Abstract

This research aims to see the performance condition of employees who are influenced by the commitment and motivation of public service in the One-stop Administration Services Office called SAMSAT Mappanyukki Makassar in the event of Pandemic Covid-19 which demands a large-scale social restriction. This research uses a questionnaire whose data will be processed using the SmartPLS application using the path analysis method. The results found that the motivation of public service and commitment has an effect on employees ' performance amid large-scale social restrictions. The limitations of this study are that there is no discussion group forum that collects employees because conditions do not support.

Abstract

The study is aimed to examine budget planning associated with budget absorption, quality of human resources, budget execution, and administration in the National Population and Family Planning Board (BKKBN) in South Sulawesi Province. The study used primary data collected from the questionnaire The respondent was directed to answer the questionnaire posted online using Google form. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample in which the entire population of the study is taken, which are three respondents from DAK KB managers in 24 districts/cities. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that budget absorption, quality of HR, and administration had a significant positive direct effect on budget planning. Differently, budget execution had a direct positive and insignificant effect on budget planning. This indicates that in implementing its budget, the DAK KB sub-sector managers tend to ignore the rules and plans that have been set in the implementation of their budget.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the effect of compensation and the work environment on employee productivity through job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the case of employment social security (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) in Makassar. This research was carried out at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Makassar office by collecting information from permanent employees who had worked for more than 3 (three) years using questionnaires. The sampling method used is purposive sampling the study is able to obtain a sample of 25 employees. The data is analyzed with a quantitative approach and processed using SPSS application version 25. The results of this study showed that compensation, work environment, and job satisfaction had a direct positive and significant effect on employee productivity. It also found that both compensation and work environment had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is also found to be able to mediate compensation and work environment when relating to employee productivity.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred at the beginning of 2020 has brought enormous changes to human life in the world, including in Indonesia. The impact is felt not only in one sector but in almost all sectors of life, including the banking sector. Bank BNI Makassar Regional Office is one of the companies that continue to operate with the WFO (Work from Office) work system amid the rise of the Covid-19 Virus. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work motivation and work environment on job satisfaction and employee performance at Bank BNI Makassar Regional Office during the Covid-19 pandemic. The sample is 105 permanent employees. Data was collected by means of questionnaires and interviews. Data were analyzed using Path Analysis. The results showed that work motivation, work environment, and job satisfaction had a direct, positive, and significant effect on performance. Likewise, work motivation and work environment have a direct, positive, and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between work motivation and work environment on employee performance during the Covid-19 pandemic.
