Abstract

Dalam praktik konseling, konselor harus profesional dalam mejalankan tugasnya, maka dari itu konselor harus memiliki kepercayaan diri yang baik karna konselor selalu menghadapi baranekaragam kondisi klien sehingga konselor harus mampu mengendalikan berbagai situasi dalam praktik konseling. Penelitian ini dibuat bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan self-confidence terhadap keberhasilan konseling. Penelitian ini sendiri dilakukan di Balai Rehabilitas Anak Sosial Yang Memerlukan perlindungan Khusus (BRSAMPK) Rumbai di Pekanbaru Riau. Hipotesa awal dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya hubungan self-confidence atau variavel x terhadap keberhasilan konseling atau variable y. Metode pada penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif yang mana dalam penelitian ini menganalisis data dengan bantuan program spss versi IBM SPSS Statistics 24. Teknik dalam menganalisis data dengan menggunakan Pearson Product Moment yang menunjukan hasil perolehan data Nilai sig.2.tailed sebesar 0,001 dengan α = 0,05 maka ternyata 0,001 ≤ 0,05, artinya ada hubungan antara variable x dengan y, dengan cara lain dapat kita ketahui dengan menguji r hitung dengan r tabelnya maka dari data yang diperoleh dapat diketahui (r hitung = 0,767) r table (r tabel = 0.514 (df=n-1 taraf 5%)). Dari hasil yang diperoleh maka jika r table ≤ r hitung atau  0,514 ≤ 0,767, maka dapat diartikan bahwasanya ada terdapat hubungan yang significant antara variable x dengan variable y. dengan arti lain hasil dari pengujian data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada  hubungan yang significan antara kepercayaan diri  konselor terhadap keberhasilan konseling.

Abstract

Riau is one of the provinces in Indonesia with a distinctive culture including the diversity of cuisines and culinary specialties that characterize the culture of the Malay tribe. Rokan Hulu is one of the regencies in Riau which has a special culinary made from durian which is commonly called kokek sour durian. The introduction of the durian sour cocktail was carried out to students at the Vocational High School level, this was done to reintroduce the traditional Rokan Hulu cuisine to young people so they would not be forgotten. The approach method is descriptive qualitative by means of Participatory Action Research (PAR) which aims to learn in solving problems and meeting the practical needs of the community, as well as the production of knowledge. A total of 25 students took part in the kokek cooking training and 92% agreed that this training was very helpful in introducing the durian sour cocktail to students at SMK Zaidar Yahya
