Abstract

Ta'lim al-Tariq al-Ta'allum Muta'llim be a monumental books in the field of education that leads into learning Islamic education in Indonesia, especially boarding school. Ta'lim al-Tariq al-Ta'allum Muta'llim taught as a basic concept of the introduction of community learning for students. Meanwhile, the concepts of modern teaching and learning continued to emerge. The concept of modern teaching and learning offers the concept of teaching and learning more complete. The emergence of the concept of modern teaching and learning are then led to the rejection of the concept and the attitude of the Salaf learning. Many thought emerged that speak for this refusal. The concept of Islamic education proposed Az Zarnuji cover some concepts: (1) The philosophy of science; (2) Motivation to learn; (3) Selection Process science; (4) Respect for science and scholars; (5) etor learning, learning continuity; (6) The onset and intensity of learning and martinet; (7) resignation to God; (8) Time and time to learn; (9) Love and giving advice; (10) curiosity; (11) Wara '; (12) The cause memorized and forgotten; (13) The issue of sustenance and age.

Abstract

The development of education, especially Islamic education in Indonesia have ups and downs. In the early period of Islamic education are dominated by typical salaf pesantren education. Pesantren education emphasizes the mastery of Islamic studies in depth. These studies are made directly to the Islamic treasury in the form of the book in Arabic. This is what arise to the study of the yellow book. According to experts, the lack of a typical Islamic studies schools lies in a dialectic with modern science, especially in the scientific methodology. The solution offered in the form of an integrated Islamic studies between education schools and scientific education. Thus was born the model schools Government Elementary School, MTs, and Madrasah Aliyah to Islamic High School or Institute for Islamic Studies. School integrative model of early development is quite promising. However, the longer school integrative model is considered a shift from the original purpose. In fact, many students and school products integrative model results do not meet expectations. Students and school leavers integrative model is not much different than public school graduates. This then raises its own anxiety over the fate of studies and Islamic education. Regeneration Ulama 'the main purpose of Islamic studies to be neglected. Here, then, Diniyah Formal Education as an alternative to the model of Islamic studies salaf pesantren education and integrative education model. With hope, graduates become mutafaqqih fid-din, deep in the typical Islamic studies pesanten, scientists intellect, berakhlaqul karimah and insightful moderate.

Abstract

The flow of information that flows so swiftly in social media makes some people can not sort out which news is right and wrong or hoax. Broadcast feature in the chat and share applications on social networking into a means that makes false news spread faster to viral. Hoax is the same as lying. Spreading the word hoax means spreading false news. Of course, Islam does not justify its people to do this. Islam strongly condemns the actions that lead to lies. Especially to spread the false news. Islam is deeply condemned and a grave sin for the perpetrators. Because, spreading false news can upset the community and ravage unity. Therefore, Islam teaches to inspect the truth of the news. Clarify all the information obtained, so as not to fall into slander.

Abstract

Education is one of the central concerns of Muslims. Islamic education is the guidance of spiritual and physical growth according to the teachings of Islam with the wisdom of directing, teaching, training, nurturing and supervising the enactment of all Islamic teachings. The ultimate goal of Islamic education is the creation of human beings (perfect human beings), are human beings capable of harmonizing and meeting the needs of the world and the hereafter and the physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs. So the orientation of Islamic education in addition to fulfilling short-term life needs such as the fulfillment of worldly needs also meet the long-term life needs such as fulfillment needs in the hereafter. Abstract

Constructive formulation of Islamic jurisprudence is often deadlocked in addressing contemporary social problems so it demands the birth of reformulation efforts towards understanding and interpreting Islamic teachings not only in the field of jurisprudence but also about fiqh proposals including the term Maqashid Syariah. The traditional or classical Maqashid concept has limitations and disadvantages as follows: its range is partial, individualistic, and limited in terms of its induction and generality. The classical maqashid sharia reformation towards a contemporary perspective is done by renovating the following things: improvements in the reach, subject, and induction of traditional maqashid. The classifications of contemporary maqashid are general Maqashid (al-Maqashid al-‘ammah), special Maqashid (al-Maqashid al-Khassah), and partial Maqashid (al-maqashid al-juz’iyyah); reforms from 'safeguard' and 'protection' goals to 'development' and 'human rights'. The purpose of this perspective reform is to be able to respond to global issues, and develop from just 'wisdom behind legal decisions' to practical plans for reform and reform.

