Pendidikan merupakan tolak ukur suatu pemerintahan yang berkembang, menyediakan bantuan keuangan melalui peningkatan mutu pendidikan dapat meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia suatu negara. Sehingga Pemerintah mengadakan program bantuan untuk pendidikan dengan nama Bantuan Operasional Sekolah. Penelitian ini di tulisan tidak hanya menganalisis Bantuan Operasional Sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa sekolah dasar negeri di kota denpasar, tetapi juga memasukan variabel rata-rata masa kerja guru dan rasio siswa tidak mampu untuk melihat apakah ada pengaruhnya baik secara parsial ataupun simultan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Sampel data yang digunakan adalah 45 SD yang tersebar di Kota Denpasar. Alat uji yang digunakan adalah model uji regresi linear berganda dengan dilengkapi asumsi klasik sebagai syarat pencapaian BLUE (Best Linier Unbiased Estimation) pada persamaan regresi yang akan dihasilkan.Analisis terhadap data yang diperoleh di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa variabel bantuan operasional sekolah, kemampuan ekonomi orang tua dan rata-rata masa kerja guru baik secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kota Denpasar. Saran yang dihasilkan adalah yang terkait dana BOS, rata-rata masa kerja guru dan siswa tidak mampu. Dana BOS sebaiknya dikelola lebih efektif dan dengan azas keterbukaan sehingga akan berdaya guna untuk peningkatan prestasi siswa. Masa kerja guru yang lama tentunya mempunyai pengalaman tinggi, namun pada era kekinian sebuah pengalaman tidak cukup tanpa ditunjang dengan media pembelajaran yang inovatif dan kreatif. Orang tua siswa sebaiknya terus meningkatkan kemampuan ekonominya walau putra-putrinya telah mendapatkan dana BOS. Since the economic crisis triggered by the monetary crisis in mid-1997 as well as the Corona Virus Disease (COVID) 19 storm, it has devastated the world economy, including Indonesia, without exception Bali. The Bali economy crashed at the lowest point in Indonesia in history, the export rate stagnated as well as investment entering the island of Bali drastically corrected very deeply, this certainly had a very bad impact on the Balinese economy. Using data for the period 1990-2020 which was analyzed using a model approach semi-log, it is known that simultaneously government spending, foreign investment, exports and COVID 19 have a significant effect on economic growth during the analysis period, while the foreign investment factor does not partially affect Bali's economic growth. To be able to re-accelerate Bali's economic growth, it is urgent to boost other potential alternative sectors to be worked on more seriously, massively and structured, such as the agricultural sector, handicraft industry and also micro, small and medium enterprises.

This study discusses analyzing the marketing mix and service quality of purchasing decisions at PT. Indomarco Pratama Denpasar Bali. This research method is quantitative descriptive using questionnaires as a method of data collection and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results showed that the promotional mix involved a partial purchase decision of consumers at PT Indomarco Pratama Denpasar Bali by 0.002 <0.05, with a dominant product, price, and promotion indicators, starting to look for indicators of other places, people, physical evidence, processes. PT. Indomarco Pratama Denpasar Bali is 0.003 <0.05, with dominant Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness indicators, then tangibles indicators, guarantees accepted. Simultaneously the marketing mix and service quality influence the purchasing decision of 0,000 <0.05. These results also answer the three hypotheses of this study. The results show that the marketing mix and the quality of services offered are positive and significant for purchasing decisions. The results have the meaning of increasing marketing mix and service quality, so the purchasing decisions at PT Indomarco Pratama Denpasar Bali will also increase.

Empowerment activities is to provide an integrated digital system to support the Gerbang Pura program. Gerbang Pura is a collaborative action to manage people's business potential, which is followed by cultivating community creativity in the optimal, sustainable, and sustainable use of existing potentials and resources, as well as increasing rural communities income so that they can gradually build themselves and their environment independently, based on a business network. The strategic target for this empowerment is the Tejakula District government and community economic groups. At the time of system implementation, Gerbang Pura was integrated with a website-based digital system. The features on the website are in the form of displaying pictures and videos of village products; a production area search map; contacts that are directly integrated with WhatsApp; and also the use of QR codes. The application of the QR code aims to make it easier for visitors to the display house Gerbang Pura to access information about the village's products. With the bar code scanner, data can be read more quickly than with the manual method. The input data is processed more precisely because it has a high degree of accuracy, and the incoming data barcode is more precise. QR code users will be directed to visit the website directly so they can access more information regarding the product to be purchased or visited.

Urbanization has both positive and negative impacts on an area. This study aims to analyze the relationship between GRDP, district minimum wages, and labor participation with urbanization in Denpasar City. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis using GRDP data, district minimum wages and labor participation in 2010 - 2020 and processed with SPSS version 25.0 with a determined significance level of 95% (p <0.05). The results of the study show that the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), district minimum wages and labor participation affect urbanization partially and simultaneously with probability (p<0.05). Testing the level of correlation with the Adjusted R Square of 0.999 (99.9%) gross regional domestic product (GRDP), district minimum wages and labor participation have a very strong influence on urbanization in Denpasar City. Socio-economic disparities, inadequate infrastructure, low industrialization, low job availability, low wages, and inadequate social networks increase the desire for urbanization. The practical implication of this research is to increase economic growth and equity in controlled urbanization areas as a solution to accelerating economic development.

Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is currently the main focus for all companies, especially those operating in the construction sector. The construction services sector is a sector that has a high risk of work accidents because it comes into direct contact with dangerous equipment and terrain. So this writing was carried out to introduce the importance of K3 in work methods. Socialization was carried out by visiting the project from the company PT Tedja Jaya Kreasi then socializing K3 to field supervisors and explaining the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). From the socialization carried out on the implementation of K3 in the field, it is different in each project depending on the scale of the project, from interviews I conducted with field supervisors, the implementation of K3 has been implemented in all projects but inconsistently and there is a lack of socialization regarding work and work methods that prioritize safety at work.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahaui pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) terhadap kemiskinan melalui pertumbuhan ekonomi sebagai pemediasi. Data yang digunakan merupakan data skunder periode 2013-2022 yang diperoleh dari Kabupaten dan Kota di Provinsi Bali (data panel). Penelitian ini diuji menggunakan software Econometric Views (Eviews)(regresi data panel). Hasil menunjukan bahwa PAD dan IPM berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kemiskinan. PAD dan IPM tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kemiskinan namun secara tidak langsung berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kemiskinan melalui pertumbuhan ekonomi sebagai pemediasi di Provinsi Bali 2013-2022
