braille talkingbook literature, it is possible for the blind at BLBI Abiyoso-Wiyata to access and understand hadiths independently. They can read and listen to important hadiths in Islam through touch and hearing. This significantly increases their understanding of religious teachings and strengthens their religious identity. The use of braille talkingbook hadith literature also has a positive impact in terms of empowering blind people. They can learn and meditate on important hadiths independently, without the need to depend on other parties. This increases their self-confidence, independence and ability to take an active role in the religious community and society in general. The Riyadus Shalihin Talkingbook program has played a big role in assisting and assisting blind people in various institutions and communities with disabilities, especially in the Islamic field. This service begins with the creation of research instruments, consultations, observations, interview data collection, and documentation. The success of this service can be seen from the response after conducting direct interviews with blind people in testing the Talkingbook Riyadus Shalihin product. With this service, it can contribute to the progress of the nation in the scientific field in the form of literature. However, related to the Riyadus Shalihin Talkingbook, which is one of the solutions for religious literacy for the blind, apart from that it needs to be developed, it also requires further counseling so that it can suit the required needs.

Abstract

This training aims to improve participants' scientific article writing skills and provide an in-depth understanding of the effective writing process. The coaching clinic method provides an opportunity for participants to refine and improve their writing skills through guidance and feedback provided by the facilitators. The training method involved a series of activities such as material delivery, group discussion, self review, self healing, self reflection, article consultation, and paper submission practice. The results and discussion showed that participants experienced significant improvement in their scientific article writing skills after attending this training. This training contributed greatly to the development of participants' research and scientific communication skills

Abstract

Globalisasi merupakan tantangan yang harus diatasi, khususnya di bidang pendidikan. Peningkatan standar pembelajaran yang mengutamakan pertumbuhan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa merupakan salah satu tindakan yang dapat dilakukan. Berpikir kritis menjadi keterampilan yang paling penting dalam menghadapi tantangan abad global. Salah satu instrumen untuk mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa adalah matematika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklarifikasi pentingnya berpikir kritis dalam pendidikan matematika di abad global. Metode yang digunakan berupa kajian literatur atau studi pustaka. prosedur pengumpulan informasi dan data dengan menggunakan berbagai sumber perpustakaan, termasuk buku referensi, temuan dari studi terkait sebelumnya, artikel, catatan, dan jurnal yang berfokus pada masalah yang sedang dibahas. Hasil dari penelitian ini memaparkan bahwa berpikir kritis dan pembelajaran matematika merupakan dua komponen yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. Namun kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis di Indonesia masih rendah untuk meningkatkannya diperlukan model pembelajaran yang tepat