Abstract

The Hajj Guidance Group (KBIH) was established with the aim of accompanying jama'ah in carrying out the pilgrimage to the mabrur pilgrimage. In carrying out the guidance of the Hajj on KBIH, it is of course necessary to apply good management functions, so that the guidance process can run well and effectively according to the desired program, so that the presence of KBIH is able to deliver and print quality and independent pilgrims. The government through the ministry of religion provides space for the community to hold pilgrimage guidance. In this context the existence and role of KBIH is very strategic, so it needs good preparation in its implementation. The role and function of KBIH in organizing the Hajj is to prepare pilgrims through manasik guidance so that Jama'ah can be independently knowledgeable in carrying out the Hajj in the holy land. KBIH volunteered to prepare the pilgrims to carry out a series of Hajj rituals independently according to the Shari'ah so that they could achieve the goals desired by each congregation, namely the title of Mabrur Hajj.

Abstract

The essence of Islamic education is character education. Islam views and teaches morality is more important than the glory of science. Islamic education asserts that virtue values are the content of Islamic education. The content of Islamic education is character or value. Value education emphasizes the importance of the process of awareness that humans need that value to improve their spiritual quality and life. Strengthening is done by various strategies such as: integration in the learning process, habituation, exemplary, joint movements and become a priority scale for the formation of mentality and human resources in Indonesia in the future. The emphasis of learning should be done as a process of directing and developing individuals in the process of realizing the importance of character and values in shaping their self and spiritual qualities.

Abstract

Perancangan alat uji kinerja PLTMH dengan skala laboratorium bertujuan untuk mendpatkan alat uji kinerja PLTMH skala laboratorium yang akan digunakan mahasiswa untuk praktikum energi alternatif. Metode perancangan dilakukan dengan melalui studi literatur dan verifikasi data, design rancang bangun turbin cross flow, persiapan alat dan bahan, pembuatan alat uji, pengolahan data, perhitungan daya output (mekanik), pembahasan, dan pembuatan kesimpulan. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa pada tekanan 0,15 kg/m2 diperoleh daya input sebesar 48,83 watt, daya output maksimum sebesar 3,617 watt dan efisiensi mekanik maksimum sebesar 7,408 %. Pada tekanan 0,2 kg/m2 diperoleh daya input sebesar 71,663 watt, daya output maksimum sebesar 4,913 watt dan efisiensi mekanik maksimum sebesar 6,855 %. Pada tekanan 0,25 kg/m2 diperoleh daya input sebesar 98,168 watt, daya output maksimum sebesar 5,644 watt dan efisiensi mekanik maksimum sebesar 5,75 %.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi kebijakan Implementasi Kebijakan Perencanaan dan Penganggaran yang Responsif Gender (PPRG) pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Perlindungan Anak, Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Kabupaten Sinjai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif. Informan penelitian adalah para pelaksana kebijakan di Dinas Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Perlindungan Anak, Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Kabupaten Sinjai. Metode pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi dan triangulasi, dan teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi kesimpulan. Pedoman utama sebagai teori analitik adalah model implementasi kebijakan yang dikembangkan oleh Van Metter dan Van Horn yang terdiri dari aspek aspek ukuran dan tujuan kebijakan, sumber daya, karakteristik lembaga pelaksana, kecenderungan sikap (disposisi) pelaksana, komunikasi antara organisasi dan kegiatan serta ekonomi, sosial dan politik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan Perencanaan dan Penganggaran Responsif Gender telah dilaksanakan namun belum maksimal. Hal ini karena sumber daya, sikap/kecenderungan, serta karakteristik agen pelaksana kurang memahami kebijakan ini, serta komunikasi antara organisasi masih kurang. Dalam hal ini adalah sosialisasi, ditambah dengan belum seluruh pejabat/staf di OPD yang memahami serta mengetahui tentang kebijakan tersebut karena koordinasi yang terbatas sehingga membuat kebijakan tersebut menjadi kurang konsisten dalam pelaksanaannya di lapangan. Sedangkan ukuran dan aspek tujuan kebijakan, kecenderungan sikap (disposisi) para pelaksana serta ekonomi, sosial dan politik sudah berjalan secara optimal.
