Abstract

ABSTRACTThis Study aimed to determine the influence of scientific approach on learning activities and learning outcomes under plant characteristics topic at the grade VI  students of SD Inpres Labuang Baji Makassar. This type of research was an exprimental model using a pre-Experimental design in the form of one group pretest and post-test design.the samples of this study were 29 students. Data collection were observations tests, and documentation,while the research data were analyzed descriptively and infrentially by t test. The outcomes of science students in grade VI sd Inpres Labuang Baji .Based on the average post test results, the average science learning outcomes after applying the scientific approach are higher that the average pretest results before the scientific approach application. The average pretest obtained before applying the scientific approach is 42,41%., after having treatment with a scientific approach, the average posttest score is 85,06%. The number of class improves based on the pretest and posttest scores is 42,65%.Keywords: Scientifi, learning activities and results, Science ABSTRAK                                                                                          Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  pengaruh pendekatan saintifik terhadap aktivitas dan hasil belajar IPA Ciri khusus Yang dimiliki oleh tumbuhan pada siswa kelas VI SD Inpres Labuang baji Jenis penelitian ini merupakan model eksperimen menggunakan Desain Pre-Eksperimental dengan bentuk One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VI SD Inpres Labuang Baji yang berjumlah 29 siswa Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan observasi, tes dan dokumentasi, sedangkan data hasil penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif dan inferensial dengan uji t. Hasil penelitan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan pendekatan saintifik dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas VI SD Inpres Labuang Baji . Berdasarkan rata-rata hasil posttest diperoleh rata-rata posttest hasil belajar IPA setelah diterapkan Pendekatan saintifik  lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan rata-rata hasil pretest sebelum diterapkan pendekatan saintifik  Rata-rata pretest yang diperoleh sebelum diterapkan pendekatan saintifik yaitu  42,41 %. Setelah dilakukan tindakan dengan perlakuan pendekatan saintifik, maka diperoleh rata-rata nilai posttest yaitu 85,06.% .Jumlah peningkatan kelas berdasarkan nilai pretest dan posttest sebesar 42,65%.Kata Kunci : Saintifik, Aktivitas dan hasil belajar, IPA

Abstract

This study aims to develop valid, practical, and effective student activity sheets based on scientific literacy. This study uses Research and Development with a 4-D model design developed in four stages: defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. This study involved 36 grade VI elementary school students. Data collection techniques are observation to analyze product needs, questionnaires to determine the validity and practicality of the product, and tests to determine the product's effectiveness. The results showed that the development of student activity sheets based on science literacy in Electrical Energy learning was very valid, practical and effective. Material experts rated it very valid with a final score of 0.81. The results of the practicality of using the teacher and student questionnaires were 3.85, and the value of effectiveness validation using the observation sheet was 3.84 with an N-gain score of 0.75.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of the quantum teaching approach on student learning activities on homogeneous and heterogeneous mixed materials. This study uses a quasi-experimental design method. The research design used in this study is a non-equivalent control group design. The population in this study were all students of class VA and VB, as many as 62 students, while the sample in this study was class VA as the experimental class, as many as 30 students and class VB, as many as 32 students. They collected data using observation sheets, test sheets, and documentation—analysis of student learning activity data using the percentage formula and t-test. The results of data analysis show that the average student learning activity in the experimental class using the quantum teaching approach is classified as very active with a percentage value of 81%, and the average student learning activity in the control class with a conventional learning approach is classified as active with a percentage value of 72%. Thus, it can be concluded that the quantum teaching approach has a significant influence on science learning activities with homogeneous and heterogeneous mixed concepts for class V of the Mandai State Elementary School, Makassar City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of multiple intelligences-based learning strategies on the natural intelligence of elementary school students on the concept of ecosystem. The subjects of this study were the fifth-grade students of Aroeppala State Elementary School, Makassar City, which consisted of 28 experimental class students and 25 control class students. This study uses a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental model with a non-equivalent control group design. The data collection technique is through observation, tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential analysis. The inferential test is in the form of an analysis prerequisite test consisting of a normality test and a homogeneity test as well as an N-Gain test, then a hypothesis test using a 2-sample T-test. The results showed an effect of multiple intelligences-based learning strategies on the natural intelligence of elementary school students. This strategy makes students actively involved in the teaching and learning process to provide a learning experience that is meaningful, more interesting, and easy to understand.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the Problem Based Learning-Audio Visual approach in improving science skills. The research method used is quantitative. The type of research used is a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design. The sample in this study was fourth-grade students in one of the elementary schools in Maros Regency, amounting to 44 people. Data collection techniques used tests to determine students' science problem-solving abilities. The data collected were analyzed quantitatively using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of descriptive statistical data analysis showed that the average value of the scientific problem-solving ability of the experimental class was 88.26, and the control class was 72.38. At the same time, the results of inferential statistical data analysis showed the value of sig. On the problem-solving ability of 0.000 < 0.05 with a value of t count > t table that is 10.228 > 1.681. This means that there is an increase in the ability to solve science problems through applying the Problem Based Learning-Audio Visual approach.

