Abstract

Indonesia is preparing itself in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. For this reason, businesses are expected to be able to maximize the use of information technology to the fullest, one of which is by preparing financial statements. But now there are not many microfinance institutions that use information technology to carry out the recording of their financial statements. This also happened in Kesiut village, located in Kerambitan sub-district, Tabanan Regency. The Indigenous Community microfinance institution still records finances manually and some even inconsistencies in carrying out the registration process. Of course this if not followed up immediately will pose a risk of future losses. The obstacle faced is the lack of professional quality human resources. Problem solving solutions are implemented by conducting socialization, training and assistance in preparing financial statements. The implementation method is carried out in several stages, beginning with providing an understanding of the importance of the use of information technology, followed by giving an overview of the general picture of how the industrial revolution occurred which could lead to diseruption. The next step is to carry out training in preparing financial statements based on information technology software. The final stage is assisted to help solve the problems faced in relation to the preparation of financial statements. Through the community partnership program which is manifested through the stages of outreach, training and mentoring, the Indigenous community microfinance institution in running its business is able to independently prepare financial reports and conduct evaluations of its business activities. By carrying out this activity it is also hoped that in the long run the Indigenous community microfinance institutions in the Kesiut village will further develop and of course with the development of indigenous community microfinance institutions, the economy in the area will also be stretched so that there will be an acceleration of the welfare of the village community.

For a country whose exports are very limited, the government is always trying to find other sources that can be expected to increase the country's foreign exchange income. Such is the case with the Province of Bali. One effort to increase foreign exchange earnings is to develop tourism as a strategic core in order to create investment and accelerate economic growth. The research objective is to determine the effect of the number of foreign tourist visits, length of stay of tourists, export volumes of handicraft commodities and foreign exchange earnings in the previous year on foreign exchange earnings in Bali simultaneously and partially. This research uses the times series data 1994-2019 with the Partial Adjustment Model method. This study found the fact that the number of foreign tourist visits, the length of stay of tourists, the volume of exports of handicraft commodities and foreign exchange earnings in the previous period had a significant effect simultaneously on foreign exchange earnings in Bali Province. Partially, the volume of exports of handicraft commodities and foreign exchange earnings in the previous year had a positive and significant effect on foreign exchange earnings in the Province of Bali during the analysis period, while the length of stay of tourists did not significantly influence foreign exchange earnings in the Province of Bali in 1994-2019. Abstract

Payangan Public Market is one of the largest traditional markets in Gianyar Regency, Bali Province with a total number of 450 traders. The minimum information obtained by traders about the spread of COVID-19 causes their lack of implementation in the implementation of PHBS. According to research results, PHBS is a strategy that can prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the community. Traders must continue to be encouraged to improve PHBS in an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19. However, in reality, the implementation of PHBS is very minimal in the Payangan Public Market. In addition, the lack of ability of traders to purchase personal protective equipment or PPE such as masks, Face Shields and Hand Sanitizers. This is due to the scarcity of PPE and also their lack of finances, where currently the price of PPE has soared. From the problems faced, the solution that can be offered is the need for a knowledge transfer program about the spread of COVID-19 to find out its prevention with the target of adding knowledge to traders about COVID-19 prevention and increasing the implementation of PHBS. In addition, programs to support the implementation of PHBS include technology transfer and training on how to make PPE, namely Hand Sanitizer, Face Shield and masks. The result of this activity is that partner groups play an active role in every PKM activity with a 100% attendance percentage and 100% active participation. With this activity, there was an increase in the field of understanding about COVID-19 and an increase in the implementation of PHBS through bringing in experts and tutors (coaches) who have assisted traders in the introduction of the COVID-19 virus and the application of clean and healthy living behavior to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. The partner group is also skilled in making PPE in preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus, namely the manufacture of masks, Hand Sanitizer and Face Shield
