Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian untuk mengkaji rekayasa teknologi budidaya kepiting bakau yang dipelihara di wadah basket ditambak dengan diberipakan buatan diperkaya vitamin E dengan dosis berbeda terhadap pertumbuhan dan kelulushidupan kepiting bakau Scylla paramamosain. Metode penelitian menggunakan hewan uji kepiting bakau ukuran 145,5g±0.61 Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimental yang dilakukan di lapangan, dengan menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan yaitu A: diberi vit E dosis 0 g/100g pakan buatan dan tanpa rumput laut Caulerpa racemosa), B= diberi vit E 0,2g/100 g pakan pakan dan diberi 100 g rumput laut Caulerpa racemosa), C =diberi vit E dosis 0,4g/100g dan 100 g rumput laut Caulerpa racemosa), D=diberi vit E 0,6g/100g pakan dan diberi rumput laut Caulerpa racemosa bobot 100 g), selanjutnya lingkungan media biofilter system dari rumput laut di inlet air masuk tambak sebagai biofilter system dan diberi pakan sesuai perlakuan sebanyak 5% perbiomas perhari dan masing-masing kepiting dipelihara dalam wadah basket plastik ukuran 30x30x30 cm dan dipelihara selama 42 hari. Data yang diperoleh adalah data pertumbuhan biomassa mutlak, kelulushidupan, FCR dan data kualitas air (suhu, salinitas, amoniak, nitrit, nitrat, oksigen). Penelitian dilakukan di tambak milik petani Bp H.Chambali kelurahan Mangkang Wetan sebagai biofilter system manipulasi lingkungan menggunakan rumput laut Caulerpa racemosa kepiting soft shell seluas ± 1500 m2, dengan teknik budidaya monokultur sistem intensif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan pakan buagtan yhang diperkaya dengan vit E pada  dosis berbeda dengan berbasis rumput laut sebagai biofilter system  memberikan pengaruh yang nyata (P<0,05) terhadap pertumbuhan dan kelulushidupan kepiting bakau. Pertumbuhan bobot mutlak tertinggi diperoleh dari perlakuan C (58.75±1.010gr) dan kelulushidupan kepiting bakau perlakuan C (90.3333±2.309%%). Peran rumput laut Caulerpa racemosa sebagai biofilter system dapat memperbaiki kualitas air media pemeliharaan kepiting bakau, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kehidupan kepiting bakau yang ramah lingkungan. Kata kunci: biofilter system, mangrove, pakan buatan, Scylla paramamosain , Vit.E. AbstractThe aim of this research was to study the engineering technology of mud crab cultivation reared in basketry containers in a pond with artificial graft enriched with vitamin E with different doses on the growth and survival of Scylla paramamosain mud crab. The method used in this study was a test animal of mud crab size 145.5 g ± 0.61. The method used was an experimental method in the field, using a completely randomized design with 4 treatments and 3 replications, namely A: given vitamin E dose of 0 g / 100g artificial feed and seaweed Caulerpa racemosa), B = given vitamin E 0.2g / 100 g of feed and given 100 g of Caulerpa racemosa seaweed), C = given vitamin E dose of 0.4g / 100g and 100 g of Caulerpa racemosa seaweed), D = given 0.6g / 100g vit E feed and given 100 g of Caulerpa racemosa seaweed), then the environment of the biofilter system media from seaweed in the water inlet enters the pond as a biofilter system and is given feed according to treatment as much as 5% per per day and respectively. Each crab was kept in a plastic basket measuring 30x30x30 cm and reared for 42 days. The data obtained are absolute biomass growth data, survival, FCR and water quality data (temperature, salinity, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, oxygen). The research was conducted in a farm owned by Bp H. Chambali, Mangkang Wetan sub-district as a biofilter system for environmental manipulation using seaweed Caulerpa racemosa soft shell crabs covering an area of ± 1500 m2, with an intensive system cultivation technique. The results showed that the use of buagtan feed enriched with vitamin E at different doses from seaweed based as a biofilter system had a highly significant effect (P <0.01) on the growth and survival of mud  crabs. The highest absolute weight growth was obtained from treatment C (58.75 ± 1.010gr) and the survival rate of mud crabs in treatment C (90.33 ± 2.309 %%). The role of Caulerpa racemosaseaweed as a biofilter system can improve the water quality of the mud crab maintenance media, so that it can improve the life of the mangrove crab which is environmentally friendly. Keyword: biofilter system, mud crab, artificial feed, Scylla paramamosain, vitaminet E