Abstract

Penelitian kuantitaif Quasi-Experimental Design ini dilakukan dan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran generatif berbantuan lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD) terhadap keterampilan proses sains dan hasil belajar pada materi kalor siswa kelas V di SD Inpres Malengkeri. Dilakukan sejak 6 April hingga 27 Juni atau lebih kurang 3 bulan. Seluruh Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik deksriptif dan statistik inferensial dengan analisis Manova (Multivariate Analysis of variance) untuk melihat pengaruh model generatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 orang siswa yang dibagi dua kelas dengan masing-masing 30 orang pada kelas VA dan VB. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan proses dan hasil belajar siswa setelah menerapkan model generatif, di mana nilai rata-rata hasil belajar post-test kelas eksperimen setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran generatif sebesar 85,40 dan kelas kontrol sebesar 75,60. Nilai rata-rata leterampilan proses berdasrkan indikator pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 96,00 sedangkan kelas kontrol sebesar 77,83.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran SAVI (Somatic, Auditory, Visual, Intelektual) Berbantuan Video Interaktif Terhadap Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah dan Hasil Belajar IPA pada Materi Sifat-Sifat Magnet Kelas VI SD Inpres Tarailu Kecamatan Sampaga Kabupaten Mamuju Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode experimental. Jenis desain penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah desain nonequivalent control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas VI sekolah dasar gugus 1 Kecamatan Sampaga Kabupaten Mamuju dengan jumlah 117 peserta didik. Dengan menggunakan tehnik random sampling maka sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik SD Inpres Tarailu kelas VI.A sebagai kelas eksperimen berjumlah 33 peserta didik dan kelas VI.B sebagai kelas kontrol berjumlah 32 peserta didik. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi, lembar tes, dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan rata-rata kemampuan pemecahan masalah peserta didik pada kelas eksperimen 87.21. Dan rata-rata hasil belajar IPA dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran SAVI pada kelas eksperimen 86.82. Sedangkan hasil analisis inferensial menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran SAVI berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pemecahan masalah dan hasil belajar kelas VI SD Inpres Tarailu Kecamatan Sampaga Kabupaten Mamuju Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Hal ini berdasarkan tabel multivariate tests dalam uji manova diperoleh nilai sig. 0.007<0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Guided Inquiry learning model on students' critical thinking skills and science learning outcomes. The type of research used is quasi-experimental research with nonequivalent control group design. The sampling technique is a saturated sample, namely fifth grade students of public elementary school 9 West Bangkala, Jeneponto Regency, totaling 56 students. Research data were analyzed through descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using SPSS 22. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the use of guided inquiry learning models can improve critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes compared to those without using the guided inquiry learning model. The results of the study using the inquiry learning model had an effect on critical thinking skills and science learning outcomes for fifth grade students of public elementary school 9 Bangkala Barat, Jeneponto Regency.

Abstract

This research is a quasi-experimental study with the form of nonequivalent control group design which was conducted to determine the effect of the quantum teaching learning model on the science process skills of fifth grade elementary school students with the concept of heat transfer. The number of samples was 34, with the experimental class applying the quantum teaching model namely fifth grade students at SDN 216 Dualimpoe 17 people, and the control class applying direct learning coming from fifth grade students at SDN 54 Dualimpoe totaling 17 people. The results of the descriptive analysis of experimental class students obtained an average KPS posttest score of 68.12 with an n-gain score of 0.54 in the medium category. While the control class got an average KPS posttest of 48.29 and an n-gain score of 0.21 in the low category. For the results of inferential analysis after passing the prerequisite test, the hypothesis test using the t-test obtained a sig value. is 0.000 <0.05 and the t value is 15.802> 2.1199 t table so it can be concluded that there is an effect of the quantum teaching model on science process skills for elementary school students on the concept of heat transfer
