Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between The Visionary Hero, compensation, and the effectiveness of employee performance at BPBD Rejang Lebong. The sample of this research is 36 respondents and the analytical method used is Spearman rank correlation analysis and t test. The results of the calculation of the variable the visionary hero with Spearman rank correlation value of 0.436 lies between 0.40-0.599 meaning that it has a moderate level of relationship, which is strengthened by the results of hypothesis testing where t statistic > t table (2.8247 < 2.0345), thus H0 rejected Ha accepted, meaning that there is a significant relationship between leadership style and the performance of BPBD Rejang Lebong employees. The results of the calculation of the compensation variable with the Spearman rank correlation obtained that the value of 0.648 lies between 0.60-0.799, meaning that it has a strong relationship level and is strengthened by the results of hypothesis testing, where t statistic > t table (4.9613 < 2.0345), which means that there is a significant relationship between compensation and the effectiveness of the performance of BPBD Rejang Lebong employees.

Abstract

Budaya organisasi pada dimensi inovasi dan pengambilan risiko Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Provinsi mendapatkan nilai rata-rata dengan kriteria baik. Dimensi budaya organisasi dalam kriteria baik. Budaya organisasi memiliki dimensi orientasi dengan nilai Baik. Budaya organisasi memiliki dimensi orientasi tim Baik. Dimensi budaya organisasi agresivitas dengan nilai rata-rata Baik. Budaya organisasi merupakan dimensi stabilitas dengan nilai rata-rata Baik. Komunikasi pegawai di Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Provinsi Bengkulu sudah baik. Respon karyawan terhadap komunikasi dimensi kejelasan sudah berjalan dengan baik. Komunikasi dimensi akurasi sudah berjalan dengan baik. Dimensi konteks komunikasi telah berjalan dengan baik. Dimensi alur komunikasi telah berjalan dengan baik. Dimensi budaya komunikasi cukup baik. Kinerja organisasi Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Provinsi Bengkulu dalam dimensi persentase pemuda yang berpartisipasi dan berperan aktif dalam pembangunan Baik. Dimensi kinerja organisasi persentase pendidikan olahragawan berbakat baik dan dimensi kinerja organisasi jumlah atlet berprestasi (tingkat nasional baik).

Abstract

The management of the company's finances is related to the allocation of company finances to meet the company's current needs, in the future, to unexpected needs. Current needs consist of current expenses, such as production costs, water and electricity costs, employee salary and bonus costs, machine repair costs and others. Future needs consist of expenses incurred in the future, such as the cost of recruiting new employees. The Drinking Water Depot business is one of the many UMKM in the Bengkulu City area. One of these UMKM units plays a fairly active role in disseminating clean drinking water stocks at affordable prices and relatively quick to obtain. Therefore, in supporting the acceleration and accuracy in the provision of clean drinking water stocks, it is also necessary to have a sufficiently mature financial report so that there is no miscalculation of inventory in the future, a training on financial statement management is formed to one of the owners or business actors of the UMKM Drinking Water Depot in Bengkulu City. The purpose of this training activity is to provide understanding to UMKM business actors regarding the management of financial statements, including company financial management so that in the future the company's finances can be monitored carefully.
